This was our favorite KOA by far. The grounds were very clean and tidy. Laundry room was very organized. Loved having the gas grills available for cooking in the front area. There is a game room which took us back to our youth! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nice shaded spots. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA . The park was extremely nice and friendly as well as clean. The bathrooms were as clean as u have seen anywhere as well as well decorated. I can plainly see why you are adding on to your park.

This is our 3rd time at the park. Always enjoy our stay. Sites are great and the entire park is always very clean. Lots to do at the park and so close to all the areas we wanted to visit. I would recommend this KOA park to everyone.

This is an excellent location convenient to all Santa Fe has to offer with friendly staff. The signage could be better, but it appears they are expanding, so this will surely be addressed. The clean dog wash was a nice surprise!

Only stayed one night but had a deluxe site with BBQ, Fire pit, table and chairs and backed up to national forest. Very quiet..

The koa was clean, quiet and staff was helpful and friendly. They have a gameroom, loan out a dvd if needed, and sell pizza. Also, needed a ride to downtown santa fe and staff recommended Scott. He arrived when he said, was friendly and pricing was reasonable. We will be returning.

Navigating through the park and parking is a bit tight. The staff was very nice, and the park is well kept.

Great staff! This KOA campground has been around for a while, but you can tell the staff works to maintain and update. The sites are a little close together, but general you can make them work.

This KOA being a holiday is a far stretch in my options. The campground is confusing to get around, signs pointing two different directions for the same thing, signs saying not to turn right but the staff inside say to turn right. And on top of all that no one guides you to your spot. The spots are unlevel. No pool. The staff was not friendly. $12 for 1 bundle of firewood and a fire starter isalot

The staff at the Santa Fe KOA is lovely and very professional. The service has always been very good. My only recommendation is to have pet owners use a designated spot to bathroom their dogs. The pet owners bring their dogs to the cabin areas to go to the bathroom. There was feces in the driveway of my cabin the first time I stayed at this location.The cabins also have an odor of pets.

From check-in to check-out, everyone was so kind and helpful. Jessica even called us to make sure we knew about the alternate entrance due to construction. Susan helped us book our next stay and got us a paw pen and got our neighbors a deluxe patio right next to us. We’re excited to come back next year.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were doing a lot of construction on the entrance and I wasn't aware when I drove there even though they had sent me an email and call me. I never did receive the call but later I did find the email. Very difficult for me to get to my site, but they did escort me in and out after I requested it. Very clean and organized.I would stay there again.

The Santa Fe KOA should be the model for all KOAs. It is by far the best maintained. The sites have been set up so that privacy is maximized, trees provide shade and the staff was very kind and welcoming.

Susan and staff our friendly, kind, outgoing and respectful. Also does Susan does her best to accommodate our needs whether we need one night or more. She also provides advise for up coming events etc.

Stayed at one of the little cabins. Was adequate. Decorated nicely but did not have a table on either side of the bed. Tad bit inconvenient. Staff was friendly and professional. Bathrooms were clean.

Ok but not exceptional place to remember. I felt it was a little over priced for a spot that you couldn't even put your awning out. I have had nicer places for $45. We could barely get the slide out due to trees on both sides. When you opened the camper door, branches hit you in the face and the picnic table was 2' from the steps. I think that there needs to be a little tree triming in areas.

Jessica and Audrey were wonderful. Site is without doubt the nicest KOA we have ever stayed at. Love all the Cedar trees that separate the parking places.

Stayed mid May in RV. Very nice campground, nice facilities, clean and organized. Staff was incredibly nice, friendly and professional (make you feel like family). Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Such a nice KOA. They got the important things right: clean and modern bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, smooth check-in, lots of information on the billboards. It was also the little things. An impressive general store with local art and gifts, beautiful patio, kid/pet areas. They allowed EV charging conveniently in front of the office too. The only snag was, like many KOAs, it's not very distant from the interstate so there is constant road noise for the tent campers as highway 25 never really dies down. Bring ear plugs or buy some from the general store :)
