Relatively quiet. Appreciated the Boomtown security paroling the park. Easy access to Reno but away from the traffic and noise.

Used as a stop over to dump and fill tanks. Has all of the amenities. The store is a little sparse but it appears that there are a lot of long term residents so it makes sense. One complaint was that they smoke outside of the bathroom/shower unit so when you go to take a shower it smells like cigarette smoke. Truly not pleasant and the exhaust fan didn’t help.

We traveled 4,400 miles. Stayed several places. Boomtown was the best! Most friendly people. Cleanest from lots to bathrooms! Would highly recommend a stay!

My wife had to pick up 12 bags of poop before she would allow our dogs on our area. The concrete on our patio was busted up. We paid extra for our site and it wasn’t worth it. I did go to to the office to complain and they said they gave us a discount. I

Easy check in, level sites, easy to maneuver with the Travel Trailer. Boomtown security will give you a ride back and forth to the casino for food and entertainment. We had a good Wifi Signal.

It was just a quick one-night stay, but we loved it and will definitely stay there again! The staff was very friendly, the access to the river was great, the sites aren't huge, but they are nice with pavement for parking, a small patch of grass (some sites with a tree), and a nice picnic table. All the hookups worked well and were easy to use.

The training of staff is supposed to be hospitable according to your website. There was a female grayish haired employee who was SO extremely rude about “having to close to clean the bathrooms” terrible attitude, “it wasn’t even her job to do it” and to basically get out of her way was the option we had on Sun Nov 9 & Tues. Told the desk we were a 17' trailer and truck that would not be disconnecting. Was quoted about $35 . She then sold us on renewing our KOA. We did becausesite was only $35. When we arrived she showed us a very short site with services on the wrong side. With services on the opposite side our hoses wouldn't reach so we had to pay over 2x as much for very uneven pull through�� KOA USED TO be top

We decided, late in the afternoon, to not drive home in the dark and were able to book a spot for the night. Pull thru sites were available for us and a friend next to each other. A few days prior to this stay, staff was very accommodating with a reservation the I had made. We will stay here in the future.

Nice and clean RV ark. Employees are very friendly. Only complaint I had was water pressure was very low. 38 psi in my site and the site next to me.

The site we were assigned was vert narrow for our large 5th wheel trailer. The tree beside the site needed trimming and was very challenging to pull through without scrapping the trailer. There was evidence of previous trailers hitting the tree. We only stayed one night but felt other sites were more appropriate for our trailer size

This is the worst KOA we've stayed at in over 15 years! It is very difficult to get into the park, which is primarily occupied by full time residents. It was impossible to get into the site without tree branches hitting our coach. WORST was that the site was very unlevel! It was so bad it caused our leveling system to go out of sync resulting in our main slide being significantly damaged. AWFUL!!!

Good clean spacious sites. However, traffic along the first line of sites moves way too fast ... coming and going. I've never seen a place more in need of traffic speed bumps. Also, to limit laundry use to office hours is not convenient at all. Last load started by 5p??? ... come on. Didn't get much sympathy from the front desk. Simply separate the two and expand the hours.

Staff was great..however compares to other koa campgrounds we've stayed on.icer the last two months, we found the pull through sites short and tight. Tow cars had to sit on the location of the picnic table. The K9 park was terrible...and there was plenty of room to expand, but wasn't. The kid park was a big toy also tightly squeezed into the park. This park needs a do over with space design.

Great stay and wonderful staff at the office. Location is walking distance to casino and restaurants or you call call security for a ride 24 hours a day.

The consistency of good service and amenities actually working are well worth camping at KOAs. If a KOA states they have WIFI, guess what? They probably do!

The campground was beautiful, well maintained. The staff was less than friendly, and there was nobody available to fill our propane tank at 10AM. Would stay again but bring a full tank �����‍���

This is an old campground. Built in the 60’s. The campground is not the nicest. Parking lot type campground, the spots very tight and not very nice. I had a tough time getting my 33 foot trailer and truck to fit, anyone with a big rig will have a tough time with these tight spots. You are also right on top of your neighbor. No breathable space between spots, you will hear every noise and
