Campground Reviews

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely laid out sites. We rented site with the paw pen which our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed. They were free to roam about and play ball. We will definitely return if we’re in Santa Fe in the future.

It was the first time that I stay with you after 20 plus years with the campground down the street that changed ownership. I will be back next year. It was well kept, clean and the staff was delightful. Thanks........Ann

Easy to get to right off the interstate. Well-maintained and quiet. Clean laundry room and shaded sites with picnic tables on concrete pads. Friendly staff.

Loved the Paw Pen, so did our pups. Friendly, ran, and quiet, the trifecta for a great rv park!

Such a beautiful park! So many amenities.

I really liked the park except a little far out and everything is gravel. Others I travel with will not stay where there are not concrete pads. Really liked the big area for my fig.

This trip was a quick getaway from the heat of Albuquerque. The location of this KOA is north of the Santa Fe, but feels much more rural. Great location and great staff.

The staff were so nice! Everyone of them! The park is clean. Would stay here again if we come back to Santa Fe.

It was DELIGHTFUL! Everything was clean and all the staff were friendly and attentive. We were camping with our three grandsons and they loved the arcade and the FABULOUS playground! The New Mexico Airstream Club will most certainly be rallying at the Santa Fe KOA next season - and most likely for many seasons to come! Thanks for the great memories, Jessica and Susan!

We stayed at both a patio upgrade site and the new pet paws site. The pet paws is a little pricey but if you love your baby dogs it is a great way to let them unwind on a long trip. People here are friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again.

Unique and nice. KOA signs/exits need to be made accurate.

Good location and shady sites.

Love this campground. They even have a dog wash station. The only problem was the site we were in was very unlevel but the host moved us to a different spot. We plan on staying here often

I have been coming to the KOA in Santa Fe for a few years now and what I can say is that it is consistent. It is clean. It is very inviting and everyone is very friendly.

Level spaces, clean, nice restrooms and showers. Great facilities--dog run, putting green, even a dog bath station with hot water. Only problem with it is that it's far from Santa Fe sites--14 miles.

This was our first KOA experience, and it was AWESOME! The staff was so kind and helpful, the campground is clean, the bathrooms were great, and the activities for the kids really put it over the top! It was so nice to feel comfortable while traveling. Thank you, Santa FE KOA! PS- Reese's Cups on the s'more was amazing!

Beautiful campground and well laid out. It is 15 min to Santa Fe. We have stayed here before. We were disappointed on this trip with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, esp. the men's room was not cleaned during our 4 day stay. When asking for a late checkout (noon) I was told that there would be a $15 fee; check in is at 3:00pm. The vibe when leaving was, 'Don't let the door hit you on the way out!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoy the campground and location. Our bathrooms are cleaned daily, and we’ll review this with our team. KOA policy includes a $15 fee for late checkouts. We appreciate your input and hope to welcome you back for a better stay.

the stay was going great. The long blondish haired (Susan) was exceptional. But things went bad due to a red haired lady (Rachael?). I have a 8lb, ES pet in a carrier, she saw me going into the ladies room, chased, screamed/shrieked "no dogs allowed in any building EVER. " odd as I bought ice w/ ES pet in his carrier. She's awful so we left an entire day early. Pls refund 1 day.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had a positive experience with Susan. We understand your concerns, but per KOA policy, pets—including emotional support animals—are not permitted inside any buildings. If you would like to discuss further reach out at (505)466-1419.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin! Very nice location, our favorite stay so far, lap of luxury! And, where do they find their people? They're all so nice!

Loved this campground, especially the dog wash right behind our campsite!! Found the woman who took us to the campsite to be rude when she asked my husband to turn up his hearing aides. We would have preferred no assistance at all from her. The campground itself was probably my favorite KOA during our entire 4 week journey.

Such a nice KOA. They got the important things right: clean and modern bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, smooth check-in, lots of information on the billboards. It was also the little things. An impressive general store with local art and gifts, beautiful patio, kid/pet areas. They allowed EV charging conveniently in front of the office too. The only snag was, like many KOAs, it's not very distant from the interstate so there is constant road noise for the tent campers as highway 25 never really dies down. Bring ear plugs or buy some from the general store :)
