It’s a pretty nice place overall. Clean and pretty, but overpriced, especially when the WiFi was pretty much non existent, and only one bathroom for the entire campground.

Fabulous! Have stayed at this KOA for years when we pulled our trailer to Colorado, this was our half away point. My kiddos (both grown one in Military) enjoyed the game room-which we also did Saturday night! Fantastic service and the Pizza and wings were yummy! Cabin was very nice and gift shop had an assortment of anything you might need! See you next year!

My stay was amazing as always the crew were very attentive, the grounds were spotless, the bathrooms were clean, and now they make pizza and wings, which is fantastic on days. You don’t feel like leaving the site or you’re too tired to cook. Thank you for all your hard work.

I have stayed at the Santa Fe KOA many times over the years. It’s one of my favorites. It’s well kept, the staff is friendly and professional, and the experience is always good.

We bought a propi stove to cook on. No where to put it. Sign says no cooking on table. There's no where else to sit it. Nice gentleman in office said he could loan me a table. Then the rain came. Eventually when it stopped the fire pit provided was flooded, so cooking was out of the question. The cabin we were in was on. But I do have a question. Why do we have to pay more for air.

The kampground was super cool and very clean. But what set this place apart was the people. ALL of them went above and beyond! Gerry, Clarissa, Josh, and (I'm sorry, I didn't get the other guy's name), you are all awesome!THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH! I can't speak highly enough about you all. WE chose to visit the Santa Fe area during a very hot time. I did not realize that not all cabins were not air conditioned. One of the staff did loan us a fan which helped circulate air. I will remember which cabins have AC for the future as we will travel through the Santa Fe area again. Restrooms and showers were very nice and the campground is well maintained. Nice to have free coffee.

The location was great for our two night stay. The staff was friendly and the facility size was nice for a peaceful stay while visiting downtown Santa Fe during the day.

Fantastic, definitely the best KOA we've ever stayed at! Just lovely, really pleasant with lots of nice amenities, everything is in good condition, and there's even a little fenced-in area you can play with your dog off leash.

Thé cabin was neat and clean and the staff were very friendly. They even held a cookout for us on July 4th which was really great! The only drawbacks were the spotty/slow wifi, noisiness due to the proximity to the road, and no air conditioning unit in the cabin.

Enjoyed the free coffee, arcade games, bottled waters in the refrigerator. Campground and deluxe cabin were very clean. Owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great stay in Santa Fe.

The cabin exceeded our expectation and there were no bunk beds which made it easier to make the bed. Cabin had a refrigerator but no TV or micro wave oven - no problem for us. Camp is we’re cleans and all amenities are beyond expectations. One of the nicest KOAs we have stayed in.

Front Desk was so welcoming, the quickest check in ever with a smile and all info covered coffee in a.m., bathrooms, showers ,laundry ,location of camper cabin, playground, etc ... Will stay again SOON!!!

Steps going to cabin are too steep for seniors. Not being able to cook in camp area using the table makes no sense. Everyone uses the patio tables to cook on. You should provide a surface to cook on. Neighbors cut thru our area going to the bathroom.

I needed a campsite while on a motorcycle trip and made a last minute reservation for 1 night at this KOA on the edge of Santa Fe NM. I went to the office to purchase either Adhesive Velcro or tape to secure a GPS wire that was loose. The lady in the office pulled out a bucket of "stuff" and found some velcro that solved the problem. She did not charge me anything and told me if this didn't work come back and she would try to find something else. I planned to leave the next day but ended up staying in the KOA Santa Fe 2 more nights because the employees were awesome, the grounds and facilities were spotless, and my dog enjoyed the dog park. By the way the velcro fix is still working 1500 miles later!

Our first family trip in a RV and words cannot express how top notch this KOA is! The service was above and beyond! The site itself was very clean and easy to navigate. We would definitely recommend this KOA!!
