Only one night but very nice

We just stopped overnight so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the amenities. But the staff was very nice, the check in area was spotless and the showers were excellent. Super clean, great water pressure and plenty of hot water!!

Only downfall is we had no TV. Love the park, but no TV was bummer.

Very clean, quiet, shade. Checked in, drove to our spot ~100 ft away. Bill drove up, said he was to escort us, asked if all was okay. We apologized for misunderstanding the process. Soon a different guy drives up, yells at us for violating the “mandatory” escort. Way too angry, refused to listen to us. After a long day driving & paying $90, don’t need this attitude. We won’t be back.

Great place! Very clean and well kept. We stayed there 3 nights and drove to a couple National Parks which worked very well. The staff there are Great. Bathrooms and showers are very clean We will be back next year.

Very nice stay, good shade, they work through the problems of having to clean the pool and loss of power to several other campsites. People were very nice managing the campground.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Richfield KOA. Everything was well-maintained and the staff was very friendly. We loved the site that we stayed in, (G5), as it was on an end and well shaded. We will definitely return again.

Nice people, nice, clean park. Only complaint is that it's hard distinguishing the gravel spaces from the gravel road. But everyone there was eager to help at any time, so that's pretty minor.

The campground was very well maintained and staff were friendly. Lots of trees in the older area, trees in the new area are still small, but really nice sites. We liked that it was close enough to town that we could ride our e-bikes as we do not tow our car. We would definitely stay again when traveling through Richfield.

When I stayed I came in very late due to long road construction detours. Everything was ready for me. I didn't have time to really see the place but I did notice how well the staff worked to maintain it and that says a lot to me. Even their extended stay people seemed to help out. Given a chance I would like to try this place again. It was pretty peaceful.

The Richfield KOA is extremely well maintained. The sites were good size, the artificial turf was a nice touch. Bathrooms were very clean. Our dogs enjoyed the dog yard. Thank you for a nice stay, we will keep this one on the list!!

Clean well cared for and great staff. The new extended dog park is great. Gives the larger dogs room to run. Good base camp for Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon.

Really nice oasis spot but we were very disappointed that we were booked into a buddy site with tent campers! We had a very long driving day in a brand new rig & had to try to adjust to a new setup and be silent because we had neighbors on top of us. Tents & RVs shouldn’t share sites - especially strangers! And our whole row was empty!!! It is a nice campground so I hope our experience is ra

The deluxe cabin is amazing! The kids loved the bunk beds, and it was right next to the playground on site so we got plenty of use out of it. The pool is clean and had floaties to borrow and use. It has a little 2ft wading pool for infants/ toddlers too which is great. There are lots of trees on site for shade, and the entire place is extremely well maintained. We will be back ASAP :)

We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was very clean & cozy. Unfortunately, there was a group of young men staying in an RV close to us. They were talking and partying until 2:30 AM. There was no one in charge at the KOA to ask them to stop partying. So we were awake most of the night and morning. That was a huge negative.

Relaxing setting with mature trees providing shade. Our stay was great, we were in Richfield for a family reunion. When we were leaving I stopped at the office at checkout time, but the office was closed.

We were only there for one night, but really enjoyed the camp. It is very peaceful and well kept.

It's a very nice park with easy highway access. From this KOA, we traveled to Capitol Reef NP, Arches NP, and Canyonlands NP.

Both the Camp Host and the park assistant (Bill) went out of their way to help with our stay at KOA- Richfield. We had an unusual circumstance situation to contend with, and both individuals understood our dilemma, and help us in every way possible. Thank you and we will plan to return to Richfield again and make it a point to camp at this KOA.

Very quiet and clean park even though it was at near capacity when we were there. Staff was efficient and friendly. Lots of trees and the sites with the Paw Pen make traveling with pets much easier. Sites are fairly level but may require blocks on one side to level your rig. Due to the trees, you may have trouble getting a satellite/Starlink signal. The park does provide basic cable and wi fi, but the sites with a clear view of the sky are limited. There is a dog park and a dog wash available. AT&T cell service is OK, but sometimes spottty. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this KOA.
