Location is great. Easy access to attractions in the area. Friendly and professional staff. The sites are very tight and your neighbors sewer drain is next to your outdoor dining area. Laundry and bath/shower facilities are excellent and kept very clean. Grounds keepers do a great job. Nice shady campground.

Everything seemed great at first. However, it was extremely difficult to sleep because of a very loud noise, especially from a motorbike or car revving its engine repeatedly from 9pm until 2am. The noise made it impossible for us to get any rest. After paying $86 for the night, we expected to have a peaceful sleep, but the excessive noise continued throughout the night. We chose this KOA because of the location, but will come back because of the staff. Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant.

Love the location and the quaintness of the campground. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be to have more of the Premium sites!!

Clean, quiet. Sad that the pool was not operating. Would love to have a larger dog play area. Up grade the towels that are provided. Add a pod coffee maker. Tks for having a broom. Add baby gates to the porch areas for children and pets.

Great campground! Exceptionally clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms. The grounds were taken care of on a regular basis. The only negative is highway noise but that wouldn't prevent a return visit.

The lots are so unlevel auto jack completely raises your camper wheel off the ground. I read all the ads for this campground but was left disappointed. As if you check I am not a complainer I stayed in Koa grounds for approximately 5 weeks from February 14 through March. I am finding there isn't a lot of different between the Holidays and the journey Koa

We're sorry to hear you had issues leveling your site. Being an older park, some of our sites to have a slight incline to them, but if you ever have this serious an issue with us please let us know and we'll do everything we can to reassign you a site that is a better fit

Unfortunately the weather was uncooperative, but we had a lakeside pull thru and the restrooms were clean and spacious.. power, water and sewer were fine and the campground is conveniently located. A nice stay..

The St. Augustine Beach KOA is the best place to stay while visiting St. Augustine. The cabins at the campground are great, and the staff is extremely friendly. They are always there to help if you need anything during your stay. The beach and the St. Augustine Amp are both within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Site was level requiring no additional adjustments for our Class C. The bathrooms were wonderful! Loved the individual, private showers and toilets. Everything was clean! And the daily trash pick up was an added bonus!

Nice having a barbecue grill at our site. Had to use leveling blocks under camper to get level. You better have a good brake system for your camper as our site was sloped down toward the lake. Unfortunately, the pool was broken down during our stay. The beach trolley makes a stop at the camp, so you don't have to drive into downtown St. Augustine and pay for parking. Good Wifi.

We come from SC in March for 2 weeks We visit friends in Palm Coast and enjoy the St. AUGUSTINE area. We will be back in '27 for 2 weeks.

Overnight. Campsites are VERY close together. Made it very difficult to back in to. A lot of sites had to park their car in the street because there wasn’t enough room for both rv and car. We couldn’t pull out until someone moved their car because we couldn’t fit through

Perfect weekend. The campground was nice and clean and the staff is the best. Everyone is so courteous and nice. Could ask for a better weekend. Looking forward to next year. And. Possibly more visits this year.

We have stayed in KOA campgrounds across the country. This was by far the worst experience. The sites were cramped. No quite time enforced. People partying into the wee hours.

We only stayed one night. The site was large given its location. Turn in and out was tight but manageable for a Class A motorhome. People were great.

We love staying at this KOA! The cabins are perfect, the vibe is super chill & the grounds have everything you need. Plus, the beach is close & so is the Amp!

We are returning Travel trailer campers and its for the simple fact that the grounds are clean, bathrooms are clean, its quiet, the sites are incredible (especially pull thru lakefront, there are tables, chairs and a grill!), and the office staff are always smiling and friendly and helpful. ALL of the staff/grounds staff are courteous and kind This is our go-to in st augustine!!!!

THIS IS ONE OF THE KOA'S THAT WE COME TO EVERY YEAR FOR YEARS. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE, THE EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE US HAPPY. WE WILL CONTINUE TO COME EVERY YEAR UNTIL WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE.

No hot water. Why stay at a KOA if no hot shower?!!

Very clean. This campground is older and no frills. There is a small pool and is also conveniently located about a mile from the beach. Sites are narrow but long. The laundry is quarters only but the front desk can accommodate making change for you .

Our stay was average. Our cabin was fifthly, the sheets on the full bed had black stuff on them forcing me on top of the covers. The grill’s side table would not go down, our firewood was stolen (and refunded. Kids were running around unsupervised and screaming. When I requested assistance, your staff yelled at me. I understand kids make noise. This was excessive.

You need to address the dogs barking. Not a fan of waking up every morning to barking dogs. Hand out something at check in to remind guest and remind them of other guest peace and quiet.

Sites are nice but not much room for vehicle. Lake is great to walk around with pets. Pool was under renovation but beach less than a mile away with free street parking. Convenient to services.

The only issue is that we were one of the sloped lots that made it a little more challenging to level and even with our chokes in place the camper moved backwards. We were able to reconnect and stabilze the camper. I have connected and disconnected our camper over 100 times and this was our first issue we had.

Great location, quiet, well kept Friendly staff, close to the drive on beach access. Restaurants galore, and great sites with lots of birds and wildlife.

A very quiet, well kept campground. It is an older park, but they are definitely keeping up with maintenance. The sites are not huge, but the foliage keeps them private. Large, old oaks line the pond. Very peaceful. The pull through sites by the water are the way to go. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are many awesome restaurants near by and you are literally minutes from the beach.
