Always enjoy our stay. Camp is quiet, clean and just a great place to enjoy the outdoors. Staff is great and friendly. We will definitely return again.

We had an emergency and they got us in last minute as well as helping us locate someone for repairs. Additionally the park was very clean with a nice pool.

We asked and you gave us a beautifully shaded campsite. Our site was well manicured, level, and quiet. I needed air for my trailer tires and your staff brought me an air compressor, saving me a trip to a service station. Nice campground. This was our second stay, newer sites are spacious but some that are close to each other could use a privacy fence or divider to let the neighbors know where theirs ends and someone else's begins. If you're looking for quiet, this isn't the place, lots of ATV's in and out all the time. All in all, a good place though.

First time to Richfield. We really like the pet pen sites. We have two dogs and having a place to put them while we were outside was very convenient. The campsite was very clean and spacious. Even though we did not use it, the site had hardwire cable for television access. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The showers provided great water temperature. The staff was very friendly and kind.

They charged me to repair sewer receptacle that I didn’t damage and they admitted to it. They knew that is good chance to break it, since they warned us after we parked. We were with 40’ mh and 22’ trailer. I do not understand why they put 2 sewer outlets in the bay and the one they blamed us was at the very rear, right where you make the turn

All good except that the tv cable would not bring up video, only audio. It was not the fault of our tv or cables. Otherwise great park!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our visit at the Richfield KOA. We found all aspects of the KOA to be very clean and well kept. The laundry area, the store and the grounds were clean. When we needed assistance, Dave and Paul were very helpful and very responsive to what we needed done. We would definitely return to this KOA in the future. We had a very pleasant stay.

We travel a lot stay at all different RV campgrounds but my husband and I agree this is the best one EVER it’s clean everyone is polite and friendly willing to help anytime we will be back next year and I will sing your praises thank you!!!!!!

Very clean. Only issue is sites are on top of each other and too close. I hated smelling the cigar from the site next to us. Just to cramped in. Beautiful campground. Beautiful trees and amazing shade. I'd stay there again, just wish it was sonon top of each other. The staff were kind, helpful and wonderful.

At first I was unsure about this KOA. We stayed 3 nights and my opinion improved greatly. We were in the section as you enter the park. No shade long pull thru site. Well spaced. The sites inside the park have lots of shade available. Beautiful area. Will return if traveling in the area.

Stopped for one night. Staff was really nice and accommodating. I requested to change sites to a more shaded site and they made the change right away. All sites are level and park is close to shopping if you need to replenish supplies

Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location for overnight. Easy in and out pull through site. Only drawback - the dog park was limited in size. A big thank you to the staff for being kind to a tired traveler.

We really like your RV park. We have been there before and looking forward to a site with shade from the trees (the weather was hot). The only reason we did not give a higher rating is that your (their) TV cable system is terrible. Having a TV cable system is a major draw, and very important when parked under trees. However, the cable signal was terrible. This needs to be fixed.

Campground was well maintained and area behind office was nicely shaded and cool. Stay was short, so didn't get to checkout all amenties/facilities. Would have been nice if K9 area was bigger.

Everything was great except the neighbor hood setting off fireworks constantly all day and half the night. The first fireworks was not good for this Vietnam veteran.

fifth coast to coast trip, with the exception of military campgrounds, KOA is our preferred C.G. With very few exceptions, they are consistently good. AGAIN, don't know why all KOA C.G.s have recycle facilities. Isn't keeping America beautiful is what camping is all about?

We brought our 30-foot toy hauler and had no problem backing into our site. Hook-ups are nice. Very clean bathrooms and showers at the main building. Bikes and lawn games to rent. They have a playground for kids. There are tent sites and trailer sites. Some of the trailer sites have patios and a little dog enclosure. The pool was closed. It opens May 1st. Quiet at night. There is a dog area that is rocks and weeds. I'm a little disappointed with that. The campground is next to the road that leads to the ATV trails.

Stayed two nights in a cabin. Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location and clean bathrooms and showers. Definitely one of the best KOA campgrounds I've visited!

Much nicer to stay in one of the deluxe cabins rather than a hotel, where we can keep our bikes close at hand. I also enjoy the close proximity to the mountain bike trails across the freeway.
