I only stated 2 nights. I was sick the whole. Alec was wonderful. He disconnected my water and electric. He finished getting my rig ready. I did not disconnect from my truck while I was there. Alec was so kind, understanding, and a huge help

Stayed for one night but were impressed with the camp sites and ease of getting around the campground with a large rv. Staff very helpful.

The second time we have stayed here traveling across Country. Very level concrete sites. Good cable and Wi-FI. Friendly staff. Easy on / off highway. Good pricing. I recommend this location.

Everything was excellent except for the poor wifi. Having wifi to be able to stream TV is important to me. Without it would cause me to look for other rv parks

Very nice KOA. We only stayed one night but we’ll be back! Clean bathrooms and excellent dog parks. Quiet area and easy access to I-20.

Holiday stay, short staff, first time ever dog park wasn’t picked up by pet owners…but so glad our dogs loved it! Very slow internet like most campgrounds… Clean overall & courteous staff…

Site was fairly level but not long enough to keep toad connected. Cable was very poor quality. Information on the pamphlet indicated the cable was HD for some channels, but no HD channels. Cable was snowy and hard to watch.

It was Thanksgiving when I arrived knowing they would be closed. Their after hour check in was easy and I found my spot without any problem. The facility was clean, quiet and inviting. I will stay here again on my return trip to Tucson and I am looking forward to enjoying more of the facility when they are open.

We’ve stayed in KOA cabins from St.Augustine Fl. All the way to Corvallis Oregon. The Shreveport/ Bossier was the absolute worst. If that would’ve been our first visit we’d never stay at another. Your park was nice but the cabins need desperate help.

The campground is easy to access. When I arrived, I was placed on a site that did not fit my equipment. The office staff readily resolved the issue.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins for a quick overnight. We loved the cabin, and especially the fact that we could bring our little poodle! Another great stay at the Shreveport KOA!

Only stayed overnight, but our pull-thru site was perfect for this purpose. Easy in/out, level gravel parking pad, nice long site with plenty of room for our 38' RV and full-size dually pickup.

On our way home, we stayed at your lovely place for just one night. However, had we not been in a rush to get home, we would have stayed there for at least a week. WE WILL RETURN!!

Had to stay here as our fear slider got broken and I had to be fixed! Management recommended Tim- very awful experience! If you get into a tight bind and you need something fixed and you are in Shreveport, call Beau of Woodlands RV Repair! This is the kind of worker you want to dea with! I highly Recommend this Rv tech! Do not call Tim as recommended by the front office - Staff was helpful!

The lady that answered phone after hours was so accommodating and helpful. We were a party of 4 motorhomes coming in way after hours with no reservations and she called each one in the party to make sure we were all together. Kudos for a great experience.

- Overall very convenient for a stop over stay when travelling. Safe and close to highway. - Young couple that run the place are very friendly and most helpful. - Approx 25% of CG is with rigs that don't move. Some borderline unsightly. This does not ruin the experience, but it was enough to deserve a mention. - Sites are a bit narrow and close to each other but we were on the end so had a little extra room. - Location is less than 10 minutes from all big box stores and groceries. - Location is within a few miles of exit 8 from Interstate 20. Very convenient. - General area is not busy at all. - Interior roads are a bit narrow but they do accommodate Class "A" as well as our 36ft 5th wheel. There are no stumps/roots/low branches to cause issues. - Some sites are more in the trees thus more shaded than others. Everyone we asked recommended "Orlandeax" for lunch/dinner. They are a seafood place right on the big river; very scenic and food is really good local cuisine. Be prepared to wait for seating, this place stays packed.

I gave only 4 stars because we could not use our satellite. Trees. Other than that, the campground is really nice. Pretty trees and bushes. Basic, but nice, big concrete spaces. Recommend if you're in this area.
