The park was nice and well maintained, however the staff was impatient and short. Spoke to us I. A drill Sargent manner and was very argumentative with one member of our group. Also the new sights we were assigned were NOT stable and we had a few issues with leveling and sinkage in the gravel and concerns over our stabilizers being damaged. This issue needs to be addressed immediately.

Fantastic site with great amenities. Located in a scenic setting the grounds were easily accessible with our medium size rv. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay again in the future.

Although the newly opened section lost water to the sites, we always enjoy our stay at this KOA. The water issue wasn't a big deal as we had left for most of the day and had plenty in our fresh tank for our needs or we used their facilities. They had local plumbers addressing the issue immediately and it was resolved by the end of the day.

We stayed two nights. The staff was excellent. We needed to switch sites due to a leveling problem and they accommodated us.

All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The campground is quiet, clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our short stay at this KOA.

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed it. It was so peaceful at night and there was no road noise. Jessica the manager was great and gave us a little extra time after checkout so our kids could play at the playground before we got on the road. We stayed for 3 nights in a fifth wheel. Upon arrival and during our stay the staff were very attentive, helpful and courteous. Excellent customer service. The grounds were very clean and atmosphere was very enjoyable. We will return to this KOA in the future.

We absolutely LOVED the cabin we stayed in! It was just 2 of us and the first KOA Kabin we have stayed in anywhere that did not have bunkbeds and was so cutely decorated! Loved that there were 2 chairs and a table, bed in the middle of the wall instead of in a corner and had a fridge. The only thing we wished we had was a portable fan since there was no A/C and it was a bit warm.

Usually love KOA. In check in conversation was told could use dump station any time. Day before departure used it at 6:30pm. A very harried desk person, in a very rude, condescending voice told me as she was passing by "you could not have picked a worse time to do that". Did not appreciate the attitude. Did not block any access point. Will not be back.

We can actually say that Santa Fe KOA is superior to others. The cabin was amazing, the air conditioning was fabulous, and the people were very professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. It was a great stay. Thank you for the great stay.

Great campground! The hosts are friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and orderly. Our deluxe cabin was very clean, comfortable, and well apportioned.

great amenities, great service, quiet and serene. Love the views of the mountains from the porch of the cabin. Deb made the checking process seamless and offered great insights into the area. Listening to her provide suggestions for other travelers checking-in in front of me showed her knowledge of the area and her desire to help visitors understand all their options in the area. KOA FTW!

This was our first stay at a KOA. I could not have been happier! The sites were all very well maintained. There was great shade. Lovely shop with lots of great items, including some adapters we needed. Everyone was so polite. And it was a straight shot into Santa Fe for shopping & restaurants. So dog friendly too!

Friendly staff. Clean and safe environment. Love the new section with spacious pull Thurs for big rigs. Nice pet areas- no burrs to get into their paws. Dog wash was a welcomed perk. Pizza was fast and good. We will be back. This was our second time

We changed our reservations from two to three nights which necessitated a site Shante. We ended up in the new sites. They are roomy and nice but not as camp like as the older area with typical Santa Fe trees. The new is spacious with a sparkling clean new bath house and dog play area. . We enjoyed our stay a the friendliness of the office staff and other workers. We certainly will be back.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the campground was very easily accessible. However, it was disappointing that there was no electricity at the tent sites. Also, the tent pads are too small.

My dogs n I dryer to nights the Santa Fe KOA campground. The staff there are amazing, kind n very friendly. They went above n beyond what they need to, the make us comfortable. The restrooms n shower were always clean. The campground was clean n neat as well. Our cozy camping cabin was nice n cool, thanks to the air conditioning. We might stop by to n the fall.

We loved the campground. It was very clean and well kept. We were disappointed that the tent site did not have a picnic table as described. We were counting on that and did not take chairs or a table. The tent site was a little steep with no real flat area for the tent, but we were glad it was dirt which is more comfortable than gravel, and we were pleased there were trees and a privacy fence.

From the beginning the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the amenities and size of cabin. The only thing I didn't like was our cabin was so close to the entrance. Everyone comes flying in and dusted us while we were outside, normally eating. We did appreciate the surprise of free morning coffee daily and finding out there was a microwave handy.

First time to lose KOA Park game really liked the cheerfulness of the staff and the tall guy with the hat that was moving rocks around to create new spaces as he was very cheerful

Big shoutout to the people who oversee the KOA Santa Fe Holiday Site! Site was very clean as well as offering amenities for pet lovers including a dog bath area. Beautiful sites and not overcrowded. Appreciate being accommodated after a 12 hour travel day with a late night arrival. If passing thru please stop in and support this RV park!

Toller Campground mit den neuesten, modernsten Toiletten/Duschen. Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, aber der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Absolute Empfehlung!
