We had such a fun stay. The fishing and pedal boats were the highlight, we loved that. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and secure. Felt safe and comfortable. 100% will visit again. Love the location, so close to everywhere St Augustine!

The park has a great location and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, our site had a sand landscape by the trailer that the picnic table and chairs set on. The sand needs grass planted on it so it doesn’t get tracked into the rv.

Campground very close to the beach and very clean. Only downside is traffic noise.

Thanks for staying with our park. We're glad you found the location convenient and the park clean :) Sorry about the traffic noise. The trade off to being less than a mile from the beach and ten minutes from the historic district is that we are not in a remote area, and do get some road noise

Stayed almost a week at the St. Augustine KOA. Entire area was very well kept and restrooms were great. Front desk personnel were informative and friendly. Sites themselves were great. Loved the pool! Staff kept folks informed of water issues from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable on the area to tell travelers about local interests. Will definitely return and recommend to all!

Conveniently located and clean. Showers and laundry faciliities were nice. Pull through site was level side to side but not front to back at our site-other sites looked better but they were in a less desirable location. Sites were very close which is really the biggest negative. Would still stay here again.

Pull in wasn’t in a nice area, ground was untracked and unlevel. There was some toilet paper in the dirt. You back up to businesses that run their air conditioning so it’s loud. I would recommend a pull through spot or a cabin. The lake was beautiful and the just at from desk was amazing. I very nice park, but chose your spot if you can.

Sorry you didn't love your back in site, and that an inconsiderate person left trash laying around. We pick it up as soon as we see it, but we're sorry someone did that. Our lakeside sites our definitely our best. Quiet, paved, shaded, with a gorgeous view. You can absolutely request one next stay

Only issue I had was with the car wash business adjacent to car camp site. One of the washing stalls has a 24 hour door that opens and shuts all night and was rather noisy and distracting. I know you probably can’t stop that, but that is what I noticed. Otherwise very accommodating stay.

We had a site along the lake. It was fun seeing all the waterfowl and turtles. They gave us a lot of info at check in. Laundry room was nice. Close proximity the beach and tourist attractions.

This a very convenient location and the campground is pretty well maintained. The laundry is nice and clean, the pool is also very nice!

The location is great. The sites are tight. Needs a little updating.

The cabin are outdated and in bad condition. The water in the bathroom sink did not have cold water. Coffee is not provided even though there is a coffee maker. Will not be returning to this KOA which is the only one that I have found in these conditions.

Bathrooms/Showers were immaculate! Friendly staff. Sites were small but it felt private. I would come back here in the future.

You allowed more people than your campground could handle to camp on the night we stayed. The showers and bathrooms were overrun and if you managed to get a shower the water was cold. We’ve had better nights at a Walmart parking lot.

We're so sorry that you had such a poor experience at our park. We appreciate your feedback on how we can improve, and hope you'll give us another shot in the future. Our tankless heaters should never run out of hot water. I will have our team check them out and see if anything is wrong

Friendly, helpful staff and great location but several things brought my rating down to 3 stars: 1. Water was out multiple times 2. Sites very close together - zero privacy 3. Site 66 fire pit was right next to road taking away valuable parking space for my truck and making a nice, relaxing fire impossible

Thank you for your feedback. We'll look at the firepit placement and see if we can find a better spot for it. We are terribly sorry for the water shut off. We had a pipe break unexpectedly, so we weren't able to give adequate notice. Thankfully we don't anticipate any further issues

The setting was nice. Gary (grounds crewman) was very helpful with an issue we had. Camping store staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The site (#71) was adequate but small. No room to put up shade tent. I noticed on some sites that the chairs and gas grill were quite new looking. Our chairs and table were just ok but the grill was rusted and not useable.

This campground was clean and quiet however it backs up to a busy strip mall and we were uncomfortable having our children staying where other business Patrona may be able to see them. The back in sites were also extremely tight if there is a large camper or RV across the path.

Thank you for staying with our campground. Unfortunately being so close to everything, we do have some businesses as our neighbors. For guests looking to be away from the commercial properties, we recommend our lakeside pull throughs. We're glad that otherwise the site was clean and quiet.

Great campground! Sites are a little tight but the campground is in the middle of town! Super convenient to everything and a shuttle that runs to the historic downtown area. Pretty lake, dog friendly, easy in/out, clean and well maintained. Staff are amazing.

Nice trail around the lake. We had a lakeside site -a bit pricey. Site was narrow and pavement needs repair. The grill provided was falling apart. It was a quiet park with lots of birds. Carpenter bees near the cabins was unsettling during our walks. Not sure how to eradicate them. The lake view was nice but you don’t get much room. There is a nice fish market around the corner.

The campsites are clean, spacious and well maintained. The location is convenient for shopping and travel to the beach. Two laundry rooms are small with only three washers and dryers in each and one had a washer out of service and the other had a dryer out of service, so it was necessary to run to find open machines. The pool was closed the entire stay but is unheated. Text after we left now open!

While your campsite was clean and your employees friendly & helpful, I found the sites too close together and didn't like the ambiance of being backed up to a shopping center that you could see over the small fence. Pool was closed.Very expensive for a KOA. I left a day early.

A really nice little campground. Great location and very easy to find. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I hope to go back soon.

Great location, quiet, well kept Friendly staff, close to the drive on beach access. Restaurants galore, and great sites with lots of birds and wildlife.

A very quiet, well kept campground. It is an older park, but they are definitely keeping up with maintenance. The sites are not huge, but the foliage keeps them private. Large, old oaks line the pond. Very peaceful. The pull through sites by the water are the way to go. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are many awesome restaurants near by and you are literally minutes from the beach.
