Rest room showers very clean, staff was pleasant, spaces a little tight , looks like quite of few full timers reside there,

I get you have to have folks that are there long term, to remain in business, but the fact that they all seem to drive like idiots throughout the park is annoying, I am one of those that likes to get a few steps in, but had to keep my head on a swivel

We stay here as to break up our trip in and out of California. The facilities are clean. They offer car service to and from the casino. The Steakhouse has always been great for a nice dinner. We don't gamble so can not speak to that. Staff always pleasant and helpful

We only spent the night traveling through, but it have wonderful staff and clean grounds. Would definitely stay there again.

While the park is mostly OK, we encountered two issues. The toilets were not accessible from 10 pm to 6 am. Entering the given code would cause the lock to briefly flash a green light then lock back up, The wifi was totally useless. We could connect about one try in ten. A connection would only last for a few seconds to a couple of minutes. The throughput was on par with old 2400 baud modem days.

Couple nights while we explored the area. Very nice facilities. Easy to get to just watch the signs. Whole little entertainment area right there. Casino and family entertainment as well.

Odd sizes for pull through spots. lengths/widths varied widely from too cramped to much more space than needed.

Renie, at the desk, was very sweet, friendly and helpful. Very welcoming, even though she was swamped with checkins. Too bad, campers don't pick up after their dogs....other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Check-in was easy, clerk was friendly and helpful. The sites are nice, but leveling was a challenge. Many rigs were precariously perched on their levelers and blocks. Shuttle to and from the casino/dining/fun center was great. Park was quiet and we got a great night's sleep. Was disappointed that that the coffee urn was empty when I went to the office for some in the AM.

Leo checked us in. He was very nice and personable. After checking us in we started talking about our lifestyle of full time Rv’ing for 22 yrs. We will be back to this park. Very quiet and everyone we met was friendly.

Front desk staff (meaning the one lady on duty) were really terrible. Very offhand like we were bothering them. The campground is nice, but we'll look elsewhere before we stay here again. FWIW I've stayed at this KOA before on several occasions.

What a wonderful treat to stay at the KOA in Boomtown, NV. Terrific facilities with a complementing staff. Will definitely stay again if/when in the area. God Bless

Reni, the gal who checked us in was fantastic! She heard me talking to my wife regarding laundry and she made sure to let us know the new hour changes to help make sure we could get our laundry done before closing. She does a wonderful job keeping the bathroom/showers clean, and the check in area. The grounds were very well-maintained. We walked up to Boomtown Casino and felt very safe.

Sites are narrow and short. It appears to be an older park, to small for modern 40-45ft motorhomes pulling a vehicle and long fifth wheels. Had to ask the neighbor to move their truck just to get out of the site.

Nice, convenient RV park. Our only issue was the site was not very level. I wish I had gotten his name, but the gentleman who checked me in was great. Very personable and helpful.

It was quiet and looks like they are trying to clean it up. But the utility pedestals were awkwardly placed at the front vs. back of the rv placement.

The pool lawn needed mowing, the residents at the end of the campground should clean up their spots, if we had received a site looking at the junkyard, we would have requested a new site or left. We also picked up mice in the RV which we didn't have before we left home!

The staff were nice as all koa have been . The site we were on was more like a parking place than a camping spot .badly need shade .maybe plant today to improve tomorrow . Nice little pool a good break from the heat . YES AND DON'T EMAIL ME AT 4 AM IN THE MORNING ASKING FOR MY REVIEW

Everyone is very kind at the front desk, the site is clean and well maintained. We stay here when we travel to the Oregon Coast from Vegas and it’s a perfect halfway point. Love it!

When I called The reservation person said you were booked and computer was down and she would call which she never did. Finally I went on line and got a reservation. When we arrived 3 people in office talking and had to wait for their personal conversation to be checked in. Terrible customer service!

It's a very nice and clean facility. But it's a very large KOA, and we were located far from the bathrooms. Furthermore there was only ONE bathroom available (a single bathroom) during the night. Usually there are two, but one was out of order.
