Small KOA, good location, easy check in, it is a clean park. Quiet hours at 10pm means go inside, or an employee will yell at you, threaten to call the cops and kick you out, even when you are simply sitting around your fire speaking in whisper voices. An attempt to have a mature discussion with this employee was useless. If you enjoy absolute quiet and to stay indoors while camping, come here.

The only thing I would change is the couch/futon in the cabins. They are old and very uncomfortable for sitting on!

We enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff, clean bathrooms, great location. I think it's a little over priced, and the sites are old. Blacktop old and breaking away. I would stay again just because of the location though.

Our pull-through site was just long enough for our rig, motorhome towing a car. Not a level site, old blacktop paving with potholes. It's okay if you like to be near the beach, but the sites are very close together, lots of dogs.... btw they should have dog owners pick up after their pets. Not staying here again.

Great location, very accommodating, pleasant and professional associates, quiet Campground, and you can travel by bicycle into the old town. It's a safe bicycle ride and it's a a 4-mile bike ride, one way.

Very noisy, heavy traffic on A1A, our lot backed up to a car wash. Lights from car wash lit up our area like a football stadium. We thought there was ocean access. Where they assigned our campsite was terrible

Thank you, we appreciate your feedback. Being so close to everything, we are unfortunately next to some commercial properties, and we do have some city lights and noise that a rural campground doesn't have. Our pull through sites are fartherest away from our neighbors and are our most quiet sites

Cabin was ok, but the faucets leaked and the dripping was annoying, lots of road noise especially at night

Our stay was fantastic, all except my hubby stepping into dog poo a few times, but other than that it was great.

Friendly staff, a little pricey for my tastes. Site 81 is narrow and unlevel with a tiny patio. Location is 5-star and the middle pull through sites look like a better deal. Overall, a nice little two night get away.

Customer service was great and the staff was very kind. The location was convenient, but the price did not match the park. For a KOA Holiday, expectations were higher. The sites were very snug, the patio was small, and the “lake” was really a narrow man-made canal with cabins on the other side. Visually, the park was small and not very appealing overall.

We stayed 3 nights and loved having free transportation every night to see the Christmas lights in old town. The bathrooms were clean as was the campground itself.

It was great, only reason it didn’t get 5 was the random drunken homeless chick that started yelling at 7am. I’d recommend a bit more security in the evening/early morning. We were pleased to see how quickly a resident responded and the local police. We never felt unsafe, just wanted to wake up naturally haha. Great staff and very clean.

We are very sorry about this disturbance. Our staff responded within minutes of being notified, and the nice thing about being across the road from the police station is that police were here in minutes. Thankfully no one was hurt, nothing was vandalized or stolen, but we apologize for the yelling

This was a stop over on our way home. Campground was clean, sites were large, staff friendly and nice. Wish we had been able to stay for a longer time. We will come back and explore the area

The sites are very small, roads are in poor condition, site was so narrow we couldn’t put our awning out due to trees, pool was freezing with no heat so we couldn’t use it.

We gathered with our adult kids and grandchildren at this KoA. We had a campsite and a cabin to accommodate everyone for the Nights of Lights holiday event. We had a blast cooking and hanging out for the weekend. Would definitely recommend. Gordon at office was a true MVP. Actually everyone at the office was great. We will definitely be going again.

Great location, quiet, well kept Friendly staff, close to the drive on beach access. Restaurants galore, and great sites with lots of birds and wildlife.

A very quiet, well kept campground. It is an older park, but they are definitely keeping up with maintenance. The sites are not huge, but the foliage keeps them private. Large, old oaks line the pond. Very peaceful. The pull through sites by the water are the way to go. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are many awesome restaurants near by and you are literally minutes from the beach.
