The staff was helpful, switching us to a shadier spot to beat the heat. We had to deal with a couple rude guests and the wild fire smoke, but these were not in the campgrounds control. Overall a good experience.

The campground is well keep and staff is pleasant to talk to. The refurbish dog park is nice and plenty of place to walk and potty your dog.

Was treated like family by the entire staff. Not one problem and they addressed needs and questions promptly and so kind. Will return for sure!!!

Very clean and comfortable. Nice large spaces for trailers and vehicles. Easy to maneuver in the space. The office was clean. The pool was nice and clean.

Water pressure was very poor and I was unable to use my computer as it would not connect to the KOA Wifi. You shouldn't have to pay for a booster.

Everything was fine. Place is clean and comfortable. The only thing that really needs improvement is the WiFi connection. Internet is almost non existent. When it works it is normally in the range of 2Mbs.

This is absolutely one of the nicest campgrounds we have had the pleasure of staying in! The grounds were spotless, as were the facilities. Personnel were helpful, friendly and efficient. We will be back!!

Campground is extremely quiet, easy to get to from the highway, clean, and has good facilities including a dog wash and what appear to be recently renovated showers and bathrooms. Everything you could ask for and at a reasonable price.

We had an amazing time on our family trip. We reserved 2 spots in the newer section and both were very spacious and clean. The staff were very nice. Our grandkids made friends and had a blast at the playground and pool. This Richfield campground has been one of my favorites to stay and we will definitely be back.

Admittedly, we were only staying for one night, but you put us in the warmest part of the new park without any shade, not too desirable.

When we booked we entered the length of our rig. When we got there our spot was only as long as the trailer. The trees were to low so our friend went on the roof to trim them. He also said he had already done that for someone else. The campground was clean and tidy, but the staff seemed to be quite clueless except for one of them, he got on the radio and said do not put a fifth wheel in row G.

The staff was so friendly. They made us Saturday morning breakfast which was great and then we went to movie night so much fun. The facility is very clean.

Site was clean, well-maintained. Our site had a picnic table and artificial turf for our outdoor seating area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great facility!

The Richfield KOA is beautiful and well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Dont stay in W07 which admitedly is an overflow spot, but full of foxtails and goats heads and the sewer drain was several inches above ground level which made draining difficult.

Staff are super nice. Pool was kept clean with a ton of kids using it daily. Bathrooms and laundry area were kept nice and clean. Landscape needs some work. Lots of weeds in what should be lawn and in the gravel rv pads. The WiFi doesn’t work at all, shouldn’t claim to offer free WiFi when it doesn’t work or is completely off line. Two years ago, there internet was slow but worked.

We had a blast here, the pool was super fun. The cabin was perfect and comfortable for our family of 4. The kids were sad to leave and want to make coming here a yearly tradition.

Nice, Well kept property. And I can’t say enough about the staff. We had a pet emergency on the day we were leaving and they assured us that we could leave later than check out with no charge. Luckily we were able to get on time, but just taking that stress from us was so helpful.

Very quiet and clean park even though it was at near capacity when we were there. Staff was efficient and friendly. Lots of trees and the sites with the Paw Pen make traveling with pets much easier. Sites are fairly level but may require blocks on one side to level your rig. Due to the trees, you may have trouble getting a satellite/Starlink signal. The park does provide basic cable and wi fi, but the sites with a clear view of the sky are limited. There is a dog park and a dog wash available. AT&T cell service is OK, but sometimes spottty. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this KOA.
