We found the site well laid out with reasonable space. The best features were:1) the well organized and clean washroom, shower and laundry facilities; 2) the communal dumping facility with everything setup so we didn’t have to use and clean our own gear. Well thought out. Thank you.

We love St Augustine KOA. Very friendly, helpful staff. It is a very clean campground as well as quiet. We are already booked for next year!

OK, campsite was small but nice, included a gas grill and 4 person patio set, fire pit with benches around it. Typical highway noise at night.

Pool not heated. Paddleboats not usable. Sand all over mattress. No garbage can in room. Bees swarming around the porch so we couldn't enjoy the porch swing. We left early, no refunds, no apology.

Felt unsafe. LIGHTING at the ladies room was not appropriate. I called three times and three times I asked if the pool was heated. The rep on the phone stated it was heated. I was very disappointed. The door on the cabin did not lock from the outside.Directions that were given were terrible got lost 3 times. Bad communication. No activies at this KOA.

Just an overnight, but I guess there was heavy rains before we arrived and they parked us in a mud hole when there were other dry sites open. Either repair that site or don’t use it for several days until it dries out. Restrooms were just okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Most sites looked nice, mine was near the strip mall adjacent to camp and was mostly dirt. Bath and laundry were excellent. Pool looked nice. WiFi was almost non-existent in the middle of the property. Location is excellent, staff were nice. Lots of amenities nearby and just far away from the touristy areas.

Internet is very slow. There were power surges and eventually it went out during the night. It’s a great location and the spots are nice. I loved the gas grills at each spot too.

Our campsite was terrible , the concrete pad was very small and at the back of camper it was all cracked up and unlevel, the ground was all bumpy when u stepped outside the door. Very small site. It was #54, and over priced for was it was.

Again the KOA staff was friendly and very helpful. The bathrooms were awesome! The sites were close and we felt a bit “packed”in but that is to be expected in an area like St. Augustine!! Our trailer was backed up to a pub - their ice machine kept working all night!!

Was surprised at how quite the park was at night even though it was full, staff was friendly and helpful, park was nice and clean, site was just big enough for our rig, nice view of the lake

Great RV park, perfect location for site seeing and beach a 10 minute walk. Sites are a nice size and ones by the lake are perfect . Maintenance & facilities have been improved over the past few years. Staff very helpful, only negative is the parking by the office make road very narrow and vehicles asking to be hit. Wish they had a monthly rate for returning guests. Already booked for next year

From the second we got here, we felt very uncomfortable. The man at the front desk was very overbearing and didn’t let us get a word in. There were homeless people staying in a tent behind us. 5 adults and one pitbull in one tent. The spaces are very tight. Staff doesn’t wave or acknowledge guests except one young guy with a beard. Loved the location. Beautiful setting around the water. Spaces are a little tight but still felt very private. So close to the beach and restaurants. We wanted to stay longer but they were completely booked.

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).

if you have never camped at the ST Augstine Beach KOA Holiday before you should check it out beacuse the sights are clean and overall in my opnion its just a wonderfull place to camp at if you are looking for a place to camp at in the ST Augustine florida area. one thing that i have to say about the service is that they are very helpfull with any questions that you may have when you are booking your camp sight and overall very postive. one thing that i have to say about the location is that it is very quiet and you are right across the street from a shooping center with a dollor general and also a bank and also around the cornor from the camp ground is a few places to eat and the camp ground in my opnion is a great place. im going to reccomend this place to anyone that has not stayed there before to camp the place has to be one of my favorite places to camp in the saint Agustine florida area. will be returning to this place when ever im in the saint Agustine florida area this place is one of my favorite places to camp in saint Agustine florida area.
