I can tell the owners made efforts to ensure that the campground is comfortable and clean. I especially enjoyed the game room with free play. That really made my stay. I will definitely stay at this KOA again.

We were in Space D5, with a paw pen. It a pull in space, but fantastic. The yard was almost as big as the dog park. We a a grill, table and a fire pit. Plenty of room for our dogs to play. I would love to stay in that spot for an extended time. Great customer service.

Easy access to campground, safe, clean, quiet. Staff was very efficient and helpful. Restroom and shower facilities were clean and well maintained. Grounds were attractive.

The grounds and facilities are immaculate. I love that. The staff are so nice and helpful. I was dealing with Jessica and she was very helpful and pleasant. Then I ordered the Hunt Brother's Pizza with double cheese of course, and it was great. Jessica brought it right to the RV, bubbling hot. I also like the natural setting. You can smell pine trees and it's quiet and peaceful there.

One of the best KOA we have ever stayed at. We will be back in Sept. Jessica was friendly, accommodating, and informative. The campground was clean and well maintained. The gift shop had everything you might want. And the Pizza was the best!. Mike & Brenda

Wonderful staff - Nicole is quite friendly. The only issue is that they do not check messages after hours. We have a Sprinter Van and our lot (majority of the lots) was slanted and we suffered through the first night. They were nice enough to move us to a better spot the next night. Most of the spaces are open air and subject to the wind and sun - not much shade!!! Nice people - Won’t return

Great location right off the interstate with beautiful views and nice landscape. This was just an overnight stop. .We drove into a new to 2026 pull through.  For being a new site it was very unlevel (front low and to the right), especially when we attempted to position the coach near the hookups.  The Paw pen and rest of the site was very nice.

A very well kept park. All the park employees are very helpful. I have stayed at this park before and will choose to return. If you are planning to be near this park you owe it to yourself to stay.

We stayed one night en route. Easy on and off the freeway. Our site was in a newer section of the park with level and decent sized spaces. Arguably the friendliest CG staff we have experienced. From Nicole in the office to Larry and Chris on the grounds. Nicole cheerfully handled a situation that was our fault and Chris is extremely knowledgeable about our diesel tow vehicle.Will stay again.

No trees on our end of the grounds! Nice concrete pad with picnic table, bar-b-q grill & Adirondack chairs. No pool. Did see a putting green and a bean bag game at the other end of the grounds. We had a pull thru, with water, and 50 amp power. There are two dog parks, one with some shade, one without, no water in either.

We stayed there two nights and it was very nice, clean and quiet. Our site had a nice picnic table and a gas grill. Management was super nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Well, the main bathhouse was a bit dated. The sewer inlet at our site was too small for one of my connectors and the other one I had the threads on their inlet was stripped. I needed to use a brick to hold it in place. The staff was the best part about this KOA. They were super nice and so welling to help. Never seen a better bunch of people.

Easy access off fwy but far enough away to not hear hwy traffic too loudly. Sites were mostly level and in good condition. Bathroom & shower was clean, there's even a pet wash station. Check in was easy, staff was informative and friendly.

The park was nice and well maintained, however the staff was impatient and short. Spoke to us I. A drill Sargent manner and was very argumentative with one member of our group. Also the new sights we were assigned were NOT stable and we had a few issues with leveling and sinkage in the gravel and concerns over our stabilizers being damaged. This issue needs to be addressed immediately.

Fantastic site with great amenities. Located in a scenic setting the grounds were easily accessible with our medium size rv. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay again in the future.

Although the newly opened section lost water to the sites, we always enjoy our stay at this KOA. The water issue wasn't a big deal as we had left for most of the day and had plenty in our fresh tank for our needs or we used their facilities. They had local plumbers addressing the issue immediately and it was resolved by the end of the day.

We stayed two nights. The staff was excellent. We needed to switch sites due to a leveling problem and they accommodated us.

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed it. It was so peaceful at night and there was no road noise. Jessica the manager was great and gave us a little extra time after checkout so our kids could play at the playground before we got on the road. We stayed for 3 nights in a fifth wheel. Upon arrival and during our stay the staff were very attentive, helpful and courteous. Excellent customer service. The grounds were very clean and atmosphere was very enjoyable. We will return to this KOA in the future.

Usually love KOA. In check in conversation was told could use dump station any time. Day before departure used it at 6:30pm. A very harried desk person, in a very rude, condescending voice told me as she was passing by "you could not have picked a worse time to do that". Did not appreciate the attitude. Did not block any access point. Will not be back.

Big shoutout to the people who oversee the KOA Santa Fe Holiday Site! Site was very clean as well as offering amenities for pet lovers including a dog bath area. Beautiful sites and not overcrowded. Appreciate being accommodated after a 12 hour travel day with a late night arrival. If passing thru please stop in and support this RV park!

Toller Campground mit den neuesten, modernsten Toiletten/Duschen. Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, aber der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Absolute Empfehlung!
