Richfield is the halfway point between Phoenix and Boise, and while I really hate that drive, I LOVE staying at the Richfield KOA. My only regret was not scheduling another night! I asked when we were there, but unfortunately we were told that the cabins were all booked... Though the staff did try to find a couple different options to let us stay, but sadly, no dice.

Our first visit in a cabin was excellent. The staff was prompt addressing our tech concern. This visit, in addition to all the visits in our camper over the years was comfortable and safe. The campground is maintained beautifully and the staff is friendly and professional. We use this KOA as a base for the area and a stop on many trips. Thank you for all you do.

The Richfield KOA is the nicest KOA we have visited so far- clean, quiet, and the staff is kind. We stayed here while we visited all five national parks, and it was the perfect home-base!

stayed in the dry cabins for two nights; this was our second stay and we loved it! The cabins have just what you need with nothing extra, perfect for a transition out of a tent.

Terrific experience, Deluxe Cabin was spotless and very comfortable. Campground staff was very professional and friendly. Additionally I forgot a bag in the store, contacted them after hours and Jim got my bag to me. Thanks so much

Most everything was great. One minor issue was that the tv did not seem to have a good internet connection. Every channel I tried would only show about 30 seconds of show at a time and would then have to either buffer for a couple of minutes or would even kick me back to the menu. The host said I should have told them immediately and they would have fixed it, but it wasn't that important.to me.

stayed in a cabin with bedroom it was absolutely perfect for our family. Granddaughter could not get enough of the pristine pool, and our cabin was SO clean-loved our stay, we actually considered shortening our trip to Zion to stay longer-next time.

The KOA in Richfield is our favorite! The staff is always very friendly! The location is perfect, very quiet! We love swimming in the pool! Highly recommended!

We reserved a cabin online and noted we would arrive after hours but there was no paperwork posted when we arrived. We checked the cabins and found nothing. Fortunately we found the hostess who found our reservation information in a wastebasket so we were able to stay. The mistake was a pretty big deal to us since we're accustomed to reserving online and arriving late with no problems.

We checked in late and our cabin was ready for us. We checked out early so we really did not experience much of the area. The pool was nice to relax in. We needed to do laundry but there was no soaps available for purchase. Had to run to the store. Not very far away. Then did not have quarters enough to do the laundry. Had to run back out and get quarters. Otherwise very clean camp.

The cabin was very clean and nice. It smelled smokey, but I'm guessing it was from campfires. I was expecting a microwave as you advertise. No microwave. All in all, it was really nice. I'll definitely come back!

We loved the larger deluxe cabin and everything about your park!! The pool was great and such a nice way to spend the evening after long days out on the trails. The owners are great people and keep the park in clean condition.

The check in process was easy with the front desk being helpful and friendly. However the cleanliness of the "apartment" we rented was awful. Hair in the bath and urine all over toilet. Crumbs on the carpet. I'm not even sure it was cleaned at all. The amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and the children's park. Would be a five stars if it wasn't fkr the cleanliness of the room.

We stayed in one of the cabins while friends stayed in camper spots. The cabin was clean, cozy, and perfect for us as we spent most of our days with our friends at their campspots.

This is our 4th year in a row of staying at the Richfield KOA, twice in the Kamper Cabins, and the last two years in the Deluxe Cabins. This year our TV wasn't connecting to the internet and Paul personally came to fix it and we had a friendly discussion while he worked. We love the proximity to Big Rock Candy Mtn, the mtn bike trails across the freeway, and Fremont Indian State Park.

We rented a deluxe cabin. It was 29 degrees out when we arrived. The host was kind enough to have the heater on,so it was nice and warm inside. Every thing was clean and orderly. We stayed one night while passing thru. It was a quite relaxing respite from the driving.

The cabin was great, the only problem was wifi didn’t work, Paul was prompt to respond and we thought it resolved the problem but it still didn’t work, I asked about a discount , at first they said no but then called back to say they discounted it $50 which was nice as we were just traveling through and needed dog friendly place. A day's drive from home. Nice clean orderly campground. Plenty of recreational activities and dining opportunities nearby in Richfield.

Very quiet and clean park even though it was at near capacity when we were there. Staff was efficient and friendly. Lots of trees and the sites with the Paw Pen make traveling with pets much easier. Sites are fairly level but may require blocks on one side to level your rig. Due to the trees, you may have trouble getting a satellite/Starlink signal. The park does provide basic cable and wi fi, but the sites with a clear view of the sky are limited. There is a dog park and a dog wash available. AT&T cell service is OK, but sometimes spottty. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this KOA.
