$100.00 and no pool. Their website should have been updated. Disappointing at best.

We are so sorry that our pool was closed for necessary maintenance. While it is unheated and quite cold, we have updated our website and did our best to contact our upcoming reservations via email to ensure our guests knew the pool would be closed. We hope to have it back open in 10-14 days

We stayed for 3 weeks and the service, cleanliness and friendliness was consistent. Restrooms very clean and constantly refreshed.

The location for this campground is excellent for all St. Augustine has to offer - very close to the beach. Our campsite was well located at the end of the lake. There are however some concerns. Our campsite was littered with dozens of cigarette butts and our firepit was full of trash. The office staff was friendly and helpful but don't try to get anything from the field maintenance staff.

We just stayed one night the sight was nice . Was very impressed with 1 friendliness when made reservation over Phone at location. Also at check in at Location both individuals were outstanding.

We called Way in advance to get our reservation. We have a 24 foot class C RV. When we got there, they put us on a dirt sandy lot. It looked like it was for primitive camping. All around us were empty lots with stone and concrete. It was a nasty mess inside of our RV and our tow vehicle. Don’t understand why we couldn’t have one of the other empty lots that had stone or concrete slabs

We are sorry the site was not a good fit. When you booked this reservation yourself online, you did select and reserve an unpaved site, which would was reflected in your confirmation. When you arrived, our paved sites were unfortunately fully booked, otherwise we would have been happy to upgrade you

We really enjoyed our stay at this campground! The facilities are extremely clean, and check-in was a breeze. We had a golf cart escort to our campsite and were pleasantly surprised to find a table with four chairs, a fire pit, and a small grill. This campground is located less than 2 miles from the Amp, and a very short bike ride to the beach, the lighthouse, and Anastasia State Park.

The shuttle for trolley services was wonderful! Appreciated clean bathrooms and showers. Check-in staff offered great suggestions for food/sites to see. Pups always enioy dog park. Will definitely be back.

Overall our stay was OK. Our site was across from a house, and tiny homes behind us. Maybe a different site would have given us a better experience, but it was OK. Not far from the beach, which was a positive. Some staff were friendly, but most just didn't look at you and ignored you completely. (even when you waved at them).

It is a nice place but the motorcycles were loud. And woke us up after ten pm a couple of campers down.

Sorry to hear that you found the noise from guest's motorcycles to be disturbing. While we do not allow excessive revving of engines, we do allow motorcycles, and you happened to stayed during Daytona Bike Week, when we welcome more cyclists than any other time of year. We appreciate your feedback

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, and the trolly stop is a very nice amenity. The sites for larger rigs are very tight, they could use some cleanup and updating. Overall, a good stay- thank you

Good service, well kept facilities, helpful information and assistance when needed. The 2 reasons for not a 5, felt squeezed in, too close to each other, very tight area. And though helpful, the couple of interactions with staff was business like and not friendly. Maybe having a bad day, but all but one just didn’t seem happy.

Easy check in. Helpful staff, very friendly, gave some great recommendations about the area. Our pull in site next to the water was delightful and spacious. Thank you for the extras like patio table, chairs and grill. Bathrooms/showers were clean (perhaps better ventilation when showering). Laundry room provided large washers/dryers. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Love the beach bus stopping right on the campground. Very helpful staff in the office.Decent and convenient showers. Only complaint was the four puppies in a nearby cabin that barked all night but they were only there one night.

Pull through sites nice. Many w/ shade. Clean. Nice pond by RV sites & cabins. Good rm to manneuver. Close to beaches, towns for supplies, RV support (Blue Compass), & roads N including 95. Late chk-in hard--drop dn dr unmarkd--TY nt mngr. Nice front shop, frt desk staff. Park attendant especially kind/helpful as my 1st RV set up. Facilities need mending/updating--have seen a lot of wear and tear.

We loved our time at the St. Augustine KOA. We just overnighted, but we will definitely be back!

The positives are the full hook-ups, view of the pond and individual restrooms. The negative is the very narrow lot. We took up the entire space with the slides out. There was no room to sit outside, setup the dog fence, put out the rug, or enjoy the outside. There were larger lots that would have worked better. That location is very noisy.

Our neighbors were playing loud heavy metal music until midnight on the Friday night of our stay. No one seems to monitor quiet hours.

Quiet until the end of the week, bikers for the bike week. The internet seemed to only work in the morning. Never did get the cable the cable to work. Liked the beach bus coming to get us.

Great location, quiet, well kept Friendly staff, close to the drive on beach access. Restaurants galore, and great sites with lots of birds and wildlife.

A very quiet, well kept campground. It is an older park, but they are definitely keeping up with maintenance. The sites are not huge, but the foliage keeps them private. Large, old oaks line the pond. Very peaceful. The pull through sites by the water are the way to go. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are many awesome restaurants near by and you are literally minutes from the beach.
