Overall, a nice campground. I was very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, and the residents. Campground is clearly well-maintained and clean. Very noticeable. I'm not sure it's really a holiday, though - didn't really feel like it. Very obvious ATV destination and quite a few long-term residents. At one point the traffic by our site was non-stop. But I would definitely come back.

After a long, hot day, driving west across Utah into the sun and against the wind, it was such a relief to pull into this quiet, beautifully landscaped KOA. There was plenty of shade. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint isn't that people arrived late, but often these late arrivals kept a second car running with headlights shining as they set up their campers.

Easy access to the park. Staff was helpful and friendly. Site was easy to level and had lots of trees for shade. It was also nice that there was space between the sites as the park wasn’t full but they didn’t put campers all together.

We spent over a week at the Richfield Holiday KOA (Richfield, UT) and can't say enough good things about the folks who manage it, Jim and Lynn. They were aces for us since we arrived. Their whole team (I believe it's Dave, Dottie and Paula, but PLEASE forgive me if that's not right!) treated us like family!! Super clean, great amenities and service - friendly folks! We will definitely be back!

Park was very clean and well maintained. The staff were so nice and professional to us for our overnight stay. The site was plenty long enough for our coach and tow so we did not have to unhook. Their were lots of trees for shade for campers.

I had some issues with the Wi-Fi and was even given a router to help. I was right next to the office so strange that I couldn't pick up Wi-Fi but the guy that helped me for more than an hour to get it working was above and beyond. It ended up not working but I super appreciated the effort that was put in trying to make my stay comfortable. Top notch customer service!

Everything was not that far to get needs. The stay was awesome. My family had a great time and a great stay. Pool, showers, restrooms were clean. Over all great staff.

It was a great time! We stayed there for a ball Tournament and everyone love it! It was very clean and well taken care of! The kids Loved the pool! It was fantastic for our team!

We absolutely loved everything about this campground. The only thing that concerned me was that we noticed several large trees that had been cut down (with no new ones planted), and several more that looked like they were dying. Part of what makes this campground so great is all the shade, but some of the sites now have no shade, and more might not in the future.

The camp ground was very clean. The bathroom and shower was very nice. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again.

Really enjoyed the stay. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Everything was tidy and clean. Utilities are good. Was in a 36’ A, towing. Yes I would stay there again! Have dinner at Bar 86 - that is a must.

The staff is so friendly and kind. Facility is clean and well maintained. Awesome atmosphere and the pool was perfect for the kids to stay occupied between ball games. Will be staying here everytime we are in Richfield. Thanks KOA staff for a great weekend!

Lynn and Jim were very helpful in making sure we were comfortable with our site. From our check in to check out the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for helping my husband with a birthday surprise. We will be back again.

It was great. The cabin was adorable and had all of the amenities that we needed (minus the kitchen sink). It was very clean. The front office staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Great staff, great layout, loved the shade and landscape. Except for a very weak Wi-Fi, this was the best camp I’ve stayed in. I will stay again whenever I’m passing through.

Staff works hard. Staff is polite and helpful. Park is clean. Laundry area was nice. Area is very quiet. Only amenity is pool. WiFi was non existent. Staff tried to help with a booster but that failed also. Overall we enjoyed our one week visit.

Managers very helpful! Perfect location for ORV adventures. Some dog barking issues. Think managers tried to deal with it but barking dogs is a huge turnoff.

I'm not sure it's really a holiday, though - didn't really feel like it. It was missing some of the usual amenities of a holiday. Very obvious ATV destination and quite a few long-term residents. At one point the traffic by our site was non-stop. A little bit of a trailer-park feel in the back section. We chose pull through since we were just passing through. I would recommend some of the newer patio sites - those seemed a lot nicer and away from the traffic. All that being said, though, I would still stay here again, although I don't think I would spend a lot of time here.

Nice and helpful gal working the counter. Lots of hot water on the showers. Our camping cabin was spotless. A little noisy at first since we were by the pool, but once it got dark, the whole place was very quiet. We will stay again.
