The staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked well in advance and got a nice back in against the mountain. We loved it! However, we wanted to come a day earlier than originally planned, staff found us a spot. It was a buddy site, that was very tight. We have a TT and struggled to park our truck, our neighbors slide came close to ours it was terrible.

Toilets in the ladies bathroom weren't cleaned for several days. Otherwise the park was pretty nice.

Bathrooms are not maintained properly. Men’s room had an overflowing toilet. Showers are old and are in need of updating. Women’s shower had mold. Laundry room required an app instead of quarters, which was convenient, but at least two dryers were not functional.

The campground is clean, and everything you would expect. A nice rec Room with pool table, ping pong, & laundry. We were a little disappointed that the Pool was so cold, that we couldn't swim. It would be nice if the pool was heated. Like really heated. But I understand that it's outdoors, and it is early in the season. And the Mini Golf really needs an upgrade, or at least to be functioning.

Rv sites are super unlevel like had to raise one side 6in and still not level, staff not helpful, mini golf doesn’t even have the turf on it just concrete. We only stayed here because it said pool is heated. It is not. They told another mom that it just broke but we had already been there and it didn’t just break. Do not stay here! There are similar places with similar costs.

1. The sites were unlevel and when we asked to be moved to one more level they refused. 2. The pool was not clean or heated as advertised 3. The miniature golf, shuffle board and basketball game all out of order. 4. The office was only open until five so the equipment for any activities was not available to use outside of that time 5. The American Flag was not flying properly.

Property was clean & had an easy check in process. Good area for pulling into registration. Sites were largely on sloping ground, rather than being leveled in a step fashion. Nearly every rig required leveling blocks on the down hill side of the lots, some requiring several inches. Many also required extreme height on the front to level sloping into the roads. Tow vehicles don't fit in many sites.

Loved the park. Very well put together and clean. Staff was very helpful and great to work with. The only down side to the park was the freeway noise.

We love this location. It’s in the middle of most of the activities we love to do. Campground is always clean and well maintained.

I really like this KOA. I would recommend that they fix up the entry especially the miniature golf area since that’s the first thing people see where they come in and it looks a bit ragged. Employees are great.

The host was extremely friendly. The sites are narrow and on a slant. This campground is not for 42 ft toy haulers. We were less than 6 inches from the neighbors slide. The place is just too crowded. I won’t stay there again. The view is beautiful though.

All clubhouse amenities outdated or broken (billiards table, ping pong, mini basketball all broken). No couch in the clubhouse, junk on the patio. Mini-golf had no green on half the holes and no obstacles. Pool is tiny and NOT heated. One of the playgrounds has been removed and not replaced. Wifi signal is weak and slow. Bringing family? Don't waste your $$ here! (Staff is great though)

Facilities in very poor shape. Cabin was not clean. Sunscreen spray film on every surface. Dirt in sheets. We used sleeping bags on top of the beds. Heaters did not work unless set by staf. Pool was not open except for random times. Manager said pool was not available at all. We love staying at KOA. This location is in very bad shape and needs help. I would never stay at this location again.

WI-FI was spotty at best. Little or no phone signal. Neighbors door was straight across from ours so there was no privacy. This caused us to leave earlier than anticipated.

Sabrina was exceptionally helpful. I experienced trouble with the slope of my site being to great such that I couldn’t use the sewer line and she graciously switched me to another. Thank you!

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The cornhole was broken, the mini-golf wasn't in workable condition. the pool closed at 7 on Saturday and 5 the other days but it didn't open until after 1 on Monday. The location of this KOA isn't very convenient to the freeway and the road is in rough new state. There isn't any fire rings at the site and the sites are pretty close.

We enjoyed our stay. Lots are a bit tightly packed, and wish all had fire pits, but nice campground, very friendly ladies in office. Pool was open early. Outdoor Game area was run down next to pool, but even though we didn't use we were impressed with the laundry facility. Beautiful location too.

We really enjoyed it! The bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed pickle ball, a campfire and ping-pong at the clubhouse.

We arrived very late at night and there was no information left for us in the afterhours check-in location. We had no idea what space we were assigned to and had to drive around. We finally found a spot that was not as long as we needed but worked okay for the few hours we would be there. Also, the road to get to this site is a bit dicey.

Nothing is near level. Other campers were also complaining. The spots are so small. My slide was about 6 inches from my neighbor. You, and your neighbor come out into eachother. With the picnic tables, vehicles and your neighbors, you are very crowded in.

The area itself is a beautiful place. The sites are now very big and our particular site was very sloped side to side. We could not get our trailer to level. Would be a great place to stay for longer if in a better site.

Horrible sites. This campground is built on a hill. A good portion of the sites are not close to level. To level my rv my tires were 9” off the ground on 1 side. The rv a couple of sites away their front tires were a good 12” off the ground. Most everybody had blocks under the tires. You can see how the sites are uneven. We stayed two night while exploring the parks. It is a good location. We used the laundry and played ping pong while our laundry washed. They also have pickle ball court :) clean and nice place :))

Very nice and accommodating staff. Site #037 specifically has a broken sewer connection (hole in it) and we experienced foul smells. Needs to be fixed. We did not mention this to staff as we came in late one night and only stayed two nights. We were gone early both days hiking. Freeway noise is quite noticeable. Nothing KOA can do about that. Overall, nice staff. One and done here. Nice people tho

Overall, it was good. We love the cleanliness of the campgrounds and the restrooms. We have stayed here numerous times. We love it location near Zion. Quail Creek Lake and other recreational places. My only issue, not a complaint, was that our site was in a row full of other RVs this time while there were other rows with very few campers. I recommend that campers be spread out.

Loved everything about our stay and only thing we would change is that the fire ring of our neighboring site was too close to our RV so were getting smoked out every night. If possible, spacing those rings away from RV pad would be our only suggestion to make for a perfect stay.

Great stay! Had space 9, probably one of the best views! Nice clean campground. Clean restrooms and showers. Spent 7 nights. Was in town for the Off Road Games. I will definitely be back, hopefully next year!

Camp sites are small , rocky. Washrooms are okay, showers were good but the doors are very squeaky. One toilet in the women's washroom was constantly running and would not flush. The washrooms were clean and the view is nice. The location suited our needs as it is close to Zion and Snow Canyon.

Beautiful views, camp ground is clean but needs some TLC( putt putt golf, corn hole) and most sites are no where near level. Takes a lot of blocks to level.

Highway noise and very, very difficult to find. Need to say upfront that GPS won't find it. Because I have a small camper, I always get put in small, cramped sites on ends of rows. I barely fit. I pay the same as others so should get the best available at the rate I pay at the time I reserve. KOA needs to let us pick our sites, especially since KOA rates tend to be high.

The amenities are nice for a KOA Journey. The place is clean and well laid out. The camp sites in the back are a bit sloped but fine. The staff was very nice. The views are amazing. This is southern Utah, it is hard to be somewhere that does not have a nice view down here.

Clean restrooms, Nice pool, and dog park. Checking after hours was very simple, a map with assigned site was labeled with guest name. KOA had a great view, sunrise and sunset. Location of the KOA to nearby attractions and restaurants was great, however too close to highway and all the traffic noise was hard to ignore while trying to sleep. Tent sites had a sand pad where the tent goes on top, however, tent sites were extremely close to each other. Campsites are better suited to other RVrs vs tent campers.

Great campground. Very nice staff in office. Pull thru spot was perfect. No issues leveling. Cannot beat the views. No traffic noise. Will definitely be back!!
