Nice, clean facilities

Pleasant stay for a week. Space #55 is a good one with shade in the afternoon from a large tree near the space. Restrooms need updating. Not always really clean. Check in and check out very efficient and friendly staff. We like the location. Easy get to Hurricane and St.George restaurants and activities.

Dirtiest KOA we have ever stayed at! The restrooms were absolutely disgusting! The office closed early and left a bunch of paperwork to serve yourself. We never saw a single KOA person while we were there. We had two nights reserved and we left after the first night. Corporate KOA should reprimand this KOA owner and require improvements or shut them down as this campground gives them a bad name.

NOT friendly staff

The showers in the women's bathroom need to be kept cleaner. There were gobs of hair in a couple of stalls and 2 stalls with no curtain though they were not out of order. yuck

It's a very nice campground, well maintained and very clean, BUT...... the campground has outgrown their facilities. The laundry and restroom/shower area is a bit far from the expanded sites. An additional restroom shower at the far end would be a big plus, especially for older travelers. Not real sure I'd revisit this KOA. If distance to facilities isn't a problem for you, I'd recommend it.

Great Staff. Grounds well maintained

It is just a campground, you can stay there, but it seems older and not really in a modern condition. Nothing in the store and business as usual personal. I missed the friendliness I know from KOAs.

We stayed in a cabin. The dishes and utensils were not clean. A sponge was left, I assume for cleaning, it was filthy. The kitchen area was just not clean. Coffee pot had used filter left in it. There were no clean filters. The cabin was expensive and we were very disappointed.

Your WiFi will keep us from coming back

Staff were very friendly. The site was much smaller, than we were led to believe as we actually had to walk in other people sites to get around ours when our slides were out. Towed vehicle had to be parked sideways behind RV as not enough depth to pull straight in. Pool shut down earlier in season than advertised even though campground was almost full. Washrooms dirty. Mini golf not useable.

Pros: - the place is close to I-15, the traffic wasn't much of a problem. - WiFi was ok - 150ml to Bryce Canyon Cons: - the sites are very narrow. Towing vehicle had almost no space on site. - this KOA is far away from shopping and restaurants - no propane available. Closest provider is 10 ml away. - mini-golf is more like micro-golf. The damaged tracks are not a good impression

Les toilettes et les douches sont horribles, le mini golf est dans un état désastreux sans parler du WiFi.

No employees when I arrived. I called ahead to acquire about showers, primary reason for staying the night. They did not inform me that the hot water heater was broken. I had to take a freezing cold shower. Bathroom dirty. Wifi did not work. The camp ground smelled like sulfur or sewage forcing me to close up all the windows at night. I will not be back and will second guess staying at any KOA.

The shade trees are lovely, the check-in process very organize, and we enjoy the location. We have stayed here 3 times, but i think this is our last. The bathrooms are very dirty. We were there over a week and other than supplying toilet paper and emptying the garbage I don't know what the cleaning person does. The showers are filthy with dirt and hair, and I never saw the main floor clean.

Pool was clean and nice. The area around the pool could use some improvement. The restrooms were not very clean. The showers were dirty and some of them did not have privacy curtains. The picnic tables at the site we warped and in bad shape. The spots were extremely out of level in both directions. The WiFi was so slow it was useless. The campground needs some serious improvements.

The person who meat us in the office was rude. Treated us like we were in Boot Camp gave us a spot that was on a hill. It was not even took two hours to level it in our trailer. No toilet paper in the bathrooms half of them didn’t work. We will never come back nor recommend it. It’s all about customer service and if I don’t get it, I don’t come back you’ll never get my money again for

Friendly and helpful staff They helped us change campsites

I stayed in a tent site T5 and it is very small. There is almost no room to park. There is a gate that says “No parking Fire lane” I parked there anyway. This tent site should be removed. The rest of the campground was ok. Bring your own laundry soap as there is. O place to purchase laundry soap in the laundry.

Dirty restrooms with spiders, to close to hwy15 loud traffic semi truck noise ALL night, guests driving loud ATV’s in park after dark.

We made reservations in May asking for a pull through but were told we got a pull in and back out. I told the cashier we had a pull trailer and showed her a copy of our reservation. She gave us the same space and said to back in. Our site had dog feces under piles of gravel, backing in pushed our hooks ups so we could not pull back as far as we needed, and the camp was noisy with road noise.

Great hosts & facilities. Nice location to explore the area parks. The site was clean, but they're a bit tight & closed in.

Quiet campground, spectacular views, and town is less then 10 miles away

Stayed 4 nights looking for housing in St George area. An issue I had was the sticker weeds (I call them goat heads) in the camp site and the one next door. My dog continually got them in his feet and I needed a broom at the door to sweep out the weeds from the steps ofthe RV. Even though there was a weed issue I will return to this KOA as it is kept clean.

Location was great for park access and recreation, but the highway noise at night was really bad. The club house could use some love.
Oct 18, 2023
All was great but the restroom showers need to be top of the list for a good cleaning.

Very friendly! Kids loved the warm pool. Downsides: needs some TLC, toilets were clean but bathroom facilities' floors full of dirt, hair and bugs. Seems like local kids come to use the pool, we saw cars driving up unloading kids, it was very crowded. We arrived just after 5 pm and office was closed as was the store, there is no security, no staff on site overnight and no shop in walking distance.

Just okay. Most Journey parks seem to be a bit run down.

Checked in on A Monday. When I went to the restrooms on Thursday, cleaning had not been done with the shower floors still the same as I found them on Monday. Only two shower curtains were up. Internet was not good & even worse in the clubhouse. Did have a pool table, ping pong, TV. Location is excellent & the Red Cliffs are awesome

Overall, campground very nice, but the space we were in, and from what I observed most spaces, was way too small.

We've stayed here multiple times and love the location, but this trip we were disappointed in the maintenance and cleanliness of the bathrooms. Several times the stalls were out of toilet paper and almost all the stalls had large spider webs and live spiders in several corners. The toilets could use some cleaning as well. Dark streaks running down the front, outside part of the toilet.

Our main complaint were the bathroom and shower facilities. They were never cleaned one time during the five days that we were there. I even asked the lady who went to clean the bathroom if she could spray for the spiders and remove the spider webs and she said that she would. But when I entered after she was done I noticed that nothing was clean and all the spider webs were still there.

It was very easy to get into and exit my camping site. I had a hard time trying wash and dry my clothes. I do not have a smart phone to down load an app to use to start the machines. The young lady at the front desk was not much help. You need better instructions for us older campers.

Sites too tight and uneven
Oct 16, 2023
Sad to say but I can't think of anything good to say about this KOA. First getting to the park from I-15 is difficult at best. Once in the park the roads are very narrow. The sites are very, very narrow and short. It is very difficult to put slides out and not touch the RV next to you. We had to reach under the slide of the RV next to us to hook up our electric. Amenities are in usable condition.

Third year your the best for ust

Bathrooms were very dirty. Spaces were way too tight. Our least favorite KOA we’ve ever stayed at. Terrible!
Oct 15, 2023
It's a nice park the problem was it's just very unlevel and no Wi-Fi at all you could barely even make a phone call. We need Wi-Fi but other than that it was nice
Oct 15, 2023
We did like our stay but there were a couple of things that we thought were not up to KOA standards, such as the bathrooms, the floor looked dirty, the stalls had cob-webs. toilet seats needed to be replaced. The exterior needed some work on the eves, the shuffleboard court needed some clean up and paint and the mini golf needed a lot of work. ,

The staff were very friendly and the campground well maintained but the lots are extremely small and close together, actually felt like sardines in a tin can … a good campground for an overnight stay but not more …

2 really important things are: cell service, and good WiFi. The campground Fails Miserably on both counts. And they "fudge" the truth by saying things like my cell service must be with the wrong provider. This is later followed by an admission that cell service is better at the top of the hill (read mountain) ... not anywhere near their property! Get some WiFi if cell service is bad!

Someone else was in our reserved spot when we arrived at 8:45pm so we had to pick a random open spot. Did not see an employee at all.

We (3 adults) stayed in Kabin 9 for 4 nights and had a great time. The view from the front of the cabin was incredible. The kabin itself was a little on the smaller side but that is standard at all KOA's. The kitchenette was a nice touch with a very good sized mini fridge and the bathroom was very large for a kabin. There was a chair on the porch which was broken in the middle, a fire pit (located behind the kabin, I assume to prevent the desert winds from blowing it out) and a bbq grill (you must use a lighter to light this but the kampground provides this). You are located directly across from a small state park area that offers some day hikes for a $5 fee (we didn't use this) and right down the road from Quail Creek. It was a 2 hour drive to Bryce and a 45 minute drive to Zion (both very doable). Though we didn't use it, the pool area was nice and they had a clubhouse with games that could be used. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The negatives: You are right off the express way so there is some traffic noise. The picnic table we had was made out of wood which is fine but it hadn't been sanded in a while so we got quite a few splinters. The septic system was able to be smelled while sitting outside from time to time and that wasn't a great way to spend the night but it would ho away about 20 minutes after the smell started.

Park has great views of the mountains and is very conveniently located. The office ladies are extremely nice and helpful. The pool is open in April. Spots are narrow and short not leveled at all. Most of the spots are bodies and you and your neighbor share the same picnic table. Verizon and T mobile are weak. You can hear the road noise from the highway.
