Our stay was ok. Staff and the people in the park were very nice. We took advantage of the ride to the casino which was very convenient. We were put in a back up space along the back fence (47). The landscaping in that area was pretty bad. Lots of weeds and trash along the fence line. If we stayed there again we would request a pull through space.

The campsites were nice, and not to close to each other. We enjoy staying at Boomtown casino and this was our first time in RV park. We had a wonderful shuttle driver, who took us up to Casino.

Only issue we encountered was one night an off-road quad would race around the campground like a racetrack. They watched for security to drive by and leave, then the race was on. Super loud and annoying.

Spaces were to narrow. Everyone is right on top of each other. We have a small 5th wheel. We had to maneuver it just right to miss tree on 1 side for canopy to come out. And miss the electrical box so slide can go out. Neighbors were pleasant.

No one to talk to after hours in case you have a question or problem. Very clean. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Nice place, sort of. Right next to the train tracks to the trains woke us up a lot. The staff was nice and friendly but not real helpful with local facilities or things to do. I needed to spend an extra day there but I would rate this as a one nighter for folks headed into or out of northern California.

We like the Reno KOA. It's clean and quiet and has a little something for everyone. And customer service members are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again!

I had a problem on check-in. My site was occupied by somebody that was taking advantage of the staff by not checking out on time. My friends who I traveled with had sites open near them but you wouldn't let me check in on that site. I was only there for one night. I understand it can't be a free-for-all but it was past 3:00. My site wasn't ready. And you wouldn't let me stay next to my friends.

We were traveling as a group. We requested sites that were near to each other. That didn’t happen. We arrived about 12:30 and were turned away until 2. We observed many empty sites and were told people were still coming in. Well why couldn’t we take empty sites and move people coming in to other sites? We stayed on our way to mt Rushmore 5/8 . also stayed at many other KOA’s w/no problems

Someone had dumped their sewage holding tank without a drain hose and left waste on the utility pad along with dog feces. The site was thick with flies and the odor was terrible. It's not likely we'll be back and definitely won't recommend your facility to anyone I know.

Pretty nice campground. My only complaint would be that the spots are a little too narrow. The casino is very nice aside from Roger (one of the managers). He’s very unprofessional. I was asked to leave the casino because of my hat I was wearing (MAGA). When I approached the situation for an explanation I was denied that or any proof that I was disrespectful and disruptive.

We enjoyed our stay. The park seems to be well maintained and the staff was very nice. The park sits far enough away from the freeway and below it that we didn't hear the freeway at all. It was very quiet which was nice. The location was convenient for trips into Reno as well as trips to Truckee and Lake Tahoe. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay, very quiet & clean KOA. The only complaint that we had was the landscaper was weed eating on both sides very close to our new trailer pelting it with rocks which we did not appreciate. Hope we don’t find any chips when we wash it.

GREAT CLEAN PLACE BUT IF YOU HAVE 60 PLUS FEET A LITTLE TOUGH TO GET INTO SPACES. THIS WOULD GREAT SPOT FOR A GAMBLING PARTY EXPERIENCE SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE TO CASINOS AND FOOD. ALL IN ALL PERFECT STOP OVER

Super easy to book online and check-in & head out. Easy to pull through with the big rv we had and the full hookups were wonderful.

The campsite that we reserved was not as depicted in the info page. We were at the back of the site and it was mostly dirt and weeds and far from restroom and pool. On the plus side since we were coming back the next week we were able to move to a pull thru. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful.

Before our stay at Boomtown, we had scoured the website and read every detail, and the only warning for what happened was "The after-hours restrooms are only open 6am-10pm" in small print. Well, BURIED in the arrival details (AFTER PAYING) it says you must have an on-board bathroom to stay here. We're in a frigging teardrop. We arrived and were told we couldn't stay there unless we BOUGHT A TOILET
