Absolutely the worst koa ever! It’s full of full time residents. It’s a dirty disgusting trailer park. The employees put us next to their friends that live there full time. It’s nothing but a dirty parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

Grounds were attractive and appeared to be well maintained. Staff was very helpful. Area was well lit with security passing through on a regular basis. Internet is advertised as available however it was not working in any reliable fashion.

We came for the races....Our lot had old dog feces on it and was not raked or hosed clean. Some of the residents that were long term had messy lots that detracted from the resort. Other than that, we had a good stay.

This is the second year in a row we have been there and again their Wi-if does not work and their cable tv does not work! You would think after 2 years they would get the problem solved or advertise it doesn’t work. When you check in they even tell you it’s not your equipment that is is not working it is ours. First of all, we're in America, we speak English here, your survey doesn't need to be in multiple languages. Secondly, with only two bathroom/ showers for the entire rv park of 200 + spaces only open from 0800 thru 1730 is ridiculous, especially for $60 @ night. Sorry, not impressed, won't be back.

This KOA is a nice and clean facility. We appreciated its proximity to the Lake Tahoe area. We will plan to return soon!

The resort is in a great place, and has good extras like the pool and hot tub, but there are too many restrictions. Why is there no smoking at the tables in the pool? And the bathrooms should be open 24 hours - no lock. They said it was because of homeless people. If they really need to take a shower, let them. And the reason of needles or drug paraphernalia on the floor is not valid -pick it up

Campsite was up against a small chain link fence that overlooks the river and would have had a great view were it not for the trash and weeds up against the fence. Very (very) disappointed that there is only one restroom facility and extremely (extremely) disappointed that it had limited hours -totally unsatisfactory.

It is very clean and nice wide spaces and staff very helpful, but… If your wanting Wi-Fi or cable tv or even need Wi-Fi this isn’t the place. We stopped here last year and same problem they don’t work and the staff even tell you it’s their equipment not yours. I need Wi-Fi for work and have to go to the nearby casino lobby for Wi-fi. You would think after over a year they would fix the

I had booked a stay well in advance and asked for a shade tree,when we got there,we were given a spot#116 next to #117 with a shade tree and no occupant we were disappointed and our pooches suffered the heat,and we were parked far away from the doggy run which also had no shade or water,very dissapointed!

Higher rates than most. Construction in area making it traveler unfriendly. Clean showers and restrooms close at 7 pm leaving just two dirty restrooms to use. Will not be staying there again.

Not welcoming. Host does not escort you to your site. Showers/bathroom dirty - don't feel it was from people traffic but lack of staff cleaning as needed when campground full. My site had trash. It was 046 facing the beautiful Truckee River. A shame staff didn't take care to pick up beverage can and misc trash close to the fence. Liked Boomtown location. Scenic. Other RV folks nice.

This KOA needs modernization. Sites are way too close together, too short and not close to being level. It needs a lot of work for the price per night.

No cable available , asked not to use AC because of old equipment. Lawn not green. Not very professional to ask a paying customer to use the facilities they are paying for.

Got in late. Found are sight. Then wanted to get ready for bed....no bathroom facilites open and no one to give us a code. We finally got the bathroom code from another camper the next morning. Also, in spot K53 the person staying there had trash all over around his camper. Will not stay here again or recommend

Staff is AWESOME! Best attitude I’ve ever seen in a campground! Kudos to your staff hires. We prefer state parks, with trees and larger sites. Since that’s what I’m comparing you to, that’s what went into the rating, especially for the price for our stay (ie we don’t like camping in parking lots).

Park sites are a little tight for larger rv’s. The staff are fantastic, we had an issue with are rv and Charles came to the rescue. He was fantastic in helping us get things figured out and get us on the road. Can’t thank him enough.

Staff was excellent. Only issue I had is that they opened up the campground to multiple rv dump stations for people returning home from burning man festival. I spent multiple days smelling poop because the used the pull through spot next to my trailer, less then 4 feet from my table. Then allowed a full service on rv next to my trailer. Oil change etc. oil spilled everywhere. Pictures if needed.

The facility and park was clean. The staff was very friendly. The sites are too narrow. We could barely put out chairs and cooking device without feeling like we were impeding our neighbors space. And the bees were awful!!

Considering our site was considered a “Deluxe” pull-thru site and very close to the office, we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi and the cable tv did not work. I would not call that a deluxe site. For over $80 I would expect better. We will probably find another park the next time we are in Boomtown or continue through to the next town.

The staff was great and accommodations were acceptable. But, I must ding the facility for locking up the bathrooms between 10:00pm and 6:am every night. I understand the issue with the homeless situation. However. this approach needs a different solution that doesn't inconvenience your existing customers.

I stay in this camp occasionally, and I am always happy with the convenience. The staff treat me nicely, and my camping spots are easily accessible and level. It's a nice place!

No shower OR bathroom access overnight but this isn’t noted on the first half of the website page and no mention of it when checking out. They were supposed to be available 6a-10p and I went over at 7:45a and doors were still locked. A rest stop/travel center has more services available and it’ll save you the $75

Agree with others...its a parking lot with hookups. Lots of really large rigs here. However if you're here when it's a little less crowded you'll find it more appealing. Clean and well kept shower areas, bathrooms and a laundry facility. Lots of pets traveling along for the trip with their owners around the park. Folks walking dogs walk by often. Some follow park rules others don't. Watch where you step! Housing development just being built on the north side of the park. It won't be nearly as private soon.
