This is our 4th year in a row of staying at the Richfield KOA, twice in the Kamper Cabins, and the last two years in the Deluxe Cabins. This year our TV wasn't connecting to the internet and Paul personally came to fix it and we had a friendly discussion while he worked. We love the proximity to Big Rock Candy Mtn, the mtn bike trails across the freeway, and Fremont Indian State Park.

We stayed one night at the Richfield KOA and had a great experience. Check-in was easy, even after hours, and the campground was extremely clean. The bathrooms were immaculate—probably the cleanest I’ve seen at a campground. Would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the best, cleanest, well maintained KOAs we visited. The team here puts forth a daily effort to ensure the property is well cared for. Staff is amazing and was responsive to our requests. Facilities including laundry area were spotless. Property is quiet and far enough away from the interstate. A very enjoyable 3 nights. Would highly recommend!

Very quiet and relaxing overnight stop. Close and easy access to interstate without the noise!! The park was immaculately clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming and truly made us feel that they were happy to host us. Definitely one of the best KOAs we have visited during our fulltime RV living adventure. Highly recommend.

Quiet, a way off major highway. Very clean and spacious bathrooms, friendly hosts and just a lovely campground with large spots and tall trees. Decent sized pool for summertime fun.

We were heading North from Southern Utah and decided to camp halfway at this KOA. Awesome campground in a beautiful city with clean and nice amenities. 5/5 would recommend.

The campground is extremely clean and we appreciated the location of all of the dog waste stations. Very pet friendly. The campground is easy to find and to maneuver large trailers around in. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area.

Super clean restrooms and laundry. Accommodated us for extra days due to snow and wind. Clean sites. Refunded us on our unused bundle of wood! Friendly, accessible staff.

We had a nice large grassy spot which we really appreciated after the rocky spot in Hurricane. The washrooms were clean, firewood was available and the location was fairly close to amenities.

First time staying in Richfield, the campground is nice and very clean bathhouse facilities. There are lots of large trees, which is not common in this part of Utah. Shout out to “Bill”, who took time to help us with our rental camper. It is nice to see that Great customer service is alive and well at this KOA.

We rented a deluxe cabin. It was 29 degrees out when we arrived. The host was kind enough to have the heater on,so it was nice and warm inside. Every thing was clean and orderly. We stayed one night while passing thru. It was a quite relaxing respite from the driving.

Paul and Bambi are awesome! The grounds are clean and well maintained. I had a few questions and they were very helpful and are clearly engaged in the community. I was there last year as well as last week. Last year I was impressed with how they enforced quiet hours without being jerks, they were amazing. I would say the best hosts I've personally encountered at any KOA and any campground.

I first spoke with Brandon to inquire about the area as he was covering in the off-season. He was incredibly knowledgeable. Upon arrival, I connected with Paul who is the host and manager that oversees all park operations. He was an accommodating and gracious host who helped with every need. All the staff were friendly and helpful. In the end, a rate this park and the area as a "MUST GO!"

The cabin was great, the only problem was wifi didn’t work, Paul was prompt to respond and we thought it resolved the problem but it still didn’t work, I asked about a discount , at first they said no but then called back to say they discounted it $50 which was nice as we were just traveling through and needed dog friendly place. We enjoyed our stay with you. We were there for over a year. Paul and Bambi are so nice including their staff. I would recommend KOA to everyone.

Very quiet and clean park even though it was at near capacity when we were there. Staff was efficient and friendly. Lots of trees and the sites with the Paw Pen make traveling with pets much easier. Sites are fairly level but may require blocks on one side to level your rig. Due to the trees, you may have trouble getting a satellite/Starlink signal. The park does provide basic cable and wi fi, but the sites with a clear view of the sky are limited. There is a dog park and a dog wash available. AT&T cell service is OK, but sometimes spottty. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this KOA.
