Extended our stay and extra week because of all the great things to see and do. The location is easy in and out, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Thank you for a great stay. See you next year.

Internet was out first day then not strong enough for my grandson to complete school project. Cable out entire stay. Pool out for emergency cleaning entire stay. Big rig friendly not so much. Staff was very friendly.

First time staying at a KOA and we were very happy. Customer service was fantastic, they came by every hour it seemed to get trash bags left out. We will definitely keep KOA top of the list when traveling.

Overall this is a nice campground. The staff is very good and the showers were clean which is important to us. It is, however, small and located in an very busy area so it has the associated crowding and noise that go with that. On the flip side it is close to the beach and lots of other activities.

Thank you so much for staying with our KOA! We're glad that overall you enjoyed your stay. It is a a trade off, being just 3 miles from historic St. Augustine and less than a mile to the beach means we are close to everything, are never quite as a quiet as a remotely located park.

Location was good. restrooms were very good. Pool was closed for maintenance. We were in sandy site with no pavement and behind us was a wooden fence and behind that was a seafood market with an ice machine on the roof that dumped ice every 5-10 minutes. Staff was very friendly, and when we needed plumbing work done, they recommended a quality repairman.

Pros: showers and restrooms clean. Office and maintenance staff friendly and professional. Location close to St.Augustine, the beach, restaurants and stores. Cons:our site could have been cleaner on arrival. I picked up a lot of small plastic strips off the ground before we set up. Sites are super close together. Setting is in a busy area so there is a lot of traffic noise.

One of the top five KOAs that we've ever stayed at. Very convenient to the beach & local attractions. Great staff and facilities! We ordered firewood and somehow, it was waiting at our site before we could drive there from the office.

Site was private, quiet and clean. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. Nice table, chairs, fire pit and new BBQ grill with propane.

Quick onernighter. Easy checking, nice sites. The showers and laundry were clean and much appreciated after boon docking the last 5 days. Will definitely come back and take advantage of the trolley tour to check out St Augustine.

We love this place! Been staying here for 7yrs and they have NEVER disappointed! Staff is always friendly and helpful. We come back every year and get the same spot. We have NEVER had a problem. The grounds are very clean and well kept and if there is a problem they fix it immediately. It's super conveniently located close to everything!

The campground keeps the facilities in excellent condition as well add improvements to each campsite! The staff is friendly and looks for ways to improve customer service.

Only issue was the cable. Otherwise it was a great stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Only glitch was we were on the back row, where back in sites were not angled enough to easily get a tow behind backed in, and big rigs on the next aisle made the angles a bit challenging. Next time I’ll spring for a pull thru. Facilities were clean and the hot water was plentiful. Quiet location despite its proximity to A1A.

This was our first stay at this KOA and overall we had a great stay at the KOA St. Augustine! The location is a huge plus! It's in a prime spot close to the beach and local parks, and just a short drive to all the historic sights downtown. It made exploring the area really convenient. The bath house building and the children's play area were clean and well-maintained, which we appreciate.

It’s a great place to camp if you’d like camping behind commercial business that get deliveries early in the morning garbage removal also early in the morning and noise from refrigeration, equipment, bathrooms will clean. The rest of the sites were much nicer, but still a very busy campsite lots of road noise.

We are sorry our neighbor's noise bothered you during your stay. We are close to all St. Augustine has to offer, the trade off is that we are neighbors with some commercial properties. For guests wanting a quieter stay, we suggest our lakeside pull thrus, since they're farthest from our neighbors

We just needed a quick get away, and chose koa campground at saint augustine. We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was very clean and a staff was very friendly and helpful. Give them all 5 stars.

When I booked there was only one site left and it was a shared site but that was the only one. When we arrived they had moved us to a regular site and we were very pleased. Nice clean park, nice people good WiFi�

It was quiet and peaceful. Which is most important. However in the last few years this place has gone down hill. Should be called a journey not a holiday.

We had a great stay! It was easy to get to local attractions. Staff recommended Osprey Tacos, the place had delicious food! There is a French bakery that is easy to walk to!

We camped in our pop up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom/showers are individual and spotless. Plenty of shade under trees. Overall visit was fantastic.
