A very clean and well kept campground. Felt very welcomed upon arrival as we were escorted to our site. and on Saturday they offered a pancake breakfast which included gluten free and vegan pancakes something that is rarely offered! Definitely pride in ownership. Most definitely will be back

Nice folks running the park, and it's attractive, well kept and secure. But beware of horrible, infuriating wifi. Management needs to be forthcoming about this. Also, many sites have zero shade and the summer sun is brutal.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

On the day of your arrival we gave you a passcode and switched you over to a different wifi network and you told us that it worked for you perfectly. In regards to a lack of shade on your site we did give you the option to find a different park in town with a full refund and you chose to stay.

Well done: Good quiet place to stay. Clean bathroom and showers and the roads are properly maintained. Only issue we had was the wind, which is not something the KOA could control.

Mary, Josh and the test of of the staff are extremely helpful, personable and professional. Mary was especially kind and generous. She served up some delicious pancit.

I constantly talk about the Silver City KOA nearly every day at work and I absolutely love staying here. These guys know and live the true meaning of Great Neighborly Hospitality and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a Fantastic Stay that makes you want to just stay forever!!! They combined Luxury Hotel Status and the Great Outdoors in a way that works out wonderfully!!!!

Very enjoyable. Cabin k4 needs new a/c with higher cooling Capacity. Also had a van and the tree limbs scratched roof - June is very windy and the same with branches scratching roof metal. Enjoyed the family enjoying Fathers' day and children laughing and just being kids. Dog noise was at a minimum. All that said I can say I would stay here my next visit. Every Enjoyable....

My cabin was clean and everything worked well. The pool was nice. Camp store had a nice selection of things, free coffee and cookies were nice also. We enjoyed using the little patio and grills for our get together. The general layout of the campground site was very nice, didn't seem like a big parking lot like RV parks. I wish the office hours were a little bit longer before 9:00 and after

Jeremiah (I think that was his name) was very helpful and accommodating when we were late to the pancake breakfast...we so appreciate this level of customer care...always a pleasure to stay at the Silver City NM KOA!

This is the nicest KOA I've been to. Cabins and bathrooms are clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff and owners are so friendly. I love going here for a nice, quiet staycation.

I had a good time, although navigating the Roku on the tv in the rec room was a real adventure! Men's showers could use an upgrade.

The campground was clean and a number of sites with shade trees. Everyone was helpful from check-in to assisting with campsite preparation. Swimming pool and area was clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

This is the 3rd time staying here and it is the one we look forward to staying at when we traveling through the area. The employees are very helpful and the grounds and facilities are well maintained

Put in a tent site next to group of workers. They had a VERY noisy party until midnight, and would not quiet when asked. Desk clerk only offered a 10% discount as a refund to compensate for not enforcing quiet time. 10% of 32 dollars tent site?!?! 3 BUCKS?! Very poor customer service.

We really thought Silver City KOA was a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful, the cabins were very clean, and the dog parks are really helpful when traveling with a pet.

Everything about the KOA was great. Our cabin was clean and well stocked. The campground was nice and quiet at night. The people couldn’t be nicer. Very conveniently located. Will stay again.

Nice KOA with super friendly employees. Inexpensive laundry machines. Clean restrooms. Store had good selection and reasonably priced. Nice playground and entertainment room. Close to hiking and town with restaurants and groceries.

The cabins were awesome. Since when did Koa get tvs and small fridges? Awesome!!! We took our granddaughter camping for Grandpa birthday. She had a blast! We explored all around the campground. We had so much fun. Close to town and plenty of things to do and explore! Great place and nice people! 👍
