Front desk lady was so sweet at check in. The site navigator guy on the golf cart was super nice too! Very nice people and a very nice campground with clean facilities. Always a pleasant stop. Stay here when traveling I95!!

We enjoyed being able to take the Trolley to Savannah and enjoyed the tours immensely!! Staff was friendly.

This makes two times I have stayed here. The campground and pool area is so clean. I had the patio deck and my grandchildren loved fishing there. I will be back next year.

Although our site was very nice, I was disappointed that there was an RV across the road from us that had a back deck on their RV with a doggie door. They had FIVE dogs that came in and out at will and barked. This was annoying. Anytime someone passed by on the road the dog(s) would come out and bark at them. Very annoying!!!

We have stayed at this location several times and it is always clean, well maintained and a super friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend staying here. For I 95 travelers it is an easy on and off location.

Our Stay at Savannah South KOA was amazing! They have a super nice and helpful staff. The Campground is so clean and neat. They personally take you to your spot and make sure everything is ok. They have trash pickup. Super clean bathhouse, and a really nice Laundry area with several washers and huge dryers. We would definitly stay again. This is by far one of the nicest we have stayed at.

To be honest the site is not all that great. First, I had to pay extra just to have my kids there. 20$ more just to bring my 2 children. The value was not there versus the cost. The roads are rough and small. The site itself is just a gravel lots. This KOA is ok, but if you compare pricing with competitors in the area, you quickly see this site is lacking tremendously.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the pool and quiet. I was surprised at the size of the sites as KOA in general is usually packed close. We only chose KOA because there was nowhere else local to go. Don’t was a good stay. I only rated it a 4 because it is on the expensive side. Other than that I recommend it.

Always a WONDERFUL stay at Savannah South KOA! The campground is immaculate, the office is always welcoming, and we always have a wonderful stay here!! It is a regular stop for us going from Florida to NY and back again! Love it here!!!!�ϋ�

We stayed here 4 nights while we visited Savannah GA. we had a deluxe patio site and they put us in a site with a deck on the water. very nice site! this campground is huge with lots of cabins, and sites. like most KOAs some of the sites can be tight together, but there seems to be plenty of room for everyone. We look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Savannah South. Conveniently located to the beautiful historic downtown Riverfront in Savannah. Easier access on and off I-95. Access to all the amenities one needs when traveling including your lil fur babies.

I highly recommend this KOA. We stayed for over 2 weeks due to life transition. A wonderful staff. They are very warm and friendly. Impeccably clean facilities. Very efficient and reasonable prices. Cassandra and Karen were very kind and helped us through some tough times.

The only issue I had was the lack of bathrooms and showers. There is only one bath house at the front of the campground. It was inconvenient to walk/drive up to the front every time I wanted to use the facilities. Otherwise, the campground was great!

It was great. Easy in and back ou. All the guys were very helpful. We love our spot with the view of the lake. The park was very clean. We will be coming back.

I am giving a 5 star only because I have no way to give them a 10. They truly nailed it. It starts with the last minute call to get my spot "perfect". The closing time check in " very understanding". Getting us into our spot made easy. The staff are amazing. And lastly the place is immaculately clean. No detail left unclean. To some it up I cal only say WOW.

This is the most lovely KOA we have ever stayed in from coast to coast. We had a spacious site surrounded by trees. The lake with swans and geese was beautiful. The dog park, pool and playground were very nice and well maintained.

Nice place. Don't expect the wifi to work. Their network setup is really bad. Restrooms and showers are plentiful and cleaner than most.

Our site was beautifully landscaped and near a pond that housed 3 alligators, geese were walking around campgrounds. Blue Herons, baby turtles and white swans. Able to catch and release fishing, rent a rowboat. Peaceful and quiet. Camp store very friendly workers and stocked well with necessities. Internet worked well. Bathrooms were clean along with great hot showers. Stayed for 5 days.

We recently stayed at this KOA with our fifth wheel, and it set the bar high for all our future trips. This was our first time staying at a KOA, and it was a great experience from start to finish. ​The site itself was a pull-through, which made setup a breeze, and all the hookups were in excellent working condition. We were particularly impressed that some sites, including ours, featured a 'dog pen'—a fenced-in grass area right at the site. It was incredibly convenient to be able to let our dogs safely wander and relax outside while we were at the campsite. ​The park also offered a full suite of amenities, including a clean, well-maintained pool and convenient laundry facilities. We appreciated that the site included both Wi-Fi and cable access. What really stood out, however, was the staff—everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. If all our future KOA stays are as well-managed as this one, we will be very happy campers. Highly recommended!
