We love the KOA IN Richfield!!! We stayed there 4 times in the last 8 years! The pool is nice and camp sites are well taken care of. Thank you!!!

Very nice, lots of shade, clean and easy access off the highway. Didn't use the pool however other campers seemed to be having fun.

We travel a lot stay at all different RV campgrounds but my husband and I agree this is the best one EVER it’s clean everyone is polite and friendly willing to help anytime we will be back next year and I will sing your praises thank you!!!!!!

Very clean. Only issue is sites are on top of each other and too close. I hated smelling the cigar from the site next to us. Just to cramped in. Beautiful campground. Beautiful trees and amazing shade. I'd stay there again, just wish it was sonon top of each other. The staff were kind, helpful and wonderful.

Great spot! Would love to hit the trails at some point in the future. We only stayed 1 night on our way to California.

At first I was unsure about this KOA. We stayed 3 nights and my opinion improved greatly. We were in the section as you enter the park. No shade long pull thru site. Well spaced. The sites inside the park have lots of shade available. Beautiful area. Will return if traveling in the area.

Stopped for one night. Staff was really nice and accommodating. I requested to change sites to a more shaded site and they made the change right away. All sites are level and park is close to shopping if you need to replenish supplies

Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location for overnight. Easy in and out pull through site. Only drawback - the dog park was limited in size. A big thank you to the staff for being kind to a tired traveler.

We only stayed one night. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The man that took us to the site was very helpful.

We really like your RV park. We have been there before and looking forward to a site with shade from the trees (the weather was hot). The only reason we did not give a higher rating is that your (their) TV cable system is terrible. Having a TV cable system is a major draw, and very important when parked under trees. However, the cable signal was terrible. This needs to be fixed.

Campground was well maintained and area behind office was nicely shaded and cool. Stay was short, so didn't get to checkout all amenties/facilities. Would have been nice if K9 area was bigger.

Everything was great except the neighbor hood setting off fireworks constantly all day and half the night. The first fireworks was not good for this Vietnam veteran.

fifth coast to coast trip, with the exception of military campgrounds, KOA is our preferred C.G. With very few exceptions, they are consistently good. AGAIN, don't know why all KOA C.G.s have recycle facilities. Isn't keeping America beautiful is what camping is all about?

We arrived late. Park had available spaces easily marked. Manager still greeted us and helped set up. Very friendly staff. Very nice and clean park. Quiet park yet easily accessed. Would definitely recommend.

This is one of the best KOAs we have stayed at. Shady, pretty quiet, super friendly! We really enjoy campgrounds that are in neighborhoods like this one is, rather than right along the interstate. Great folks running this place. Keep up the good work!

Even though I arrived late, tell me all the information I needed to settle in with available to me. The campground, neat and quiet. The bathrooms were updated and modern. They were clean as well. Perhaps the best quality was that the men’s bathhouse room had plenty of hooks everywhere. A lot of KOAs neglect to put up hooks. But they had plenty!

It was a quick overnight stay on our way to Bryce but we walked the property and it is in awesome condition and the expansion efforts are going very well. Great amenities and the staff was awesome

sites not as premium as I had hoped. Grandkids enjoyed the swimming pool. Pool not very big but sufficient. Sites unlevel gravel. Patio nice. Little additional charges annoying. i.e. scavenger hunt $3.00 a child and the prize was a cheap kazoo. Pop corn for the movie over charged.

very nice camp ground, difficult to find. We were placed in the newer section which was nice but no shade. staff were very nice and accomodating.

The KOA was beautiful and clean. The staff was so happy. This was our first experience at a KOA, and we will definitely be back. The showers were great!!!

What an amazing place, the campground is really neat and well managed, very helpful staff who are proud of their campground, community and area. We did some ebiking in the area and noticed how clean the whole town was. The entire town seems to be very safe and clean. Good work. Bill and Marie from Winnipeg, Canada.

This was the nicest camping experience we've had so far on our cross country road trip. The managers here were so friendly and helpful for us since our car was in the shop while we were there. They gave us bikes, bedding, and the best customer service experience we've had in weeks! Thank you all so much for everything you helped us out with!! -Connor and Natassja ❤️
