Very nice campground. Would highly recommend. Front office staff friendly outgoing, sites were clean, park was very clean and busy for Balloon Festival. They have food service of wings and pizza which is brought to your site. Overall well runner KOA! Wish more parks were like this one. It’s 11 miles into historic Santa Fe market area. Saturday Farmers market is great, a must visit.

Wide clean sites with concrete patios and fire bits. Nice staff. Clean and well maintained. Definitely one of the best.

Very nice campground with really great people running it. Only negatives were 1) it's not as close to Santa Fe as we thought and 2) Verizon has no cell coverage there (obviously, not the campsite's fault). We'd stay there again.

Owners and staff are amazing and so very friendly and welcoming. Grounds and group areas are very clean. Easy access from interstate. We have stayed here twice - 2 nights each.

This is an excellent rv park. Don’t pay attention to any bad reviews from months back. It’s obvious new owners are investing time and money to make this a great park. We were very pleased with our site, the bathrooms, the store ( you had us at the chicken wings!) and especially the owner doing everything possible to make us comfortable. This KOA will go on our visit again list.

Our space C4 was a little narrow for us with slides on both sides, due to the trees and branches. We believe one branch swept across our roof mount antennae when pulling out.

We've been staying at this KOA since 1998. Three owners later, and it is the best ever and the best KOA we've ever stayed anywhere in the USA. Beautiful sites, laundry, bathrooms, fire pits, new picnic tables, ideal location to Santa Fe and surrounding area. Wonderful owners. Fresh pizza available on site. Play area, game room, putting green, nice dog park, gift shop. Love this campground.

Another opportunity to say that this is the most beautiful KOA anywhere. This time, we stayed 3 weeks. Have been staying here for 25 years. Everything about this campground is perfect. Their putting green area is relaxing, and my only suggestion is that it's calling for a pavilion or gazebo. Love it here!!!

This was one of the nicest KOA campgrounds we have booked. Clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this KOA to others. Thank You!!!

We had a really good time at the KOA Santa Fe. We stayed for four nights and we enjoyed ourselves while we're in the park and while we were out and about. This was balloon festival week and we were lucky to find a spot. Our spot was more expensive than what we were hoping for, but I guess it's that way whenever there's a big group of people around, such as the balloon festival. Good job guys!

Quite a bit older than most. No full hookups. Dump station is in the "road" to the half the campsites, so new arrivals have to wait while those departing dump tanks. Technically in Santa Fe, but way too far from anything to do. The map is a) incorrect and b) way out of scale. It's past time for KOA to correct their maps. +1 star for very clean bathrooms with shelves and hooks.

Thank you for your business. However, your review is factually incorrect. 90% of our sites are full hook ups. Store, and restrooms recently remodeled and we have many new amenities throughout the park, and dump station is not in the road. Maps not perfect but very understandable.

We've stayed at many KOAs and the Santa Fe KOA was the best! Never have we experienced such staff helpfulness and friendliness. Best site escort, beautiful site, well stocked gift shop, clean and tastefully decorated grounds and laundry room. This KOA should be a Holiday even without a pool. It is evident that the owners/staff take pride in their campground.

if i could, I would give these people 15 stars. they were awesome. the grounds were awesome. the private dog run was beyond belief and WELL worth the extra money. i have already recommended them to several people.

Nice place, gravel is packed enough for motorcycles. Our site (G5) was a bit difficult for us to get into due to tree branches. Our trailer is nearly 13 ft high. Owner’s son was nice enough to help me change a tire. Nice people running campground.

Lovely KOA. The staff and owner are very nice and are very helpful. They are always updating and improving everything. They are adding more patio’s to the sites, since we were there last.

Well cared for KOA. Nice laundry room. Weird policy if you arrive a little early----charge $15 even if your site is vacated and cleaned and ready.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Many parks charge for early check-ins. Two main reasons. Staff needs a break between checkout time and check in. Sometimes our only break of the day. The other is the cost of utilities. Your stay charges are based on check in and check out times. We take on all cost when not in those periods.

This was our second stay but this time we had our grandkids with us. The facilities were nice and clean. Our grandkids enjoyed playing on the playground equipment which was up to date and safer then other RV parks we have visited.

December 12-6-23 Arrived around noon and we were greeted, as we drove up. We needed propane and had our tank filled. We were guided, to our campsite and guided in. You couldn't have asked, for more. They are so willing to help you, if you need it. You can tell, they love their campground and they want you pleased, with your stay. They have a wilderness playground, cabins, dogpark, patio campsites, even your very own campsite, with your own dog park. They have a store, that has all kinds of goodies, rv needs, Southwestern items and so much more. Want a real treat? Order yourself a, Hunt Brothers Pizza and some wings! Oh my gosh! We want to thank, each one of you, for making our stay a memorable one. The Sievers and little dogs Diamond and Krystal.

Xcellent location, clean and safe. Nice private tent sites too not in the middle and wide open like some. Friendly staff as well. Can't go wrong staying here.

Beautiful campground, great staff! Just can't say enough about the wonderful service. Laundry and showers were kept very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
