We stayed at this KOA on a cross country move. The cabin was nice, and allowed us room to stretch and relax after a long day of driving. Everything was quiet, and the sound of the rain on the roof was quite relaxing, even though it was a pretty good storm. We checked in after hours and left early, but there were no problems and everything was ready for us when we arrived.

It was great! Bathrooms were clean and nice. Girl that checked us in was friendly and great to work with. Campground was clean taken care of. Dog park was wet and needed a little care but overall very nice.

The park is well maintained, I love the cement patio (with table and chairs- thoughtful touch) and cement walkway that allows you to enter your RV high and dry. The sites are attractive and the space between sites is excellent. The management is awesome, very helpful and friendly.

Nice sites, ours needed more gravel, a bit muddy. Lot's of expected highway noise and load redneck trucks at all hours of the night in the campground. They also need dog waste stations. Overall it's nice and we would go there again.

The slabs need to fixed. In spot 38 there’s two deep holes on each side..if your not careful you will end up denting your coach..

This is a great KOA Journey. Great location for local shopping, restaurants, gas, and other supplies. The staff is exceptionally professional and friendly. I do have a comment. The park would be so much better without the broke down campers surrounding the dog park. They are an eyesore to the area. You have to walk around the campers with flat tires, deteriorating exterior. Clean up one.

Campground is very nice. We stayed in lot 35. We have a Class A tow in big a Ford Ranger. We did not want to unhook our towed so the services we in the wrong spot. The lot was not level and the patio was not in the right area. It missed us completely.

Easy in and out off of I-20 and far enough to have no road noise. Long level pull through sites. Utilities are near the rear and all worked well. Only issue is if you have the fold out stairs to the ground, there is a concrete patio that may preven you from folding down the stairs to where the door will close. I had to park at the back of the site to avoid this patio to fold down the stairs.

Great place for overnight stay this is my 3rd time here. Very clean grounds along with shower house. Staff is very friendly and professional, they made the stay enjoyable.

Very pretty wooded surroundings. Watch pets for ticks in the unmanicured areas. Very soggy for us since it had rained, but a nice KOA.

Well-managed and lighted exceedingly well also. Restrooms were in great shape and clean. The problem is NOT with KOA. It's with the highway. We are about to hire a technician who charges $200 an hour because of damage done to our Motorhome steps by the rough roads. Someone needs to get in touch with DOT, the state rep and the feds to report the cost to drivers and to businesses who've suffere

Easy pull through access with large spaces. Very friendly staff and all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. Highly recommend.

The splitter on the sites hose bibb fell apart when hooking up our water hose. It was cheap junk. The site we were at had a concrete pad but it was elevated above the sod by 4-5 inches which can be had on the RV rims. With patio slabs that high above the ground there's always a tripping hazard. Dog park was nice with the exception of not being cleaned up. Staff were very friendly.

The cabin was very nice. But your advertisement that we are not giving you sheets because of COVID. Let's move on from that now. Hotels are back to normal when it comes to cleaning room. They asked me if I wanted linen, I said that would be nice, then the stated I could rent sheets for $25,00 for the night are you crazy. BAD business that is for sure, Motel 6 does provide sheets checking in

Excellent facilities and staff. However, there were several (long term residents we assume) who had big loud dually pickups which drove into and around the park at probably 25-30mph. This is not what we’ve grown to expect at a KOA park.

Nice campground, welcoming staff. Easy to get into big rig sites. Bathrooms and showers good. Great campground for an overnight pass thru on the way elsewhere or for a couple days in the area. Casinos nearby

We loved our stay. The site was a bit unlevel and the sewer hose was way in the back. We loved our stay and we will be back.

- Overall very convenient for a stop over stay when travelling. Safe and close to highway. - Young couple that run the place are very friendly and most helpful. - Approx 25% of CG is with rigs that don't move. Some borderline unsightly. This does not ruin the experience, but it was enough to deserve a mention. - Sites are a bit narrow and close to each other but we were on the end so had a little extra room. - Location is less than 10 minutes from all big box stores and groceries. - Location is within a few miles of exit 8 from Interstate 20. Very convenient. - General area is not busy at all. - Interior roads are a bit narrow but they do accommodate Class "A" as well as our 36ft 5th wheel. There are no stumps/roots/low branches to cause issues. - Some sites are more in the trees thus more shaded than others. Everyone we asked recommended "Orlandeax" for lunch/dinner. They are a seafood place right on the big river; very scenic and food is really good local cuisine. Be prepared to wait for seating, this place stays packed.

I gave only 4 stars because we could not use our satellite. Trees. Other than that, the campground is really nice. Pretty trees and bushes. Basic, but nice, big concrete spaces. Recommend if you're in this area.
