Employees of this KOA were FANTASTIC!! We were first time campers with a motor home and they came over to help make sure we were set up correctly. The campsite was nice and clean and we enjoyed the entire experience, even with snow the last day!

Thanks for the help with the use of a ladder and shop broom for sweeping the snow off of my trailer slide out, they were very helpful.

This is my favorite stay between Las Vegas and Moab. Always friendly staff, accommodating, professional and beautiful grounds. I called at last minute during a massive snow storm and gladly provided me with a Drive through space. Thank You

I love KOAs, the people I meet, the staff, accommodations, amenities, and how close they are to attractions. Since, I am a retired educator, I have a fixed budget, so it makes it hard for me to stay at more KOAs. I just wish KOA would give retirees an additional discount due to our circumstances. Spacious RV slots with plenty of room to maneuver while parking and exiting. Our space had its own fenced foggy playground which was very convenient. Gopher had cheeed through the fiber optic cable so tv was not available but was scheduled to be reconnected soon. Will stop here again on my homeward leg of this trip an if cable is fixed will increase ratings. Owners are very friendly.

We just stayed the night on our way home, got in late but they got us a spot. The rest rooms were very nice

Our recent stay, our third at this KOA, was just a one night stop on our way home. The staff are great an the park is well maintained. Our main concern is that they do not have enough sites that will fit longer RV's with tow vehicles or trailers. We travel with several couples with rigs that are around 65'. The new section is great, but sites are too short. Also the store supplies are very limited

Jenny and Dave really run a top notch KOA here in Richfield. UT. I have never been a huge KOA fan before this trip however, these folks have won me over. The park is immaculate with sparkling restrooms, showers and 24 hour laundry as well as a fantastic store and other amenities. We'll be back next year for a longer stay.

1st off the staff are awesome. They greeted us with open arms. The store has a lot of great stuff. The Rv sites are bigger than most places. Very clean and maintained KOA. It’s a must stay.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We decided to stay an extra day and they fixed it with a smile. The bathrooms were some of the best I have seen! Super clean. Water is very hot with great pressure. The park is clean and neat. Very easy driving for our 39’ motorhome.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I had some issues with my Jack system On my Motorhome and the staff tried everything to help us get back on the road. Thanks again for all Your help.

Far enough from the highway to be quiet. It’s in town with easy access to ever thing you need. Staff were great. Enjoyed interacting with them. Our stay was late season and neighbors were scarce. Took trips to Capitol Reef and Fort Cove. Take the old Hwy back from Fort Cove.

Very convenient location for our travel. Being off the highway it is quiet. The staff are quite accommodating and friendly. Spaces are nicely sized not cramped. What more could a traveler ask for ? We will continue to return for a stay again and again.

Tucked in a nice neighborhood, laundry room was clean and easy to use. Only complaint is that there was a motor nearby from a unknown source that ran off and on for very long periods of time and all hours of day and night. Actually we find KOA’s to be over priced and avoid them when possible.

We only stayed one night as we were just passing through. The campground was clean and quiet and it was nice not having other campers right next to us.

Like all KOAs, wonderful. The onsite manager was very helpful. We had a flat on our RV and he helped with a compressor.

Arogant and argumentative front desk person. Dismissive attitude, told her about highway and road signs that did not guide us to the Campground, she disagreed. Their ad said "pull through sites " but they failed to say that you are required to unhook your tow vehicle because they do not trust our ability to drive through their park and not hit something. Will not ever come back ! ! !

This is a beautiful KOA with wonderful shady sites. Unfortunately we were not offered one of the nice ones, even though there was clearly lots of availability. Our trailer is small and almost any size site would be sufficient. I need to take some responsibility for that - we did not make our reservation in advance, but I was disappointed in the site we got.

Very clean. Friendly staff. The spots are very nice. Perfect stop on your way to Bryce Canyon, Zion, Grand Tetons, or Yellowstone. They have a large pool, and activities also.
