Clean sites, close to the beach where you can drive on with a 4X4 vehicle, plenty of great restaurants near by and the staff is professional and knowledgeable.

It was a good stay with all that one would need for basic RV hook up (water, electrical and sewer). A nice pond gave cool air and pleasant scene. The store was well stocked with helpful staff. The amenities may need some updating, but all were clean and worked. It might be nice to have a shuttle to area sights and beach. Shopping was a short walk away.

We stayed for four nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The space was gravel and a grassy area. The campground was clean well-maintained.

We have a 35 ft 5th wheel. We stayed in spot 51. This is a very nice koa. Each site has a propane gas grill and patio table and 4 chairs. The site has a large yard for the dogs. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also picked up the trash each day. Overall a first rate experience

It was a great stay at the KOA over the July 4th weekend! Clean and well kept. They're in process of upgrading outdoor table/chairs. The pool was nice, clean and refreshing! Well stocked camp store and very friendly staff!! We will be back! This has been a favorite place for us in the St Augustine area for several years!

We’ll stay again soon. But it’s crowded and the roads are way thin. I do like the private showers

We really enjoy coming to St Augustine and trip did not disappoint. The grounds are well maintained and the trees are beautiful. The showers are always clean and tidy. Had a lil issue when we got to our site, but Tim came straight out and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. We'll be staying there again for sure.

The sites aren't very spread apart, but very well kept. Our site had plenty of vegetation to provide privacy. The site was plenty long enough for our 35' fifth wheel, 3500 RAM, and additional parking. We had a table, chairs, fire pit, and a gas grill (which we used). We chose a water-view site ... worth it. This was our second stay and we find that this KOA is quiet and laid back. Great Staff!

Upon arrival, the 50 amp power was bad, missing a leg power. The gas grill was nasty, used it once and it caught on fire from the grease, also stunk like garbage, had to cover it up and move it. The deluxe site furniture chairs were broken and missing many screws. No activities director for the kids on the holiday, the other KOA's have them for the kids.

We RV camped the site sloped to much. The space between sites have no privacy. The staff were nice. We stayed 3 nights on a holiday weekend and planned on using the pool. NOPE the pool closes at 7pm daily. Our days were spent in St Augustine and at the beach wanted to relax at the pool in the evening. If I had known in advance that pool closed at 7pm I would not have booked and was too expensive.

Loved our spot and Gordon was super helpful. Pool area was clean, trash picked up quickly. Campground was full but didn't feel crowded.

During our stay the WiFi was of NO USE It was as if there was a Blockade we had better better WiFi service at State Parks I like the campground and St Augustine but please do something to improve the WiFi Service

I am so sorry you had trouble with the wifi at your site. I am very surprised to hear this as our wifi works quite well and I have not had any other guests report issues, other than an outage of about an hour after a storm a week ago. I will check the router at the site and try to find what's wrong

We liked the proximity to yown and the shuttle- although somewhat pricey- was convenient. The downsides were a very sloped site-(39) and there was no shade in our area. Daniela in the office was sweet and helpful.

Felt like I was in Zombie land , From the beginning I was escorted to my site the escort guy flew thru my site never stopped to see if everything was okay like other KOA's make sure your lined up with hook ups and usually ask if there's anything you need help with. As we stayed never a smile or a hello from any of the workers

Given the urban location I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. Restroom and shower facilities were clean and a little dated but functional. Liked the pool and deck very much. Had problems with the wifi dropping out. Reported to staff but no resolution. We had a lot of mud and debris wash onto our site after very heavy rain and was disappointed that it wasn't cleaned up.

To be honest, we have found that when most folks are on the site they prefer us not to be on the site to clean up minor debris after storms and the like, as they prefer privacy. If you ever want anything taken care of during your stay, please just call or text us. We appreciate you staying with us!

Stayed in a lakeside pull thru. Site was level and clean. Nice view of Turtle Lake. But the sites are a bit smal, patio area barely fit gas grill, small table & chairs. Dog park was nice, but small. Love the location of St Augustine KOA. Staff super helpful. Always smiling. Will come back to stay if ever in the area.

Terrible hookup conditions at the site I was placed at. There were significant rains and the hooks ups are in swale that quickly became a retention pond completely covering up my water filter and almost covering the electrical connection for my power cord. I had to suspend the power cord to keep it from being underwater. The spigot for the water connection was directed away from the campsite.

Very nice KOA. The Old Town Trolley offers a shuttle pick up service and picks you up at the campground. Fantastic dog day care and boarding close by. Hounds Town St Augustine. KOA Staff was polite and friendly.

A very quiet, well kept campground. It is an older park, but they are definitely keeping up with maintenance. The sites are not huge, but the foliage keeps them private. Large, old oaks line the pond. Very peaceful. The pull through sites by the water are the way to go. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are many awesome restaurants near by and you are literally minutes from the beach.
