Stayed in cabin S105. Pics of cabin on website are misleading. Cabin is smaller than expected. Definitely for sleeping and showering only. Was clean and in decent repair.

We are sorry the cabin was smaller than expected. Our deluxe studios are very nice, but they are set up like a studio apartment where everything is in one smaller room. For those wanting more space, we recommend our larger, two bedroom deluxe lodge that has a full living room and sits on the lake

Stayed in a lakeside pull thru. Site was level and clean. Nice view of Turtle Lake. But the sites are a bit smal, patio area barely fit gas grill, small table & chairs. Dog park was nice, but small. Love the location of St Augustine KOA. Staff super helpful. Always smiling. Will come back to stay if ever in the area.

Terrible hookup conditions at the site I was placed at. There were significant rains and the hooks ups are in swale that quickly became a retention pond completely covering up my water filter and almost covering the electrical connection for my power cord. I had to suspend the power cord to keep it from being underwater. The spigot for the water connection was directed away from the campsite.

Very nice KOA. The Old Town Trolley offers a shuttle pick up service and picks you up at the campground. Fantastic dog day care and boarding close by. Hounds Town St Augustine. KOA Staff was polite and friendly.

The sewage system at lot 67cwas clogged,and sewage was overflowing onto the property.My husband tried everything to unclog it,but he couldn't.The outdoor shower by the pool wasn't working,and it would be good if it did so we could rinse off the chlorine.We were very well attended to by the blonde lady who is usually there in the office in the morning.

We checked the sewer hook up on the site and everything appears to be draining properly with no issues. In the future please let us know if you have any issues like this. We want to help, but can't do anything if we don't know. We are so sorry you had an issue, and hope you'll give us another shot

This campground is great. Grounds are well kept. Staff is very friendly. It is only 1 mile from the beach. City transportation is just across the street. Sites are a little close but not cramped. Definitely worth the stay..

We really the St. Augustine KOA, and have been staying in their Camping Cabins. The location is perfect for people on the move, or tourists alike. The tables, chairs, and BBQs on each site are a great addition.. The staff are always wonderful, professional, and friendly. The only downside is that the cabins need power washing and restaining,with spiders and rusty chair chains. We'll stay again! P

Great location, close to the beach. We stayed 5 nights on one of the premium sites. Did not use the pool, but it appeared very clean. Was a little disappointed with the care taken to keep the restrooms and shower areas clean. Often found a fair amount of hair in both the sink and shower drain. A couple times the toilet was out of paper along with the sink area. Will stay here again due to loc

Clean, well-organized campground. Staff in office very helpful and accommodating; grounds crew busy maintaining/cleaning sites. In close proximity to restaurants and activities. Olde Town Trolley stop in campground a welcomed bonus. Enjoyed our stay!

Friendly staff! Clean pool! Loved that the trolley came to campground! Great bath house-nice bath suites! Long walk to beach! Kids were VERY disappointed that the paddle boats were out of commission.

So I paid the highest price for a lake front site, when I checked in was a man there named Gordon He checked me in, when I pulled into my spot I realized that it was right by the bathrooms So I went back to the office and told him that I want him to change my spot, he looked and l and gave me a spot. The staff was very kind, it was nice to have a pool, laundry facilities, and the stations with bags for cleaning up after our dogs. It is in a convenient location and it was great to have the trolly service. The fact that the staff offer to reschedule visits without any penalty is what impressed me first., We plan to visit this KOA in the future. Thank You!

Older campground..spaces are a little tight. We stayed in lakeside pull thru in our 38ft. Class A. Couldn't use patio as it was too close to camper. Probably the regular pull thrus are better. Nice pool and convenient to old town and beach. Staff was excellent!

We loved our spot! large sites, trees, beautiful area. 1 mile from the beach and maybe 3 miles from old town. staff was professional, polite, and friendly.

I have been to St. Augustine KOA many times and always been a great time there. I was there this past weekend, After I check in, I was not so happy with the older gentlemen behind the desk. He was given information about the area and ask some question about thing I am doing. We all have choices of activity with my family. His personal opinion is not welcome to me. I will still come back.

The campground was very beautiful and scenic. Our deluxe cabin was extremely clean and pleasant. We enjoyed feeding the turtles off of our porch into the lake. We were very, very pleased with our visit.

Great location, quiet, well kept Friendly staff, close to the drive on beach access. Restaurants galore, and great sites with lots of birds and wildlife.

A very quiet, well kept campground. It is an older park, but they are definitely keeping up with maintenance. The sites are not huge, but the foliage keeps them private. Large, old oaks line the pond. Very peaceful. The pull through sites by the water are the way to go. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are many awesome restaurants near by and you are literally minutes from the beach.
