The facility and park was clean. The staff was very friendly. The sites are too narrow. We could barely put out chairs and cooking device without feeling like we were impeding our neighbors space. And the bees were awful!!

Considering our site was considered a “Deluxe” pull-thru site and very close to the office, we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi and the cable tv did not work. I would not call that a deluxe site. For over $80 I would expect better. We will probably find another park the next time we are in Boomtown or continue through to the next town.

The staff was great and accommodations were acceptable. But, I must ding the facility for locking up the bathrooms between 10:00pm and 6:am every night. I understand the issue with the homeless situation. However. this approach needs a different solution that doesn't inconvenience your existing customers.

I stay in this camp occasionally, and I am always happy with the convenience. The staff treat me nicely, and my camping spots are easily accessible and level. It's a nice place!

No shower OR bathroom access overnight but this isn’t noted on the first half of the website page and no mention of it when checking out. They were supposed to be available 6a-10p and I went over at 7:45a and doors were still locked. A rest stop/travel center has more services available and it’ll save you the $75

We didn’t use any of this R.V. Park’s many amenities. However, Becca made our overnight stay very pleasant. We needed a 50amp hookup to power our AC and a C-Pap, and she found us a pull-through site that would accommodate our rig without unhooking our tow vehicle, which made our early morning start easy. Thank you, Becca!

Pulled in late on the return from Burning Man. Found our spot without incident, settled in. My wife took a nice, long shower in the facility's bathrooms in the morning, had a pleasant interaction with the woman working the office/desk. Cleaned up, reloaded the trailer a bit, dumped our tanks, and homeward we went. Super pleasant stay, much needed sleep. Better wifi'd be the one fix.

Clean and organized. Great staff very friendly, my wife got sick and we had to extend our stay. The staff went out of their way to arrange it so we didn't have to worry about moving. That is out of the park or even relocate to another spot. Thank you very much.

It was noisy with the construction next door. Also the Wi-Fi /internet was awful! Parkworkers we’re nice and friendly.

Upon check in, I found the assigned campsite not acceptable due to vegetation overgrowth and too narrow for my rv. The site was not maintained and pedestal was not functioning. The second site was covered in mud. Campground is in disrepair due to electrical and water issues and no cable or wifi service. Will not be back.

Nice campground, only there for one night. Drawback is the narrow entrance and exit. Our 44’ toy hauler w/long bed truck was challenged entering and exiting.

Glad it was in walking distance to some shopping and restaurants. Nice views. Office, laundry, pool and bathroom facilities were nice. Truck parking very tight on our site. Basically stepped out of our camper into truck. We had no picnic table but no room anyway. Barking dog in camper on one side and somewhat messy full timer on other side. Overall we were ok with everything.

Parked us in the first site next to a transformer that hummed 24 hours. Asked to be moved but the man at the desk said they were all booked. When I checked on line I found 6 sites we could have been moved to. Only we’re there one day, thank God.

The office staff was friendly. The wifi worked about 25% of the time and for some reason our Verizon service was horrible there for data use. We were told some sites didn't have working cable, but ours worked. Security came around at night, which was nice. The casino was nice and the food was good.

Nice, easy back-in site. Advertised cable, but would not work, was able to get a few channels by antenna. Easy to register and check-in for a restful night. Second stay and would again.

We stayed there primarily to go to boomtown and gamble. We were very disappointed to find that there was no easy quick way to get to the casino from the campground. We ended up having to unhook and drive there each day. Kind of a pain. Also the Internet needs upgrading. Old equipment should not be an excuse.

Our site was a backup along the river. No grass, trees, uneven with lots of trash. Cable not working and very stressed electrical grid. Asked us not to run A/C when it was hot.

Arrived late after office hours. I found my reservation and had problems with defining the site from the driveway. Finally said I don’t care. I never met anyone from KOA. Good neighbors and a quiet location. Camp was clean and ready. This KOA is old and needs improvement. Of 7 Koa campgrounds on this trip, this was my least favorite.

Super friendly staff! Pull through site was huge. We were able to get our 30 foot toy hauler in the site and our other truck and boat trailer. Thanks again!

Great campground but only 2 bathroom stalls for a few hundred campers, come on. And bathrooms are only open from 8 am to 8 pm!!!!. Need more bathroom facilities..

There was trash (2 pieces!) on my campsite - one could not have blown in, it was a crushed can, the 2nd piece was a good wrapper). And just as I was about to enjoy my breakfast burrito and coffee, a truck pulled up behind my RV and two guys got out, and without saying a word, they began using pitchforks and dug up the grass 10-11 inches from the passenger side of my RV!

Overall we had a great pull through spot, the shore power pole was broken and repaired but still broken. However it worked find, was a little scared at first #79. Great people, lots of noise from the construction going on. Casino was a non-starter for sure. We won big time at another Casino in sparks.

Disappointing. I renewed my KOA membership for this. Not what I expect from KOA. Corporate inspections? Don't publish Wifi if when someone books a stay and then are told well you probably can not connect. Then on arriving you are told cable is not working at all sites -good luck. How about a rebate for everything promised - not provided. Mark sites better. You are the reason my future is Good Sam.

From the minute we checked in, we were greeted with wonderful customer service. They even let my family check in and park next to us. It was wonderful, beautiful and clean!

Overall, a good place. Public showers were below average and there were only two for a large camp, Wi-Fi poor to nonexistent. No dog park to speak of.

We had to clean up our campsite as there was a lot of trash around. Also, there seemed to be many sites that were open, but our site was out in the open, away from the trees and in the far back. We barely had room to park our truck.

We had a great site overlooking the river. Heard a few complaints about not having the shuttle to the casino. we walked to the nearby restaurant, we can see why others were asking about the shuttle. Thank you KOA!

Loved the big room we had. There was like a little kitchen with living room and the bed room was big as well. And we had an outside balcony and the picture was from the balcony

Great place for the Weekend Warriors or the Retired!! Would recommend you staying there at least once in your RV adventure!! The views are among the best in the business!!!

Small lots. Back part of park were year around residents. Very clean, great showers, recommend stay in the front area where office and facilities are. Great laundry.
