Linda & Jennifer were excellent. They worked with us when cabin we rented had mice droppings & refrigerator frozen, moving us to a different unit. Bathroom towels were old & bleach spoted.Wifi sucks!! cost of this place is NOT worth it. Little to no improvements or updates. Driveway has washed out areas, not good when driving a coach or trailer in.Open hours are so limited. Fencing not repaired.

Small but adequate lovely cabin with a swing. Wish I had more time to enjoy there! Restrooms, campground, cabin everything was clean and easy to find. Please add details of early check-out process when office isn't open

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was very nice, clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Trash can full at arrival, dirty cabin, dog waste everywhere around cabin , dirty restrooms 2out of three sinks blocked or with no water plus some not friendly host. Probably the worst KOA to date

No a/c in cabin as advertised on web, washrooms very far from cabins/tent site, poorly maintained, dusty, 2 functional showers & 3 toilets for entire campground, noisy, poorly stocked store. Out dated facility Worst koa I have seen. Should not be allowed in koa chain

Stayed one night in a cabin. Cabin was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Great views from our front porch. Only a few minutes from Salida for supplies. If campground had a wifi repeater at far end of campground would be helpful.

Nice Journey KOA with all the outdoor amenities. Short drive to Monarch Pass for some epic views, hiking and great local restaurants.

I stayed in the deluxe cabin with my two kids. It was perfect! Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely courteous and friendly. We will definitely be back!

The new Deluxe Cabins we’re just perfect for this time of year! Very clean and had everything you could need. We’ve stayed in the Camping Cabins and Tent Sites and have not have a bad experience yet. Excellent location and proximity to Salida. We have already booked another stay for this year.

Beautiful location in the Rockies. Near Monarch ski resort, and upscale town of Salida. The manager was very pleasant, and stayed past normal closing time to check us in. The cabins are really nice!

Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm. Upon arrival at 5pm the cabin was not ready. We had to wait until 8pm to get in. Halfway through our stay, the hot water quit working. We notified the facility manager immediately and it wasn't until the next day it was fixed. The facility manager refused to prorate our stay for the hassle.

This koa was awesome! beat my expectations by a landslide! So thankful for the heater. The mints were such a nice touch. Beds comfy, bathrooms clean, a perfect time around the campfire, thank you koa!!

We stayed in a basic cabin and it was really nice! The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Wish they had a second bathhouse and more access to drinkable water on site. Otherwise great place especially for the price!

The person working the desk was prompt @ picking up the phone & was able to answer all my questions. She was very nice & gave me a call to make sure I had the late check-in information. The cabin was clean & the space-heater was great, since the temps dropped to high 30's. The bathrooms were clean & stocked as well.

The bathrooms & showers were the worst I have ever seen. I have seen cleaner truck stop bathrooms. The entire restrooms require updating and maintained better. The store closing at 4 seems very early. The reservation & check-in process was excellent calling the KOA directly. Last minute cabin need was glad to find this spot.

Disappointed to not have wifi as advertised. Hostess was very welcoming and was doing a nice job to keep things running and clean.

Very basic KOA. No amenities and not the cleanest. Spider webs in the corners of the cabins and the bathrooms were pretty rough. Check in and store is only open from 10am-4pm so we never saw them. Though the lady I talked to on the phone was very friendly.

Loved the Kamping Cabin! We were on a motorcycle and it was nice not to have to pack a tent and camping gear.

Cabin was clean upon arrival, check in was a little confusing as we arrived after the store/office was closed. There is no pool, but there is a playground area for the kiddos.

This was up at the Mt not far from the KOA. The KOA had great sites for RV and tent. The staff was very kind.
