Ileana was an awesome host. Friendly, kind and caring from the first minute we arrived. We chose our tent site and went off to explore silver city while the day was still hot. We returned after 500pm ready to set up our tent. Unfortunately a very large colony of ants were in both sites of 71 and 72. We called the after hours number for help and Ileana was at our site with some stuff that got rid o

Bathroom, rec room, and laundry facilities were adequate. Pool was closed for “maintenance”—despite having water in it and no signs of maintenance being performed during our two day stay. We weren’t told anything about the closure, which would’ve impacted our decision to stay, since it’s summer and we are tent campers. Despite being off the road, highway noise is quite loud especially

The campground was clean and a number of sites with shade trees. Everyone was helpful from check-in to assisting with campsite preparation. Swimming pool and area was clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Put in a tent site next to group of workers. They had a VERY noisy party until midnight, and would not quiet when asked. Desk clerk only offered a 10% discount as a refund to compensate for not enforcing quiet time. 10% of 32 dollars tent site?!?! 3 BUCKS?! Very poor customer service.

Little bit pricey for cyclist would be nice if you had a group site for cyclist and CDT hikers $36 for a tent site is usually a little bit pricey for a solo hiker or cyclist

Thank you for excellent stay. Everything was A+. Our tent site for our van was perfect. The bathrooms spick and span clean. The internet excellent connection and the price very reasonable. Plus your front desk clerk had great customer service skills on the phone and for check in. Wish I remembered her name.

This was our second stay at Silver City KOA. We love this campground . The staff is welcoming, kind and accommodating. The facilities are super clean . They have the best gift store in Silver City. We have stayed at other KOAs but the Silver City KOA is our favorite.

The office personnel was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Cabin, restrooms and laundry room were very clean, as was the entire campground. One suggestion for improvement, since office closes around 5pm, it would be nice to have access to snacks later in the evening. Could you put a vending machine in the laundry room area? Otherwise, we loved our stay here.

We stayed in a nonelectric tent site that had shade and privacy walls. It was a nice setup. The price was decent compared to most other KOAs. The staff was super nice and we enjoyed the complimentary cookies and coffee. The bathroom and shower facilities were clean and in good condition. We will definitely be back again!

The campground was well laid out. The tent site I used was very nice. Pea gravel in the tent area made for good sleeping and easy tent setup. Restroom facilities were well maintained. Clean and showers were a pleasure.

KOA Silver City is a great place for camping !!! everything is perfect... and Silver City area and Gila National park are fantastic. We're willing to go back soon and we will recommend to our friends... thanks very much !!!

There is no shade anywhere at all , my camping stop became a mud puddle when it rained and mud and water got in my tent .. but what bothered me the most was the lack of shade trees .

I stayed in a tent site. It was Ok. The noise at night from the highway was bad. Otherwise an Ok and the people there very nice. The bathroom and shower, as well as the pool, were clean.

Josh was on the spot with our KOA packet when we arrived a day early. WiFi is very fast and facilities are convenient as well as the dog park is very nice. Hidden secret is the hiking trail near the tent area.

Super clean facilities. Checked in late (after office was closed). Smooth process and clear instruction to get to our deluxe cabin. Upon arrival super impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin. Have been to other KOA facilities in other states and this was the CLEANEST. In the middle of a family roadtrip we had a lot of laundry. Gathered up laundry and headed to 24-hour laundry facilities. It was bright, clean and such a relief.

We travel extensively and the Silver City KOA is one of the best we have found. It's a great location for visiting the Gila National Forest and the campground itself has a wonderful pool, laundry facilities, good Wi-Fi, horse shoes, and the spots are great! The bathrooms are clean and the showers are clean and hot. This KOA will not disappoint!
