People in the office are great. Sites are too small. Laundry instructions were not clear and very frustrating.

The location was convenient which was great. It was clean and neat. The amenities were tired. Broken corn hole. Unusable mini golf. The internet was slow and kicked me off my meetings. And the net at the pickleball court is not regulation.

I have mixed emotions about this. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the sites were crap. We paid extra for a deluxe site and it was the most unlevel site I’ve ever stayed at, we almost fell several times because of the slight hill and the non-compacted gravel there goat head weeds that kept getting in my dog’s feet I will not stay here again

If you're staying for the camp amenities, I would suggest somewhere else. The pool heater is broken and half of the mini golf holes don't have grass. If you're just staying for a base camp while you explore the area, then it's good. Bathrooms were clean. Wifi is sufficient which is important bc you can't get a cell signal there.

This was one of the worst KOAs ever and we’ve stayed in many! Very unlevel and narrow sites. Mini golf torn up and unusable and pool heater broken! Location and friendly staff only thing going for this place! Would not stay again or recommend. Come on KOA! This park doesn’t meet your image at all. Seems KOAs are either falling apart, like this one or very overpriced if you want a decent site.

We are full time rv ers and stayed 5 nights, very close camp spots, no place to park our car. Noisy. Laundry doesn't take money, have to download a app and use a credit card. I'm old. Not very senior friendly. I will not be staying here again.

A good stay- nice staff and campground- low rating this time due to their laundry facilities- with them using a card system it cost us $20 to do 2 loads of laundry because the initial $10 we loaded on to the card didn’t load. No recourse or refund from the KOA even though it is the system they use for using their machines

Pool is cold. Showers are cold, if you’re lucky enough to have a shower head. Mini golf is shut down. There are no amenities.

Nice KOA in a pretty setting. Bathhouse remodel is gorgeous, but needs grab bars in the ADA showers. Our site was on a slope and leaned downhill. Sites near the dog park were more level.

The spots are still very unlevel and tight. 6 inches between our and the neighbors slide and one side has to have 4 leveling blocks underneath so the stairs into the rig were way off the ground. We were there a few years ago but stopped again because it looked like many improvements but kind of the same old thing

Booked a pull thru site. The first site was so un-level from side to side and uphill I would have had to raised right side of the camper 4 inches and unhooked the tow vehicle and dropped the tongue of the trailer to near the ground. Second site was level but very crowded. Was looking forward to the pool but it closes at 5pm and by time we requested a different site pool was closed.

Great area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. Only suggestion is to add hand rails in the Handicap Shower.

We recently stayed in a premium back in site with patio. The site was gravel which was fine but there was cheat grass everywhere. They should have had this sprayed and burned already. Our dogs were tracking it in the trailer and they had to be brushed frequently.

Pool was broken and was freezing cold. The campground smelled of sewer. Sites were pretty small. Staff was very nice.

This KOA is built on a slope, so few sites are truly level. The small sites on the north end get muddy from irrigation from the adjacent property. The showers were clean, but could use repair of their deteriorating floors.

Camp sites are very small. Our 35” 5th wheel barely fit, we had to leave the bedside partially in so as to not hit the slide of the trailer next to us.

In 2025, it is false to say that WiFi is provided when the WiFi doesn't connect. The whole layout is not done right. Yes, I have an expert background as a field operations leader from an internet provider. Somebody is cutting corners or being taken advantage of. Plus, closing down the only showers and restrooms for two hours from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. is ridiculous. I would NOT visit here again.

We had one of the premium back-in spaces and found it spacious and level. There was even a shade tree on one side to help keep the sun and heat off the rig. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathhouse had several showers, and everything was kept clean and tidy. There is a bit of road noise, but it's not bad. Overall, we found this KOA to be a great place to stay while visiting.

We loved our stay at this KOA. The site was great. The bathrooms and showers were clean. Our only issue was the internet was terrible. Cell service was super spotty so we were relying on the internet and you couldn’t get anything with their internet.

Campground was clean and well taken care of. Sites were also very nice. Playground area was a blast for the kids. Camp hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will see you all again.

The sites were not even close to level and very short. We were 22 ft long and we're almost in the driveway. Laundry was not conveniently located by the kampers. It is a long haul if you have anything to wash.

We stayed here for four nights while we were visiting Zion National Park and it turned out to be the perfect location for this. It is just 20 miles from the Kolob Unit of Zion via I-15, super easy access! Then we learned that if we take I-15 to the Toquerville exit, it makes getting to the main part of Zion so much easier because you skip all the traffic in Hurricane! Staff were super helpful and

I didn’t use any of the facilities so can’t comment on that but the sites are very close together and most of the sites are slanted. Close to the freeway but wasn’t overly noisy at night. Friendly staff and efficient check in.

We had just arrived at this campground - we had booked for a week but - Our grandson was flown by lifeflight from Vegas to Salt Lake City Primary Children's Hospital the day we arrived. Since we ended up having to spend a week in SLC- we extended our stay to 2 weeks....SABRINA was AMAZING!! We were so thankful that our rig was in this safe location since we had to leave for 10 days!! THANK YOU!!!

Nice campsite but sites are too close together. Also, having altering facing RV’s in row doesn’t allow for privacy. The entrance to Park needs attention. Personnel were very helpful and pleasant.

The amenities are nice for a KOA Journey. The place is clean and well laid out. The camp sites in the back are a bit sloped but fine. The staff was very nice. The views are amazing. This is southern Utah, it is hard to be somewhere that does not have a nice view down here.

Clean restrooms, Nice pool, and dog park. Checking after hours was very simple, a map with assigned site was labeled with guest name. KOA had a great view, sunrise and sunset. Location of the KOA to nearby attractions and restaurants was great, however too close to highway and all the traffic noise was hard to ignore while trying to sleep. Tent sites had a sand pad where the tent goes on top, however, tent sites were extremely close to each other. Campsites are better suited to other RVrs vs tent campers.

Great campground. Very nice staff in office. Pull thru spot was perfect. No issues leveling. Cannot beat the views. No traffic noise. Will definitely be back!!
