Came in from Belleview, Fl for a quick weekend getaway. We were welcomed by staff immediately and explained how Everything worked. Everything was clean and well maintained. Caught a few bass in the pond We will be back.

This campground was very clean and the staff was pleasant. This site was large enough for my motorhome and toad. The only negative thing was the sewer connection was not threaded.

Great location. Very friendly office staff, golf cart staff not so much. Nice laundromat facilities. Limited parking for check-in, so plan to stop/park in the street. Having the Old-Town Trolley stop on the property is a big plus.

This was our fourth stay here, so obviously we’re big fans. The park is clean and well laid out, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient.

We had beautiful weather most of the week. I was disappointed that the pool was not heated....it was soooo cold. Loved the paddle boats and the view of the lake. Use of the gazebo was a plus for our group's dinner meal. Wish you had a rec room with library, puzzles. But overall a very nice experience.

Amazing place, beautiful haven in midst of houses and businesses. Well kept and friendly staff and very clean. I love the little lake. I saw an amazing black Coramant (bird) we played peekaboo. I saw turtles and squirrels. Don’t believe the staff is not a half a mile to the beach. A special place !

Great relaxing stay. The staff was very accommodating, the pool was clean and bright and the dog park was an added bonus! We will definitely be back.

Great stay although we were a little upset when a few of us gathered up to go to the pool and were told it was closed and it was only five o’clock pool closes at seven asked why they gave some reason and said no lifeguard and we’ve stayed multiple times never seen a lifeguard ever lol other than that great time

Excellent staff and crews around the KOA. Super friendly. Felt very safe and very accommodating. Very clean, provides table, chairs, gas grill and firepit at all sites, and very well kept too. Very peaceful place to stay. Facilities are very clean.

The internet was very slow, we could not stream we paid to use it, we should be reimbursed for that, the receptionist said she would forward the issue to the main office in Utah(?). That’s all she could do.(?) she didn’t know when they would send someone out to try and fix the problem, we were there a week!

Small and quiet. Showers and restrooms in middle of campground making it nice not having to walk far from camper. Close to everything but highway noise fairly limited. No luck with fishing but will be back!

Older park but served our needs. The water pressure is a little light the asphalt pads and patios were a bit settled and uneven. However, this park is a trolley stop for tours into St. Augustine and that is very convenient to not have to take a large tow vehicle into town. Would stay again if we were to return to the area. Office staff were welcoming.

Thank you so much! We're glad you found the staff welcoming and helpful, and enjoyed the trolley shuttle that stops at the park. In regards to the water pressure, our pressure is very stable but if you add an extra pressure regulator it can sometime make it a little low. We recommend removing them

Requested open sky site but we were placed in tree covered site. We reserved a site several months prior to arriving if this KOA would actually read our request they should have contacted us letting us know lake view sites were tree covered but no attempt to do so. When we arrived the guy showing us to our site just pointed to the site and just drove off the site was very steep to level and shor

The campground was beautifully maintained and very well laid out. Trash pick up every day at our site was extremely helpful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this stay and plan to return again.

It's a nice little KOA. Not a lot of frills, but St Augustine has so much to do, you don't need it. Coming back to our site and relaxing after a long day was great. Nice staff. Laundry facility and bathrooms very clean.

A great location close to the beach and restaurants. It's an older KOA, sites are pretty tight and narrow. Quiet considering the location. I've stayed at dozens of KOA's and I have to mention 2 things. First, the staff around the campground wasn't very friendly, not even returning waves in passing. Second, there was litter on our site: paper, metal pop top, bits of plastic. Staff could do better.

We had not been to a KOA in many many years and were so pleasantly surprised by all the extras at each site in addition to the amazingly clean restrooms. (Those were much appreciated). And the staff was super friendly

Beautiful campground. The lake is lovely and tough to fish. Not fond of the front desk man who acted like he knew everything and was obnoxious. Lots of noise due to its location but the bar next door "Pelican Pub" is super clean and has great gator bites. The lake has big fish in it for sure. The laundry is expensive compared to other KOAS. I'd stay again but know to expect noise.

Great location, quiet, well kept Friendly staff, close to the drive on beach access. Restaurants galore, and great sites with lots of birds and wildlife.

A very quiet, well kept campground. It is an older park, but they are definitely keeping up with maintenance. The sites are not huge, but the foliage keeps them private. Large, old oaks line the pond. Very peaceful. The pull through sites by the water are the way to go. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are many awesome restaurants near by and you are literally minutes from the beach.
