Tree in site 81 was not pruned to allow a motor home to park safely without damage! As a result my awning was damaged my side wall was punctured and my roof membrane was torn.

Stayed with a group. Easy check in and out. Clean spacious spots. However watch for tree limbs in some spots. Our group was fine we had no issues but a large motorhome beside us had a problem with height and hit a tree limb. So just be watchful for clearance when pulling through some spots that have a tree next to your lot number

We weren't aware that there would be long term residents (campers).Some of the trailers were in very poor condition, trash/items surrounded them.We weren't able to pick out our own site.We were put next to a resident trailer w/ dog inside,that continued to bark when we sat outside.I felt sorry for the dog! Since,we get a code for outside door to bathrooms, keep access open24hrs,not locked at 10pm.

Park was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. Not being able to use hot tub after 8pm is a deal breaker, and the hot tub was very cold. Not being able to use the camp bathroom or shower after 10pm is also a deal breaker. Every KOA i've ever been to (until this one) has 24 hr restrooms and shower with door code. I may have to find other arrangements if this is still the case next time I visit Re

We did not have a table at our campsite. The park has very few trees and most of the sites are in the direct sun all day. It was very uncomfortable. We have rented here now 3 times and it appears the (long term or permanent residents) get priority for the most desired spaces. The only reason to stay is that we enjoy the Casino. We prefer Boomtown in all ways over the others in Reno.

Everything was easy and simple. The workers were friendly and accommodating. The other campers were friendly. The view is fantastic. It was an easy place to get in and out and stay the night.

The campground is maintained beautifully! Larry, Merlin, Chip, and everyone in the office are awesome! Definitely the best place we have ever stayed! Thank you!

The park is clean and very well maintained. No complaints about any of the basics. Sites are too narrow and the dog park could use some gravel. Nice park overall.

Quiet and stay was fine. Lot was very un level. Needed raising on 3 sides. Weedy and sticky on backside. Table could not be leveled. Guess higher priced spaces were better. But overall OK Nice people. .

Very nice, clean campground, nice tree and grass at each site. Our back-in site was right on the Truckee River. The only disappointment was that there were only two toilet/showers for 190+ sites! For those of us in smaller B vans, we count on KOAs for showers and bathrooms. These were never available, and even locked at 10pm. We were disappointed in this KOA.

Customer service needs work. Our site was flooded and when we complained their answer was "do you want to leave". Did not care that sprinklers were on non stop and ruined our time outdoors. There was no communication that they would be working on the sprinkler system, they even came during quiet hours talking outide our site, no courtesy what so ever. Won't recommend or stay here again.

The office guys are wonderful. However, having the sprinklers come on at 7:30 am when I am hooking up was not fun. I really don't like that the sites are not level and narrow. I used to stay here coming and going through on the I-80, but the prices went up. Just sayin.

The staff here was nice. The restroom situation needs to be addressed. There was only 2 units in the entire place. They each had a shower toilet and sink and were very clean. But only 2 and they have hours posted to use them. From 6 am-10pm. What if you need to leave at 5 am????? This is the first campground that I’ve been to with hours to use the restroom. Poo poo on KOA for allowing this rule.

All was fine. Except that the pool was closed. That annoyed me quite a bit! I was told it is due to an inspector who has not inspected the pool up to now. Bummer.

very nice campgrouind. Clean and friendly staff. However, they locked the bathrooms at 10 pm I could see no real reason for this as the bathrooms were not accessible to any office or store and required a code to get into. It made no sense. For that reason I would not reccomend it to my fellow campers and would likely not stay here again.

Friendly and excellent! The grounds are well kept, comfortable, clean, easy to use and navigate. I always feel welcomed when I arrive and check in is always easy. I’ll be back!

The camp ground was nice. We did get wet because right at 10 the sprinklers went off. They should be set at 12 or 1 i know quiet time is 10

This site is primarily geared for visitors with a full hook up. After the store closes at 7 and and before it opens in the morning, there are only two bathrooms with showers. Depending on how many guests are onsite, you may need to be strategic regarding your morning or evening routine. The dog park is small.

Comfortable, clean site, with plenty of room for our truck and trailer. Excellent bathrooms and showers. Super friendly staff. Great location to food, gas, (Cabela's if needed), and groceries. Noise from I80 wasn't bad. We travel with two dogs, the dog area is super small but better than nothing.

Large campground can accommodate many. Mostly quiet except for a few campers with noisy rigs. Very helpful staff! Friendly! You can call for the shuttle to take you to the casino & restaurant & back, if you are so inclined.
