We didnt use the facilities so cannot comment but enjoyed staying in the original area of the park. They have really expanded! Partial to the original for the landscape.

This was my first stay at any KOA and it was great experience. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth and a breeze. The overall campground was clean and spacious.

Very pretty place. Had a nice flat site with a fire ring and picnic table. Only complaint was the office was closed at 5 pm.

The staff was great very pleasant and helpful the new spaces very hard to get level not pet friendly My dog cut his foot on the rocks on the road We were mislead on the sites the one shown in the add makes you think your getting a kennel with your space very over priced for not having a dog kennel The kennel site was not in use 3 of the days we were their i asked to move told it was rented

Very nice out of town park. Each spot had a patio fire pit and chairs . Would have enjoyed staying here more than one day. Very short drive into town.

The Santa Fe KOA was very well kept and clean. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The site we stayed in was near the office and it was very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We extended our stay and moved to a second spot for the additional day. Both sites needed additional blocking to get level since they were beyond the reach of our automatic leveling system. Just an FYI for others so they are prepared.

The grounds are lovely and quiet. The staff are always so nice and helpful. I'm a local, but I just love to spend some time here. The office has a wonderful shop with really useful items. The restrooms are always immaculate. My compliments to the people who are doing that. Your work is appreciated! Last visit I stayed at D5, the large dog-run and it was lovely. Dogs were happy there.

Nice place to stay with clean bathrooms and a quaint courtyard. Older sites are laid out a bit awkward, but contain nice trees and are totally workable. Newer sites are nice, but not a lot of vegetation.

Facilities in the new section were comfortably large and clean. After the trees grow for a few years it has the potential of being great. The bathrooms do need hook ( though one seems to have them) for clothes, towels, etc. Additionally, as a senior, the bathrooms need to have shower grab bars and seats (ladies need to be able to shave their legs).

Overall stay was good., Had to move from our first site as we were unable to level our Class A motorhome. Staff was very friendly and helpful and understanding of our situation. This was in the newer part of their campground. Roads and sites were all gravel. This was our first time with a private dog park and patio which was very nice. Park has a great dog washing station..

Friendly staff. Showers very clean! Reason for 4 star is we paid for 30/50 amp pawpen site with pergola and was given a 30 amp site with no pergola and very small pawpen. I believe the other site was double booked as there were 2 different campers there during our stay. We made it work though.

The attendants at the desk were very friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our stay. the park was clean and very easy access for our truck and RV. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great 4th stay at the Santa Festival KOA. The lower campground where we stayed is woodsy and protected from the wind and the staff were very helpful as usual.

Pretty good option, but our spot and others are not level. It didn’t impact our Sprinter van too much, but may impact some types of RV’s, especially if you don’t have levelers. Nice staff, impeccably clean grounds and bathrooms, hot showers and the laundry facilities looked very nice with newer large tumble washers. The campground was quiet and about a 20 minute drive to downtown.

Great stay in Santa Fe! Highly recommend this KOA. The staff is wonderful—they waived the early check-in fee for us and were very welcoming. The sites are pull-thru with reliable hookups. It’s a quiet park with decent WiFi and AT&T service. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but the quality of the park and the friendly service (and 9:00 AM coffee!) make it a reliable choice. I’ll be back!

Stayed mid May in RV. Very nice campground, nice facilities, clean and organized. Staff was incredibly nice, friendly and professional (make you feel like family). Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Such a nice KOA. They got the important things right: clean and modern bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, smooth check-in, lots of information on the billboards. It was also the little things. An impressive general store with local art and gifts, beautiful patio, kid/pet areas. They allowed EV charging conveniently in front of the office too. The only snag was, like many KOAs, it's not very distant from the interstate so there is constant road noise for the tent campers as highway 25 never really dies down. Bring ear plugs or buy some from the general store :)
