The campground is scenic annd clean and the facilities are well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the games and water was readily available in campgrounds. The only complaint we had was they put us in a campground with no shade when there were shadier options available. Next time we will scope out the sites before checking in.

The park was great, however, the hosts, Melissa and Steve were better. Such friendly people who gave us a lot of information about the area.

Very clean well kept property. The staff was friendly and welcoming.I had an issue with the washing machines and management took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend the site.

I really enjoyed myself. The grounds were kept clean & tidy, the staff friendly. The only suggestion would be the dog park. With no grass, it was extremely dusty, when I tried to play fetch they would have dirt in their mouth, up their nose, the toy would get all gross, there were goat heads. I get you can't put in grass, but peat gravel/mulch would make it more enjoyable for all.

The KOA is very clean and well laid out. We reserved a grass tent site. I was expecting it to be dusty, but there were a lot of dried weeds and some stickers. Maybe switch all sites to crushed gravel.

The facilities are nice and clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. The grounds appear to be in a state of neglect. The duck pond definitely needs some cleaning and attention. The dog park is down to one instead of two. It would benefit with artificial grass as there are lots of stickers. The tent areas have very little shade. In general the grounds need attention.

This place is Truly accommodating. Clean, with all the essentials available if needed. Cabins are cute, and our stay was a excellent experience. The staff is very professional, sucriety helped our delivery driver find us. We will be going back soon.

This cute, clean, and peaceful KOA deluxe cabin was perfect stay for me and my family. We didn’t know were going to stay and online showed no availability. I called the KOA and they had one cabin left. The KOA associate opened up the last cabin they had available to accommodate us for one night on Memorial Day weekend. Over all the cabin was safe, clean and the park was well maintained.

Very clean, level sites. The staff was so kind and helpful. The only disappointment was the overgrown, unusable, paw pens, however, I did see an employee beginning to clear debris and make them usable.

We enjoyed how clean everything was. Only hick up was with the app for the washing machines. Staff credited some off our stay though would recommend having a quarter machine as a back up. Especially since most seniors will not download an app to do laundry.

Steve, Deb and Melissa were great. Quiet time not enforced. Neighbors very noisy until 1:00am My dog and I were attacked by camper's pit bull and I was knocked to ground and bitten on my hand and hurt my knee. Sheriff took dog away. With no policy on the type of dogs allowed, there is great risk to people and pets. I would not recommend this KOA because of the lack of policy and control.

The staff at the Silver City KOA is always very helpful and friendly. The facilities and grounds are always clean.

Super clean, super quiet, the host was so friendly and accommodating, she even took time out of her lunch break to recommend places to visit and see. My 1 regret... I forgot to get a silver city KOA sticker for the camper. You guys made my binder!

Phenomenal assistance in helping accommodate the extenuating circumstances of my stay (as I was waiting on a business deal to finish up). Friendly, professional and well-intentioned all around. Also, there's extensive hiking trails behind the park which my pups absolutely loved!

The park is well maintained, sites are large and beautiful. Good location. BUT the biggest asset is the staff. I had an issue with the battery in my toad truck. The woman in the office came over with a portable charger and between the two of us we got it started! She then checked back to make sure everything worked properly. It's my go to place in the area.

Staff was so easy to work with when I need to change my plans multiple times. Facilities were clean and quiet. I stayed in one of their small cabins which was perfect. (They did ie Perone e some plumbing issues with the bath house but, communication was good and it was repaired very quickly with minimal disruption to my routine. They also provided alternate showers while they fixed things.

Advertised dog run was closed. Functioning dog run was basic and full of pickers that went into our dogs' feet and into our fingers when we tried to remove them. Grounds were clean but tired and there were metered, permanent slots surrounding the normal rental area. Fine for a quick night but definitely not a "Holiday" standard KOA.

This was the best experience we could have. The staff were all exceptionally helpful. Both Steve and Melissa when out of there way to help us with our problem. I would recommend this KOA to all.

Great place to stay in the NM mountains. Close to lots of trails and things to do or just chillax at the site or lounge in the pool. Free cookies and coffee was a plus. Almost effortless propane refill at a good price.
