The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were doing a lot of construction on the entrance and I wasn't aware when I drove there even though they had sent me an email and call me. I never did receive the call but later I did find the email. Very difficult for me to get to my site, but they did escort me in and out after I requested it. Very clean and organized.I would stay there again.

The Santa Fe KOA should be the model for all KOAs. It is by far the best maintained. The sites have been set up so that privacy is maximized, trees provide shade and the staff was very kind and welcoming.

Susan and staff our friendly, kind, outgoing and respectful. Also does Susan does her best to accommodate our needs whether we need one night or more. She also provides advise for up coming events etc.

Ok but not exceptional place to remember. I felt it was a little over priced for a spot that you couldn't even put your awning out. I have had nicer places for $45. We could barely get the slide out due to trees on both sides. When you opened the camper door, branches hit you in the face and the picnic table was 2' from the steps. I think that there needs to be a little tree triming in areas.

Good location to avoid busy part of Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Roads inside are a little tight but manageable. Nice staff.

Jessica and Audrey were wonderful. Site is without doubt the nicest KOA we have ever stayed at. Love all the Cedar trees that separate the parking places.

Absolutely the most beautiful KOA I’ve ever seen. Staff was exceptional. She was very nice and helpful. Loved the general store. Shade every where and the sites were gorgeous. Shower area spotless. Can’t wait to return! Sheree and Steve Hendrix

Very clean campground. Not used to camping in a corporate campground where the checkout time has to be exact. But now that we know we can’t go a minute over without paying extra, we will be more careful. We are new at this and it takes us a while to break down camp. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

Clean, updated restrooms/showers. Very friendly staff. Well stocked store. Inviting game room. Liked the video exchange. Good dog play area. Sites private and level, but overpriced for all gravel sites and roads.

We stayed in one of the new Paw Pens (the best one, which is a corner lot with a wooden fence) and had such a blast! This entire campground is cared for better than any other KOA we've been to. Each site is special in its own way and the staff go to extra effort to ensure the park is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The pizza we ordered to have ready during check in was a delicious treat, too!

The Pup Pen was great - very spacious and pleasant but then a travel trailer pulled in next to me and it couldn’t have been 8 ft. away. At first I thought it was on the road but then realized it was in another space that is VERY close. Not much privacy. The pizza that they make at this location is very good and the people very pleasant.

Easy to get to. Those in charge were very pleasant, friendly, polite and neat in appearance. They explained all information for a great stay. The grounds were well maintained, very clean restrooms. The camp store was neat & inventory was more than adequate. We highly recommend this KOA & if ever in the area again we would stay there before going elsewhere. 5 STARS!!!!

One of the best KOAs we have ever stayed at. They are so welcoming and sweet. Jessica the GM is amazing and a great representative of the KOA brand. The grounds are immaculate, the Paw Pens are so awesome to have, the staff to a person was the friendliest we have ever seen. Jessica runs a tight ship, her crew is on the ball especially Larry and Nicole. I don't have a negative word to say, amazing!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They had lots of good suggestions for things to see and placers to eat. We had low tire pressure when we left. David brought out his compressor to help us get back on the road. Susan in the office was a delight! We hope we’ll be back!

Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it! Camp sites were clean and well maintained. Easy drive (roughly 10 miles) into Santa Fe. Would absolutely stay there again!

We luv Santa Fe KOA. This is our second stay at this KOA. Jessica found a last minute full-hookup site for us and that made our stay so much more pleasing. Larry who guided us to our site was a huge help in guiding me into the tricky back-up space. Then later he came by and helped me find my right hearing-aid lost on the ground! Beautiful grounds! Great staff! Great stay! We’ll be back!

Many improvements since my last visit. Lots of trees in the old section but the new area looks pretty sparse and cramped. We were treated to a free hot dog roast Labor Day weekend. Bathrooms, laundry, even a dog bathing sink.

This is an outstanding campground. It is very well maintained and our site was excellent. There is a lot of room to walk around and enjoy the beautiful setting.

We actually had back to back reservations five days on one in two days on the other and they were well spent. Staff was very helpful more helpful than they’ve been in the past. I understand they have new management this year and that might have something to do with it. But the campground is improving they’re expanding and I can’t find anything to complain about. We will stay here next year.

Very nicely maintained. Nicest RV Park showers I've encountered!! Pleasant setting. Bit far from Santa Fe (10 min on highway) but close enough. And Camp store had all the incidentals I needed.

SUPER NICE KOA with great employees. Nicole and Larry were just so nice. When Larry parks you, he doesn't just wave and leave, he helps you get your camper just right! Jessica the GM is very smart, knowledgeable and a great business manager. The store and grounds are immaculate. They have Hunt Brothers Pizza and Jess gave us a cookout the first night! Highly recommend this KOA, just wonderful!!

We absolutely loved the new sites with the private pet area. It helped relieve so much stress for us and the patio pet area was amazing. It was so clean and wonderfully laid out. Check-in was easy and all the staff was very friendly.

Stayed mid May in RV. Very nice campground, nice facilities, clean and organized. Staff was incredibly nice, friendly and professional (make you feel like family). Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Such a nice KOA. They got the important things right: clean and modern bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, smooth check-in, lots of information on the billboards. It was also the little things. An impressive general store with local art and gifts, beautiful patio, kid/pet areas. They allowed EV charging conveniently in front of the office too. The only snag was, like many KOAs, it's not very distant from the interstate so there is constant road noise for the tent campers as highway 25 never really dies down. Bring ear plugs or buy some from the general store :)
