I was disappointed in the width of the roads leading to the sites. They made turning into the assigned site difficult to turn into when flat towing. Also, the sites could be more level.

Very nice campground, conveniently located to access Monarch Pass and Collegiate Peaks, white water rafting and fishing, well maintained, decent size spaces and noise from the road was hardly noticeable, great staff

Really nice campground. We stayed in a 5th wheel in the “A” row. Great location, very friendly staff, wonderful views. Looking forward to our next stay here.

It was a problem with the reservation with another guy so the camper was running around in circles, then they figured out that that site was full and they put him in another spot less than ideal administration

Amazing location — close to hiking, biking, fishing, etc. Quiet, clean and wonderful views in all directions.

Loved the campground - the site, the views, the facilities were great. The only thing worth mentioning is that the water tasted terrible!

Site is a little difficult to get into with a big rig. Water pressure was not great, and we never did get attached to the wifi.

Would like to see a few more things to make this place a little more special like a larger store, and longer hours, mini golf, swimming pool, etc. which make it more of a destination, but it still works well as a base camp. Not much room, tight corners for bigger rigs but since we were on the end it wasnt too bad. Overall not a bad spot.

This is a fairly “basic” KOA, not a lot of amenities but reasonably close to Poncha Springs and Salina. The turns in the park were a little tight and our site wasn’t as level as we’d like. Heard there’s new management which hopefully will result in improvements

We arrived late and expexted to see our reservation outside but did not see anything. Called the number on the door and left a message but no response. This did not disuade us as they left a list of available sites for walk ins. We marked down the one we took which was gorgeous and had a nice night with a fire and a full moon. Staff wonderful, showers awesome, rec room nice plus!

We typically only stay at KOAs for 1 night to do laundry and recharge all our batteries, but decided to extend our stay at this KOA for 2 nights. It was very clean, showers were well powered and HOT, and 3 washers/dryers were efficient and good value ($2/40 mins each). Tim was very friendly and a great host. We had E2 but still had a nice view and sound of road was distant. Great job KOA hosts.

We like this area and this is a newer KOA at an old campground. There is so much potential here and the new owners seem to be working hard to get it to full KOA standards. Looking forward to visiting again and watching the changes happen..

It was nice clean the only thing would have been nice to have a set of restrooms at the back side of the campground. But I would stay here again.

Service was good. Entire property is well maintained but it’s very basic with few amenities. Biggest disappointment is the inconsistent Wi-Fi. I stayed for a week and needed to work for a few hours a day. Half of the property gets no signal and the other half the connection is very inconsistent. This was very disappointing and needs to be addressed.

Great views, but lacking of amenities. Would have been wonderful to have a pool with the heat in that area. And the water pressure to the full hookup sites was not great.

All camper spaces are very tight. My 42ft camper was designated a 45ft space with trees and rocks around the corners. Amazing views, campground is clean and conveniently located...just not for large setups.

We had a very relaxing and restful time. They are doing a lot of updating on the camping area. A very nice tent camping area by the water. We took our dog out daily for walks. I would like to see the community room used for fun get together activities or ice cream socials.

Bathrooms were dirty-blood on toilet seats. No one would answer call after hrs. Mowing/weedeating while in site preparing to depart. No change machine in laundry. Terrible! So disappointing!!!

Good for an overnight stop. If you have a long rig, sites can be a little tight trying to maneuver in. Our site was quasi-level - I had to break out the leveling blocks. It does get windy in the afternoons (you are in a valley) so watch those awnings!

Great staff, campground itself is in poor condition. Sites need gravel or pee stone to keep the blowing dust down. Rest rooms not maintained very well. Laundry room ok. Wi-Fi almost non existent. No cable or local tv.

We stayed 5 nights. The grounds are good, the hosts are good and our site was great row I #5 However the water pressure is terrible! We were told that the well needs a new pump. And that this is the biggest complaint they get. To me this unacceptable! We had to run our water pump and use our fresh water tank in order to take a shower! This needs to be fixed!!!!!

The area is great. Some of the picnic tables should be repaired and leveled. The camp sight areas are wonderful.

This campground is quiet, peaceful and in a great location. We lived everything about staying here. We'll definitely be back next year for a longer stay. There's so much to do in the area.

New to the KOA system, but provided everything we needed. Staff is very friendly. They seem to be working on updates to the aging facility. RV sites were large and level. Tent facility is beautiful and quiet, but a long way from the restrooms. The scenery was majestic.

Need to increase water pressure to sites. Location of campground is great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Layout and size of sites very nice.

Check-in was nice & easy and Linda was very friendly and helpful. Our site was lacking in shade and our picnic table had seen better days. The wood was pretty warped but thankfully our drinks didn't tip over. Sure wish the pool wasn't closed permanently! That would've felt really good on a hot day!

We had a nice stay here. We mainly left the campgrounds to explore the surrounding areas of Monarch Pass and Salida.

This was up at the Mt not far from the KOA. The KOA had great sites for RV and tent. The staff was very kind.
