Paiute ATV Trail

The Paiute ATV Trail is the largest ATV trail system in the nation, with a main trail around 275 miles and, when combined with all the side trails, it totals around 2700 miles of trails open to ATVs and side-by-sides.  The trail system loops over three mountain ranges and through rugged canyons and deserts that have been designed for recreational ATV riding. Using our ATV gate in the back of the campground, you can ride right from your campsite and be on the trail within minutes!  For more information, visit the Paiute Trail online.

Capitol Reef National Park

The Waterpocket Fold, a 100-mile long wrinkle in the earth's crust known as a monocline, extends from nearby Thousand Lakes Mountain to the Colorado River (now Lake Powell). Capitol Reef National Park was established to protect this grand and colorful geologic feature, as well as the unique natural and cultural history found in the area.

Pahvant Mountain Bike Trails

Newly built 18 miles of some of the best, undiscovered, mountain biking in Utah.  You can access the trails directly from the campground, or shuttle to the upper parking area for the downhill only trails.

Fish Lake

Fish Lake is one of the most popular resort areas for Utah residents. The lake is famous for its large Mackinaw, but also provides excellent trout fishing and splake.
