I understand its technically the off season but when I would call to ask questions before my stay the phone was never answered/ only answered the day of check-in because no one was in the office its was locked at 2pm, the cabin had mouse droppings so clearly wasnt propey cleaned before my stay. When it snowed nothing was done to clear it in front of guest facilitues like the bathrooms.

Jimmy was a great host! A cabin with an indoor kitchen and bathroom would have been a nice touch.

Even though this is a new KOA, converted from a non-KOA campground, everything was to KOA standards. KOA staff member, Kenny, was exceptional. Friendly, prompt, helpful just as I expect at KOA. It was a long way (relatively) from the bath/shower house to my. I realize this is because it was converted from another campground. Appreciated being able to plug in my diesel pickup at adjacent campsite.

It has such a beautiful backdrop and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Nice place to stay,near to the freeway😇😇 Clean restrooms and 24hr laundry is really appreciated..

This was up at the Mt not far from the KOA. The KOA had great sites for RV and tent. The staff was very kind.
