We were met at the check-in desk by a very friendly, very polite rep. We did not have a reservation and stopped at the Boomtown KOA as weather did not permit us to travel over Donner Pass. We were given a space and allowed to come in early. The park is clean. The spaces are well marked. The hook ups are in perfect condition. This is one of the nicest RV parks we have stayed in. Thank you

We always stay here on our way to CA. It is very nice. But, there was a monthly tenant whose dog charged out at me and my service dog on our way to the doggy yard. We had to stand our ground because she had no control of this large dog due to her age. This won’t keep us from coming back. I just want to make it known so others can be aware.

Access was easy, site was simple to locate and maneuver into, river view across the street was beautiful. But... WiFi NEEDS WORK. Couldn't receive it on my laptop - could detect but not log on with the given password. Yes, including variations. Yes, the repeater node was line-of-sight THROUGH GLASS, about 100 meters away. WEAK.

Clean and quiet. The restroom facilities were clean, but there weren't any paper towels. The staff was extremely helpful, professional and personable. We will be back

Sites too small lights glare directly in your rear view mirror while backing in. Lack of nighttime bathroom facilities must be communicated at booking. Its ignorant and deceiving to expect a customer to check on the website to see if you can relieve yourself after dark. Would you expect someone to do that when booking a motel room. It's just a given to expect facilities Overall your KOA sucked.

Nice campground overall. For its size, it should have more than one building with showers/bathrooms. Wifi was poor.

We arrived after hours, the check in process of finding a spot and paying was very easy. The next day upon meeting the staff, they were all friendly and accommodating. We had friends meeting us there and they were able to get our spaces next to each other. The campground is also clean and easy to navigate with a large (44 foot) RV. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will come back for sure!

Check in was easy and pleasant but when we found our spot it was smaller than we thought so i went back to office to see if we could get a roomier spot she immediately shut me down and said thats it nothing else available. We stayed our 3 nights with many open spots around us. The spot D95 was dirty grass patch was a weed patch. I had to sweep the area of gravel and red pollen before parking.

When I went to book the reservation by phone, the assistant that I spoke to could not find me in the rewards program we tried my name. We tried my phone number. We tried my actual rewards account number instead he wanted me to make the reservation online, which I did. Upon arrival, I tried to apply my rewards points either 25 or $50 towards my balance due And didn’t let me use my rewards poi

Very noisy, sites are very tight, “residents “ that must live there full time caused a lot of in and out traffic. Traffic overall did not follow speed limit signs—nor did security!

The Team was accommodating as we were traveling from Utah. We planned on staying in Elko, but we were concerned with the cold weather and a possibility of freezing pipes. We called this KOA which we were already scheduled, but ask them to put us up a night earlier, making it a total of two nights, and they were more than happy to help us with our situation.

I thought it was very rude that the shop attendant removed my laundry from the dryer and put it in a hefty bag so someone else could use the dryer. I arrived to remove my clothes within 5 minutes of the dryer timer, so I’m actually wondering if it was even finished when they removed my things. I don’t appreciate people handling my clean clothes, especially when they wreak like weed.

For the most part we loved it but I left something in the bathroom and was told the Lost and Found gets picked up every day so since it was the day before somebody had already taken it home. My husband is 6 foot five and 300 pounds. That is why we asked to use the showers instead of the one in our trailer but after using 1 three times we were told no because it’s for disabled people only.

The site we had was too small for what we listed as our camper size and needs. We could not even slide out our living room all the way without hitting the electric supply. I was glad we only overnighted while traveling.

It was a long day on the road and we had a same day booking with late arrival. It was fast and easy with online booking and email confirmation. I would stay at KOAs again!
