The water was on at our site when we arrived but off in the morning when we were trying get on the road for a long travel day. Water was off on the next site over as well. No one was in the office when I went to inquire a little after 9a, and a phone call went directly to voicemail. A staff member walking thru at 10a did not know why it was off.

Very clean and beautiful campground. Off the hwy about 4 miles down old 91. Its a bit rough but easy to get there. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would recommend and return for future stays.

The k3 cabin has too much light coming in at night with the wood blinds only installed. The facility has installed string lighting in front of the porch with no way to turn them off at night. Install blackout curtains across all the windows under the bed to help with getting the room dark enough for sleeping.

Great location, beautiful park, cabin was very nice and cozy! Only problems we had were horrible Wi-Fi service and cell service. Also, the cabin shower had very little water pressure. Otherwise nice location close to parks!

Nice KOA and helpful staff. The only downside was the pads are out of level front to back and side to side.

Check in parking wasn’t a tight spot and was painless to navigate. We were issued pull through spot 49. It was gravel and slightly crowned and slopped towards right front. Jack pads required for my situation in the rear. We had great wifi, very close to the spotless facilities and dumpsters. I recommend taking 5300W through Quail Creek State Park coming and going to this KOA.

Lovely park, except the wifi was intermittent and the laundry room was in serious need of cleaning/care. Of special note, we appreciated the friendliness of Doug who was remarkable at keeping the leaves at bay. Thank you for putting up with us and we would gladly recommend you to our friends. The lady we registered with at the campground was so friendly and helpful. Was a pleasure to deal with 11 rating for her. Lol. Beautiful campground and big stalls.

Very helpful and friendly staff!! Cindy spent a significant amount of time helping me with spots/longterm, she was very helpful and knowledgeable! Clean, well maintained sites, good view, convenient location!

We arrived around 4pm and front desk was leaving, so we just choose a spot. We have lovely spot 145 up against the red rock. The site is great with well lit spots, clean, trees, loved the paved areas for picnic table, firepits that had grills and an actual grill. the women's bathrooms looked like they had been redone and super clean! Wish we could have stayed longer and decent rate too.

Lovely view of bluffs at sunrise. Clean. Quiet. Friendly staff who really helped us out of a jam when we locked ourselves out of our trailer! called a locksmith and let us look up the owners manual for our trailer online. Thank you very much. I wrote down their names. If I can find that sheet of paper, I will write again.

An empty campground, yet they decided to put us right next to the only other back in guest . Next day we asked if we could move. However that was now going to cost us . The vehicle noise from the traffic on I 15 is non stop. The plus side is that the campground is clean, and everything works. They were renovating the bathrooms, but we were able to use the side not being worked on .

3 night stay in a tent. Generally, all was good. The rest rooms and showers are old and basic. Clean, but needs to be updated…and warmer! Way too cold to even consider showering!

The campground had septic tank issues. The smell was horrendous and nauseating! You could smell wafts of it as you walked around the campground. I also didn't appreciate the laundry costs. We bought a card thinking it was a prepay card for the machines. Apparently, you had to pay $10 just for the card!! So we took our laundry elsewhere. The pool was nice. No I wouldn't recommend this campground.

Not very impressed. KOA has a standard we were expecting and it didn't meet that expectation. Where we were had a space next to us that if there had been a trailer there, we wouldn't have been able to open our slides. All facilities were closed for both Thanksgiving and the day after so no access to any services. The WiFi was super weak and not helpful for what was needed.

A lot of the amenities weren't available. Very disappointed in that we had children with us

Beautiful KOA location, the cabin was perfect. The pool is always great for my kids; they did not mind that it was a little chilly. The only thing that could be improved is the cookware (pots&pans) could be replaced. They are Teflon and in pretty bad shape; luckily, I brought my own stainless pot and pan to be able to cook.

Convenient to both towns, also to Zion. Red Cliffs is literally across the street. Pool was wonderful. Did not use any other amenities. Sites are a bit narrow, length was ok if we angled our truck. Plenty of shaded sites.

They are working to improve this KOA. The staff was helpful, the facilities clean. Gravel sites make it nice for dogs.

Have stayed at hurricane KOA several times it’s always an enjoyable stay a place. I know I can stop for the night or several nights and get a fresh start the next day thanks to the KOA in hurricane plan on staying in there every time I come through nice restrooms, nice parking spots, friendly, courteous employees a joy to stay there

Was pleased with the site, but was met with an off leash dog after dark that perhaps was someone either long term or an employee. Was not a good situation for someone who has their dog on leash as noted in the campground rules.

Your place was very quiet and close to everything we wanted to see. Thanks for the great stay!

Cabin extremely clean and comfortable. I stay exclusively at KOA cabins when I travel and these cabins are by far the cleanest and closest I’ve ever stayed in.

on website it stated pool was heated and open year round. it was closed. unable to use washing machines as no soap available at store

The road noise is really disappointing and any type of tent camping shouldn’t be offered without being made aware. Additionally the bathrooms need some help. There’s no way an hour a day is spent cleaning them. The shower floors were grimey, toilets looked like they hadn’t been touched in a while, and a coat of paint would go a long way. The only pro was the low cost for our site and warm wa

The amenities are nice for a KOA Journey. The place is clean and well laid out. The camp sites in the back are a bit sloped but fine. The staff was very nice. The views are amazing. This is southern Utah, it is hard to be somewhere that does not have a nice view down here.

Clean restrooms, Nice pool, and dog park. Checking after hours was very simple, a map with assigned site was labeled with guest name. KOA had a great view, sunrise and sunset. Location of the KOA to nearby attractions and restaurants was great, however too close to highway and all the traffic noise was hard to ignore while trying to sleep. Tent sites had a sand pad where the tent goes on top, however, tent sites were extremely close to each other. Campsites are better suited to other RVrs vs tent campers.
