Location, Location, Location. This KOA is in a prime location. If you like the beach, its very close, if you like Historic St. Augustine, its a short drive, if you like it quiet, well they have that also. We didn't use any of the facilities but our stay was great.

Great location, cleaning facilities, we even took a Lyft down town and back. The KOA does have a shuttle every hour to town where tou also can jump on and off the Trolley, or just ride for the history lesson. We travel with our pups, and the beach was only a 3/4 mile walk to a beautiful dog friendly beach. There is a small K9 park at the KOA location, but pretty small for your large breeds.

The restrooms are kept clean, they have a pool. parking isn't super tight, our 33 foot fifth wheel fit just fine. The staff and the neighbors were great. Facilities are close by, Dominos, gas and pretty much everything you need is close. The internet was good and strong. You can walk to the beach, it's about 3/4 of a mile or so. You can take Pope rd. to the beach and not mess with A1A.

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Well maintained with one exception: many of the asphalt spots are becoming uneven due to roots, breaking of edges, cracks and deterioration of the asphalt. I was surprised how sloped the waterside spots were. Many 40ft rugs will have their rear tires off the ground

The campground was very pretty. The walk around the pond was a real treat for both me and my dogs. Everything was well maintained and it looked like there were ongoing improvements being made. Staff was very friendly.

Staff were kind, friendly, efficient and helpful. The campground is clean and convenient but right on A1A and heavily traveled. The sites are very close together and dogs barked incessantly. Good spot for an overnight. Try a nearby state park for relaxation. �

Great location to the beach and so many great places to eat. Staff was very friendly. Sites were very close to each other and not a lot of space in the campground overall but would go again to be so close to all the great things in St. Augustine.

We loved this KOA. We love the design of the campground with the pretty trees that overhung and the cute little pond and we love the shower because the shower had a handheld shower handle. It is very hard to find places with those. We thought it was just really pretty there and close to alot of things especially the beach. It was clean and neat and we would definitely come back. Love it!

Staff was very informative. Site was clean and nice. Baths were super clean. Campground was close to every where we wanted to go. Large Dog park was close by down the street as well as Camp K9 was nice at campground.

My only complaint is that I could not reach the sewer outlet with out moving my RV closer to the street. It really is too far forward and should be relocated.

Generally our stay was great and we didn't have any issues with the utilities, traffic or noise. It was clean and well-kept. enjoyed being so close to St. Augustine and were able to use the bike lanes to reach the majority of the atttractions. However, our site was a lake side pull through which sloped steeply from front to back. Low water pressure also caused problems with our tankless heater.

A good place to stay to access all St Augustine has to offer. Town bus comes by, beaches are beautiful, hospitality was great! We used the showers and the laundry, both were great!

Lovely, well-maintained campground close to downtown St. Augustine. Friendly staff and check in was a breeze. Will use this as our "go-to" campground when we next visit the area as well as a great overnight stop when traveling into Florida.

Great location, quiet, well kept Friendly staff, close to the drive on beach access. Restaurants galore, and great sites with lots of birds and wildlife.

A very quiet, well kept campground. It is an older park, but they are definitely keeping up with maintenance. The sites are not huge, but the foliage keeps them private. Large, old oaks line the pond. Very peaceful. The pull through sites by the water are the way to go. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are many awesome restaurants near by and you are literally minutes from the beach.
