Love the clean bathrooms, and the cabins had comfortable mattress pads! The beach was a 3 minute drive from the koa.

This is where I always stay while in St Augustine. The location is excellent. I'm glad Aja is still working there, she's always helpful and cheerful. I also appreciate that the bathroom situation was resolved quickly by putting a code lock on doors. I will definitely stay there again.

Wasn't exactly sure what to expect because this was our first time bringing our grandkids in a cabin. Everything was adequate enough but just no "frills", I know it's rated as a "holiday" which I believe means it's family friendly but the playground was way too young for our 8 & 5 year olds :( I think it was very pricey, the cabin and renting bikes etc. Plus, there's no where to really ride the

We had a blast. 3 families together with kiddos for short weekend. Cabins were cute clean and efficient. Super clean restrooms and close to St Augustine activities. Would definitely stay again.

Great customer service! The campground is immaculate throughout. Clean bathhouse, all of them! The cabins are great. The RV sites were pretty full and saw everything from van's to tag axle coaches and in-between. We love the area attractions, but we could just kick back and watch the ducks on the pond. Not to be left out, the beach is right down the road, literally. One, of the top KOAs in FL

I stayed in the camper cabins and it was great! Nice new permanent shower facilities across the small lake. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff. Cabin was clean and close to beach and 15 min drive to historic St. Augustine. We will definitely stay again!

The delux cabin was even better than we hoped. We appreciated that basic kitchenware including plates and flatware was included. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect location for exploring the beach and the historic area. We hope to be back soon.

Urban campground but felt like we were in the wilderness. Extremely clean grounds, clean lake with no trash, very clean and comfortable bath house and rest rooms and the cabins were nice and clean. One of the only campgrounds I've bought good fire wood that lit well and burned clean. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Trash pick up at our site was nice. Great location to Downton.

We had a wonderful time the campground itself is in perfect condition our cabin was nicely cleaned and enjoyed sitting out on the deck and fishing and watching all the turtles. Everything was very lovely and exactly what I had read. The maintenance staff was exceptional we had one little problem and they were right there and they are so polite and very good at their jobs.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Restrooms / showers were clean, comfortable and safe. Campground was pleasant....a little loud because of motorcycles, but they were on their last day or two when we arrived. Location is excellent....close to beach, restaurants and downtown. KOA staff was exceptional.

The cabins are very bare and expensive for what is offered. We spent 120. Dollars for a stripped down cabin…ONLY beds. Bring you bedding and toiletries. Bathrooms are FAR away. That amount of money could’ve gone along way to way better accommodations. The campground is ok…the location to fun things is great…I guess that’s how they justify the price…keep looking!!

We had a wild stay at this KOA. A heavy rain washed almost our tent away, that’s way we switched to cabin. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the facilities were a little bit dated but very clean. The beach is close by and they have a lovely little pond in the middle of the campground. The bus in the city drives through the campground, which could be bothersome. Overall very pleasant!

Our stay was good but it was not what I expected. I thought the Deluxe cabin that I had reserved would be different according to other KOAs I had stayed at. We had a studio with no chairs other than stools and were without tv because of the weather. Campground was fine but I did not care for the accommodations.

We booked 8 sites for a family wedding on Saturday! The facilities were clean and modern! The staff was courteous and very helpful!

We love this place, great fun for adults and kids. Fishing, ducks and turtles to feed, a k9 park, campfires, clean bathrooms, super friendly staff, and we love being able.to stay in a cabin with separate rooms.

It was our second time staying. Last year we brought our RV this year we stayed in a cabin. It was small, but we knew it would be. Staff is very friendly, property and cabin very clean. We'll be back!

Smelled like rat infested dead mice. Disgusting !! Bathroom drain stopper broken. Paid for six (6) nights, but left after two (2) nights, without refund cause it was so disgusting. Disgusting!!! Worse place we ever stayed!! Stinky, smelly!! Of course, will never go there again. Man at desk was very rude and obnoxious. He thought he was cute by insulting me.

We love KOA but unfortunately our cabin was dirty, super buggy. The lake infront of the cabin looks gorgeous with all the turtles in it but smells terrible. Bathrooms are far from cabins but clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful but this Koa was not comfortable for us at all.

Cabin was clean! The restrooms were clean. The showers in the middle of the park are individual units. The showers by the pool are communal. Both were very clean, but I would opt for the individual units in the summer months. The grounds were clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It is a 1 mile straight route to the BEACH! We'll be back, again!

If you have never stayed at the Saint Augustine Beach Koa holiday in Saint Augustine, Florida, I highly recommend that you check it out because the rooms there are very spacious. One thing that I have to say about the service at the saint Augustine Beach Koa campground is that they are very welcoming to all the guests and willing to answer any questions that you may have regarding your reservation or anything that you may need for your campsite during your stay at this amazing campground. One thing that I have to say about the location is great because you're right across the street from a shopping center with a dollar general and also in the same location there is also a bank. One thing that I have to say about the service that I received there the last time that I was there. It was amazing, and the people who were working at the check-in were super helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had they answered them for us, and it's a great place to camp at In the saint Augustine Florida area. One thing that I have to say about the cleanliness of the camp ground Is that it's very clean and organized and overall not a lot of trash anywhere and overall it's just a wonderful place to enjoy a great time with your friends and family in the saint Augustine Florida area. In my conclusion, this place, by far, has exceeded my expectations for one of my favorite places to camp in the Saint Augustine Florida area.

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).
