The staff was very nice and even had a game room that we enjoyed, the site however was nowhere near level and unacceptable. Most sites appeared to be this way, both ours and the folks we were camping with. They had new and nice bath house and a nice laundry area but for us the basics of a level site is most important. We were off both left to right and front to back by way too much to go back.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at your park. The enclosure for our 2 small dogs worked out great for us, very convenient and nice features. We used the fire pit and the grill to cook on. It was a little dirty but still useable. The staff was friendly and happily greeted us at check in. Our site was close to everything and fairly level . Men's bath only had a few toilets but they we're sufficient.

I just needed one night in Santa Fe and this was perfect. Check in staff went above and beyond as I arrived slightly late. Nicole checked me in and got me a great spot a short walk from the bathroom which was super clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice place, wifi was great, our site wasn't level Verizon would not work, so no phone calls, which was fine with us. Reason for only 4 stars is that I never give 5. There is always room for improvement. Ie level site, nearly had to set tongue on the ground.

We got there early & they were so nice to set us in our site & checked us in after their lunch. This is a nice, clean KOA, nothing fancy. Staff was very nice. The site was not level, but most places aren't anyway, the only issue we had (not of their fault), was cell phone coverage. We have Verizon, and we had no service at all. Other than that, is a good camp.

We definitely want to come back ! We only stayed one night. But was impressed with staff. spotless new bathrooms and beautiful views. The camp was set up with relaxation in mind. Cute dog areas and nice areas to walk . Thank you all. For this Oasis .

The park is very clean and visually appealing. Because it is in the mountains, our site was on the edge of being able to level for a big rig. The other improvement would be to add bandwidth to the WiFi. Because campers will not get good cellular service, having the WiFi for calls is essential.

Hello Robert! Thank you for the feedback. We try our best to make our sites as level and comfortable as possible for guests being in the mountains has its challenges. The WiFi is something we are actively improving through out the park please come back soon and check it out!

A comfortable chair that you can lean back in should be part of the Cabin deal - especially now, since prices have shot up so much. You can't lean back and rest on a tall stool or a picnic table bench. I've been staying at KOA's for decades. I don't think I will be any more. Old people need to rest. And this old, soon to be retired teacher can't afford an RV or more expensive cabin upgrades.

Hi Christopher, thank you for your feedback. We apologize that there was not a recliner in the rustic cabins. It is a great idea to add some more comforts but unfortunately there is just not room to add any furniture to the camping cabins. We hope you enjoy the rest of your trip! Thanks again.

Had a wonderful visit. All of the camp staff were so friendly. Loved the cute well stocked store. Had delicious pizza and wings delivered to our site. Huge brand new bathrooms, showers and laundry room.We stayed in the new area at the back of the property. Lots of beautiful rocks new trees and flowers.

We came in at night and our instructions were waiting on the board. This KOA was easy to get to and fairly close to downtown Santa Fe.

This was probably my favorite KOA that I had the pleasure to stay at! The couple that took care of everything were wonderful, plus I had an absolutely beautiful spot to park my rig.

I love your new section of the campground, you didn't have that the last time we stayed. When the trees grow up and provide the shade for each space it will be ever better. We could really feel the wind when it picked up. The new bathrooms are top notch, the extra space was really nice. Thank you for the new spaces, I do hope you put us in that area again.

I loved the cabin. The park was great for kids. My only complaint is the bathrooms were not as clean as I’d like. A little smelly and the toilets weren’t very clean. Showers were clean.

We booked a site that was supposed to be "surrounded by pinons and juniper trees", but the site only had 1 newly planted, tiny tree. The new sites are completely sun exposed, very close to a busy and noisy road, and very close together. The game room and playground were nice.

Lovely personnel, Nicole and Larry went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable on a rainy Memorial Day. The rest rooms were immaculate as was the campground. The cookout was a nice touch. Thank them for us.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The campground was clean and offered great amenities like a nice sized dog park, play area for kids as well as a game room. They also had premium sites that included a fenced in area for your dog! That was the first time we had seen anything like that. And it was very conveniently located for visiting the historic downtown, which was only 11 miles away.

I love the little canin and the way the trees frame it. Walking to showers helped wake me up and I exercised some. I hope to get the same cabin in August.

We had a relaxing two night stay at the Santa Fe KOA. The setting is very nice and peaceful. We liked the lines of trees between each site as they add a little privacy. The camp hosts/managers were very friendly and helpful. The pizza was great! Our site was plenty long for our 40ft 5th wheel and truck, but the width was a little tight.

Beautiful campground. Had a very spacious pull through campsite with patio and a grill. Lots of amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. Camped in fifth wheel.

After a long day of traveling it was nice to be greeted with a smile from Nicole. Camp site was clean and ready for use. Camp grounds were quite and clean. Larry was always on the move, ensuring the grounds were kept nice and that the guests had what they needed.

Big shoutout to the people who oversee the KOA Santa Fe Holiday Site! Site was very clean as well as offering amenities for pet lovers including a dog bath area. Beautiful sites and not overcrowded. Appreciate being accommodated after a 12 hour travel day with a late night arrival. If passing thru please stop in and support this RV park!

Toller Campground mit den neuesten, modernsten Toiletten/Duschen. Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, aber der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Absolute Empfehlung!
