We enjoyed the park. Very clean and lots of trees that created privacy. The staff was very helpful with guidance on places to bike ride. Just a suggestion - all sites should have at least 2 chairs. While our neighbors had six, we had none. It would have been nice to have 2 chairs.

Loved this campground. Close to everything and has beautiful views! Extremely clean and a fantastic laundry room. The staff is really nice too will definitely stay again!

The camp ground was clean and the staff wonderful. We stayed at the deluxe patio site. It was very nice but the odor from the septic made it impossible to enjoy. We never sat outside because of the odor.

We had a wonderful time at the KOA of Santa fe for Mother's day weekend. It was Perfect & the weather was so nice. I loved the new store & all amenities for us to do. If you forgot something, it was there. They had everything. We also ordered the Pizza & it was Good! The people were very helpful... We had a Great stay & so relaxing!!

We stayed in the new area of the park. The entire area was gravel parking with no green spaces. Made for virtually no mud after the rain we had during the stay. The roads were easy to navigate and the laundry/shower/restroom facility in this area of the park was very nice. Would like to have seen some trees as was the case in the older section. Did. It use any of the other facilities.

We just stayed for a night in the newer part which is nice and clean and the facilities are very nice. I must say with a 45’ fifth wheel the spaces didn’t seem as level as it could have been and they are very narrow, you can’t drain your tanks without feeling your intruding on the neighbors meal! Pulling in and out of the pull thru spot is tight with a long trailer, you get very close to the

Very clean and well maintained. The WiFi is outstanding - probably the best that we have encountered while traveling. Comments have been made regarding highway noise, but we didn't find it to be that bad. Camp in a travel trailer. Only complaint is that we arrived 45 minutes early and were charged a fee to enter early; unnecessary as campground was quite empty. First time encountering this.

The location of the campground was great. The campground amenities and grounds were very nice. My only negative comment is my space number 87and those around there were very un-level. When I arrived, it took me almost 45 minutes to get my RV level from side to side. I just feel that for a new campground they should have been more care taken making sure the sites were level.

We loved the Santa Fe KOA! The staff were very helpful and friendly,, the campground was clean and attractive, and we liked the concrete pad for the table and chairs at our RV site. It was convenient to Santa Fe attractions. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the pizza delivered right to our site after a long day of traveling. We stayed in a new section of the park, boasting a nice new bath /shower house. Our one suggestion is that there needs to be a bench or chair in those showers to aid in dressing.

Well-maintained campgrounds, excellent camp store with appealing and reasonably priced merch, and a squeaky clean laundry room and bathhouse. Super helpful staff! We stayed 3 nights and took advantage of all the amenities (except the Hunts Bros pizza, which they will prepare for you. We have allergies or we would have done this too!). Thank you for a great visit!

We are traveling with friends and needed two sites for one night. The staff went over and above to find the perfect site for each of us on short notice. The park is well maintained and the bath house was very clean. It was a pleasant stay.

We had such a pleasant - albeit short (one night) - stay here. Laura at the front desk/gift shop/general store is friendly, super helpful, and kind. While we were there, the cute shop seemed to have very limited hours (closed by 5 on a Friday evening and opened at 9 Saturday morning) so we’d suggest planning ahead for meals, quarters for the laundry, questions, etc. All in all a great KOA :)

Great place. Very friendly staff. Nice store with some basic RV supplies, regional foods and snacks and clothing. Plus Hunt Brothers pizza that they will deliver to your door. Big rig friendly sites. Watch out for a couple of trees getting to those sites. Sites are all gravel and reasonably level. Pedistalp and water and sewer are well placed. Restrooms and showers are very clean.

Have been coming here for years. always loved this place as a journey and now a holiday koa. Lots of improvements on the grounds and although I dont need to a large big rig area has opened up. Staff is friendly and the place is always neat and tidy inside and out. See you again soon!

Stayed 7 nights. Be sure to request original section when booking as 50 more spaces have been added in bald bare gravel lot. Store hours not posted. Formally open 8-6/7 pNow randomly open, closed for lunch, and closed before 4 some days and always before 5. Difficult to buy things like ice, ice cream or quarters for laundry. Nice game room but again, often closed very early. Watched 40’ rig sear

Clean, nice location and staff were outstanding! RV did not fit on assigned site, so staff adjusted to new site that was an upgrade with no additional change. Very positive experience.

Our site was tight for a 42 foot diesel pusher and I had to trim the shrubs. Utilities and water worked fine. Staff friendly.

All the staff was helpful getting us a great site. The sites restrooms and laundry are squeaky clean and they even had a dog washing station. We look forward to returning.

Employees are rated 5 Stars. Over the years the sites we stayed at were TIGHT however tolerable. New owners have doubled the property sites. We were put in site 78. After finally getting into the site and put the steps down, you will be less than 2 feet before being into the site next door. Our truck sticking out in the driveway. 40 foot 5th Wheel. So be informed KOA Pueblo West does things righ

The website said all was open and listed all the amenities including getting pizza..when we got there , 2 workers were there-one standing, one on a cart, they informed me they still were using ‘winter hours’ though these ended the end of March and this was May 1!? Neither were helpful. If I’d had known it wasn’t fully operational I’d have chosen a cheaper place to stay.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We apologize for the inconvenience of closing at 5 pm. We are doing our very best to get staffed for the season, but it has been a challenge. Staff should have came back in to get you a pizza when you arrived. We will do better!

Great Area, easily accessible to Santa Fe. Nice layout with activities like Cornhole. Nice clean restrooms, staff very friendly. Only complaint is I don’t like all gravel, a little dusty especially when walking our dogs. But overall nice place.

Stayed mid May in RV. Very nice campground, nice facilities, clean and organized. Staff was incredibly nice, friendly and professional (make you feel like family). Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Such a nice KOA. They got the important things right: clean and modern bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, smooth check-in, lots of information on the billboards. It was also the little things. An impressive general store with local art and gifts, beautiful patio, kid/pet areas. They allowed EV charging conveniently in front of the office too. The only snag was, like many KOAs, it's not very distant from the interstate so there is constant road noise for the tent campers as highway 25 never really dies down. Bring ear plugs or buy some from the general store :)
