The front desk clerk was very kind and accommodating! He offered to stay late to make us a pizza and then hand delivered it to our campsite.

Quite a bit older than most. No full hookups. Dump station is in the "road" to the half the campsites, so new arrivals have to wait while those departing dump tanks. Technically in Santa Fe, but way too far from anything to do. The map is a) incorrect and b) way out of scale. It's past time for KOA to correct their maps. +1 star for very clean bathrooms with shelves and hooks.

Thank you for your business. However, your review is factually incorrect. 90% of our sites are full hook ups. Store, and restrooms recently remodeled and we have many new amenities throughout the park, and dump station is not in the road. Maps not perfect but very understandable.

We've stayed at many KOAs and the Santa Fe KOA was the best! Never have we experienced such staff helpfulness and friendliness. Best site escort, beautiful site, well stocked gift shop, clean and tastefully decorated grounds and laundry room. This KOA should be a Holiday even without a pool. It is evident that the owners/staff take pride in their campground.

if i could, I would give these people 15 stars. they were awesome. the grounds were awesome. the private dog run was beyond belief and WELL worth the extra money. i have already recommended them to several people.

Nice place, gravel is packed enough for motorcycles. Our site (G5) was a bit difficult for us to get into due to tree branches. Our trailer is nearly 13 ft high. Owner’s son was nice enough to help me change a tire. Nice people running campground.

We arrived after office hours (which we mentioned in our reservation communication), located the paperwork next to the door and found our site. So excited to take a shower but we weren't given the code!! Fortunately, another camper up late had to use the facilities and gave us the code. Frustrating.

Everyone was very friendly and upbeat. The facilities were clean and in excellent condition. The best part was the young guy who delivered my wood and reminded me of the restroom combination.

Very nice, pretty, clean. i found the roads around the camp sites confusing, I would think I was walking on a road and I would be walking into a camp site.

Lovely KOA. The staff and owner are very nice and are very helpful. They are always updating and improving everything. They are adding more patio’s to the sites, since we were there last.

Well cared for KOA. Nice laundry room. Weird policy if you arrive a little early----charge $15 even if your site is vacated and cleaned and ready.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Many parks charge for early check-ins. Two main reasons. Staff needs a break between checkout time and check in. Sometimes our only break of the day. The other is the cost of utilities. Your stay charges are based on check in and check out times. We take on all cost when not in those periods.

This was our second stay but this time we had our grandkids with us. The facilities were nice and clean. Our grandkids enjoyed playing on the playground equipment which was up to date and safer then other RV parks we have visited.

Friendly staff, clean site and restrooms. Appreciated the meet packet provided about the local area and restaurants. One down side during the stay a resident / associate of the KOA was constantly working on their car in the game room garage with a loud muffler.

The sites are too crowded for larger RVs. We were within four feet of the RV next to us. The staff are great and most likely we will stay again if In the area

We were escorted to our campsite and were given instructions on best placement for our RV. Clean, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our 6 nights the peaceful surroundings. Will come back if in Santa Fe! Highly recommend this location.

Bad wifi, tent site in the middle of RV, no chance to pin the tent in the gravel, tiny spot, dirty spot, no privacy, unfriedly staff

Thank you for staying with us. You had a water and electric site with trees on both sides. Our Wi-Fi is fantastic. (please see other reviews). You were here one night and had little interaction with the staff. We pride ourselves on good Customer service. Wish you the best!

Nice spot, away from town just enough to make it close for day trips, but the evenings feel more "away" from the city. E5 is a back-in, one of the few there, and as such it felt a bit more secluded than the pull-throughs (trees lines both sides of the site). Even so, plenty of the pull-throughs also have some shade or trees as separators. Wish they had a pool/hot tub.

Niceest park we stayed in so far on our trip. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Andrew was exceptionally helpful, offering to give me a ride into town to find a part for my RV.

Came in after-hours and checked office for packet-we know routine- and it wasn't there-no worries it's in our cabin, hosts come to ask about our reservation. Absolutely grab my phone to pull up email and dang it..we reserved for Friday not Thur. They switched our reservation without a second thought. This is why we stay 2xs a year at this location before heading to Cabin in Colorado. Awesome!

Clean, bonus fridge in a simple small cabin! Very helpful folks. Shout out to Riley fir delivering firewood and getting the grill going. Wish I had more time to stay.

Getting to this KOA was interesting in that as you approach it, it doesn't seem that it's gonna be there.  It's pleasantly secluded and doesn't look like an average trailer park.  We loved that...once we arrived.  LOL We waited in a small line of RVs whose owners were also checking in.  Wait your turn after you check in!  Don't venture out on your own - they'll have someone escort you into your site.  Someone apparently thought we were just waiting in this line for our health because he tried to move his rig until he realized he couldn't go anywhere because of the line.  🙄 Anyway, Josh escorted us to our site and helped us ensure we were able to hook up without any issues.  The site was perfect for our truck AND trailer!  (Loved that!!) Our neighbors were close but not smashed up against our site, and they were separated nicely. The KOA was well kept, and the grounds were pretty.  The store seemed to have everything.  While we were driving, we lost our end cap on the bumper; thus, losing our entire sewer hose.  While we stopped at Walmart for the hose, they didn't have the end caps.  THIS KOA STORE DID!  It actually made my day. Lastly and most importantly, the customer service was awesome sauce!  Josh, Jasrine, and Andrew were super personable and actually looked happy to be there! It was refreshing! They made a pretty good pizza, too. There was so much solitude that our usually scared car enjoyed the visit. Check it out!

Great location, clean spots, the place feels fresh. Camp store had plenty of sundries-even hoodies in June (which we needed). The kids enjoyed the free arcade games in the game room too.

The Santa Fe KOA is wonderful. It offers great sites. We stayed in a premium site with a fenced in pet area. The private fenced-in area had a firepit, grill, beautiful patio with table and chairs, and artificial turf. The folks working here were very friendly and the grounds well maintained. The park has trees throughout offering some welcome shade. I'd definitely stay here again.
