We stay here almost every year and love it. It is so relaxing, and the people are always friendly and helpful. The only down I can see is the slow internet and limited tv stations. But overall we love the place and would recommend anyone to consider it.

We enjoyed our stay. The campground is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were awesome, very friendly. We liked the text messages we received throughout our stay letting us know of events and services.

This was an unplanned stay because our truck broke down. We loved this campground. It was quiet, clean, amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful to us. Jim and Lynn and Bill helped us make lemonade out of lemons! Thank you so very much!

The place was as advertised. The owners or hots or whatever they are called were incredible. The only reason I gave a 9 and 4 star was the internet and cable. Which I don’t feel they could have done anything about. They were awesome and the place was very clean and organized.

Extremely clean, well-maintained & organized. Staffs were wonderful. They were friendly, informative, & helpful. The manager was so accomodative so that we can have TV without obstructions from the trees. We love trees for shade & back in for privacy. Got to remember to reserve the front part of this rv park. Laundry room is immaculate.

Ann is terrific! We were able to add 2 extra days on the front end of our reservation on a holiday weekend. Level sites. Very clean pool. Showers were very clean. It’s nice to see that you didn’t stack campers next to each other. You are very conscious of spacing. If ever in the area we intend to return. Thank you!

Although we only had 2 nights (at the beginning & end of our journey) the Richfield KOA was a wonderful FIRST KOA experience. We look forward to utilizing this wonderful location for future treks.

The park was very clean and quiet with very helpful friendly staff. Very nice dog park too. The one thing that they could improve on is to make sure that low lying limbs on the tree are kept pruned back. These are a problem for the big class A RVs.

We would’ve liked to have had more time there. But from what we saw, the campground was well kept and welcoming. The gentleman I spoke to was knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. Hopefully, next time through the area, we’ll have more time to stay there.

It’s a beautiful campground. The managers are so friendly and nice. I’ve been staying there for six years. The workers there are more than helpful. It’s very nice clean shaded Campground. I stay there during the summer. My mother stayed there for years during the summer. We love the place.

It was just a short stay but the park is awesome. Especially loved the dog wash station. We were able to give our puppy a well needed bath

Campground was clean and the staff was friendly. You can see on a map that it’s located in the heart of town. Our sight backed up to a road and the Richfield middle school. Not much for peace and quiet. The bathroom is quite small for the overall size of the campground and while never crowded( we were there during the week) I could see this being problematic during busier times. Just meh…

We really enjoyed our stay. One of our leveler pads was missing when we arrived which made it impossible to level in the first site we were in. But our hosts went out of their way to find us a site that would work. This is definitely a place where we will return.

The KOA staff was very friendly and helpful with info about the area. The campground was clean, had great amenities, and our RV lot was level. The location was was to get to from Route 70. There was plenty to explore in the area. We would definitely recommend!

I had a great stay and overall experience at the Richfield KOA. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The property was also very clean and organized. You could tell that management knows how to keep a clean shop! Their experience shows and is valued! Thank you!

What a beautiful campground. The facilities were so clean and well appointed. I especially loved in the hook’s in the shower!! The laundry was a great touch after days on the road and the hosts were lovely.

We liked the location ... in a residential neighborhood ... it was very quiet. The staff were very friendly. We felt very welcomed and appreciated for staying there. The restrooms were very clean, the grounds were well kept - lots of trees and shade. The pool was welcoming after a long day on the road. We are glad we found this campground and will stay again next time we travel through Richfield.

Normally would give it 5 stars, but this time we were put in a new area outside the main area. Instead of grass, trees, shade, and a nice community feel we had artificial turf, gravel, and no trees or shade. Even more disappointed when we saw that the main area we loved was only about half full! It felt like we were sent to our room while the other kids got to go play. So disappointing!

Very quiet and clean park even though it was at near capacity when we were there. Staff was efficient and friendly. Lots of trees and the sites with the Paw Pen make traveling with pets much easier. Sites are fairly level but may require blocks on one side to level your rig. Due to the trees, you may have trouble getting a satellite/Starlink signal. The park does provide basic cable and wi fi, but the sites with a clear view of the sky are limited. There is a dog park and a dog wash available. AT&T cell service is OK, but sometimes spottty. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this KOA.
